I am so absolutely delighted, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. These wonderful people pick up my laundry each week, wash it (in non-bio, which is great for my son's sensitive skin), dry it, fold it - and then bring it back to me all neatly piled up and where necessary with elastic bands holding it all folded together. Everything is CLEAN, everything is SOFT, everything SMELLS LOVELY - and I have time to get on with my work and pay with my kids, who are equally delighted at not having to fold the family's washing as a chore anymore either (even if it is less pocket money for them!) Yes I realise it does smack of privilege just a little bit - but upon closer inspection, this flipping amazing service actually lets me get on with earning money for my family, and means I'm more relaxed, spending valuable time with them improving our relationships, and helping the girls more with schoolwork, too. No more arguments about whose turn it is to hang / sort / fold, no more frustrations at having to rinse a load of washing for the third time because I haven't had time to get it hung out, no more hours trying to pair up crusty socks because the industrial washer actually gets them properly clean - and all for a very respectable monthly fee. I really couldn't possibly be more delighted with a service.

Terrible experience the service provided by the clean Bean is really really bad. They promising amazing service but obviously they not consistent with it , there is big difficulties to talk to anyone from the management which is mother and son they not taking customers seriously they’ve give me for collection dirty linen ,(which I brought to be wash ) when I say it’s not clean they ask for more money to clean in higher temperatures!? When ?? After wash !!! Customer service it’s zero in this place . When I said I will not pay as they not done proper wash they were rude and threatened with debts collection for 7.70£ to pay . How sick is this !!! I have to take dirty laundry to wash and pay for this and they want money from me ??? Come on ??? PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AS ITS AFUL ,I CANT BELIVE HOW PEOPLE LIKE THIS CAN SLEEP ??? “”Greed have are no limits””

This launderette was barely satisfactory when everything goes smoothly for them but they definitely don't put themselves out or even try very hard to provide for their customers. They act like they are doing you a favour! I've booked collections and they haven't shown up and the staff are snooty and frankly unpleasant to deal with. There are many other places which are actually pleasant to use, that place the customer at the center of their ethos and provide a much better service which isn't at a rip of price point! If you read through these reviews most are based on when the clean bean was a totally different set up. You go in there and never can find a member of staff. They see a negative review and rebute it immediately blaming the customer! I REST MY CASE! Who runs a business that way?!

Friendly, welcoming, very good value for money launderette and cafe. But it's a bit of a victim of it's own success. If, like me, you just want to dry your week's laundry, it's nigh on impossible to get in and out without a sometimes long wait. This isn't particularly a fault with the launderette itself, with a high number of service washes going on, coupled with an equally high number of self service customers and only five washers and five dryers between them all. It's a real shame because the "experience" is generally a pleasant one, the staff are lovely and the cafe is brilliant. If you're service washing or happy to wait, the clean bean can't be beat. Otherwise, you might be better off looking elsewhere.

Stunning service, stunning place and stunning people. You wouldn't normally expect such service from a laundrette, but Clean Bean is easily the best I have been to for service and experience. The place is amazing for all ages; you have computers and WIFI for the technological advanced era, you have a cafe and garden for the others and just a bustling area, if you need to do your shopping and so on. The service is second to none and I love it. It is a shame I am moving to London, but I thought it was my duty to tell the world of JUST HOW GOOD the Clean Bean is. You would be missing out if you didn't try it at least once! Thank you for all your help and everything else, you guys rock!

This place is awesome. They are friendly, act as though they are going to love taking your washing off of you and sorting it all out for you so that you can just dump it and come back later - they even have a food bit behind which makes it a really unique launderette and fitting for the gloucester road. Whenever Ive been the staff have helped me and offered to wash and then move to dry my clothes for no extra charge. Above and beyond what you'd expect but how all launderttes would be in a perfect world - a world where no one would need their own machines!

I have used this launderette twice, and have had fantastic service on both occasions. There is always a member of staff present, who provides change for the machines, and who will help you load your laundry. I hadn't used a launderette in a while, so was thankful that there was someone brought help out. He also gave advice on the machine settings for both the wash and dryer. There is somewhere to sit whilst you wait. All in all, excellent service. Highly recommended!

Lovely laundrette, easy to use! No longer has a cafe or garden access which is a shame. Google images needs to be updated as its now just washers and dryers with a bench sofa to sit on. Still though, very welcoming environment and staff are ever so friendly. Just a pity about the changes--that was the reason I came here instead of my local! Not the worst loss though as there are plenty of cafes on the road. But all considered, I will be back soon!!

Used Clean Bean for more than 4 years now for our commercial laundry and were pleased always with the result. For us it is essential that we drop off the dirty cloths at the end of the week and collect them in the beginning of next week and we do not need to bother at all with anything else. Clean Bean makes our dirty clothes clean again and again. They are flexible and eager to serve our needs. Thank you very much for all your work

Polite, helpful staff. Clean, well maintained, highly effective washing machines and tumble dryers. A tiny, comfortable cafe at the back so you can sit with a coffee and a magazine and don't have to sit watching your clothes go round in circles! Very impressed with the 'Clean Bean' from the initial phone call I made to check prices to walking out the door with fresh, clean, dry laundry! Can really recommend this laundrette!

Can't recommend highly enough! The washers and dryers are all super effective. The laundrette is staffed in the day and then self service in the evenings. AND they now have a card machine, that you can use even for self service. Which is a total game changer. They are helpful, lovely, awesome people, making the whole laundry mission as nice and as straightforward as possible. Best laundrette in Bristol by miles.

I use this place to wash 1 large bag of washing every couple of weeks + tumble dry for 20 minutes. This costs £7. The good thing about this place is that it is staffed so i can put my washing in, go get breakfast, cofee and do some shopping then collect later. The staff will load your washing into the dryer once done. This place is much better than the grubby launderettes that swallow all your money.

I went to next door dry cleaners and was met with a very rude woman who made absolutely no effort to understand my needs. However at the clean bean, the lady serving me was extremely helpful and kind and went extra mile with the great customer service she gave me an honest advice and managed to get rid of the stain on my coat effectively and professionally ,highly recommended five star manager ☺️

Lovely owner, nice machines, no worries if you don't have soap-- you can add it within the automatic system, contactless payment (tap card/phone), multiple size machines, place to fold, lots of great places nearby to have a bite to eat or drink while you wait. Five stars for this laundromat! They offer other services too, but I only went in to wash and dry my clothes while on holiday.

Love this place. I'm a super snob when it comes to launderette's and none in the town i was staying were cool enough. Needed a launderette urgently today after many months on vacation. Well worth the 75 mile roundtrip for great service, friendly and a cool place to hangout and drink coffee (if you choose). Thanks guys for creating such a great place and for the great service.

First visit today. Was going to leave duvet in and then pop to local coffee shop to work for an hour (and drink coffee), but ended up staying here. Great wifi, very good coffee, very helpful staff and duvet had been washed and dried before I knew it. Quiet enough in cafe to make a couple of work calls too. Very productive hour or so and best visit to a laundrette in years!!

I needed my quilted jacket washed. You know, it can be somewhat tricky, the drying with tennis balls, all that stuff... I am very happy about what this place did. The jacket has come out cleaner than it ever was, puffy and nice. Like new. I have tried a couple of places before, and this definitely has done the best job. Grateful. I will be back.

I love the clean bean! The lady who took my order (a king size feather duvet) was so lovely, helpful and I really enjoyed having a chat with her too! I am super pleased with how the duvet turned out. Friendly & fast service! After placing a delivery order I was contacted and told they couldn't collect from my post code, so I dropped my laundry in. After I'd collected it again they realised I'd come in and emailed me saying thank you and put some credit on my account! It was a very positive laundry experience all round. Thank you!

Been there to have suit cleaned - no problems then. Went there more recently to do a single load of washing as our washing machine had bust. The lady was kind, helpful, non-patronising, and whilst I waited for the wash I had one of their nice toasties and used the fast wi-fi. Wash only took 36 mins, the drying only 15. Brilliant.

Have used the Clean Bean for a few years and have found them extremely professional and helpful. Managing my elderly parents laundry weekly, with pick up and delivery, they have been invaluable. Easy communication and invoicing, flexibility and assistance in difficult times. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had a feather mattress topper cleaned, great service and very reasonably priced. All the instructions were clear and it's great to have the flexibility to drop off and collect from lockers rather than trying to rush around on my lunchbreak to get there during working hours. Will definitely use this service again!

Amazing place you can pay by cash or your phone You can bring you detergent but If you don’t have it’s not a problem when you pay in the machine you can add it You have lockers and baskets that you can use Also the area is a safe place ,full whit nice people and places to eat or have a caffe.

I went today, Sunday at 4pm, to clean my duvet and tons of clothes. I made a total disaster but the stuff was really comprehensive and they helped me with everything. I can’t be more thankful with the boy and the madam that were working there. Great service, great place, great people.

Stranded with two weeks washing and no way to get home on Friday night, phoned the CleanBean and the young lady who answered gave me directions, got all my stuff washed and dried and stayed late to finish the job. I even got a cup of tea. Very quick, great value, highly recommended.

I have been using The Clean Bean for my business, Bristol Massage Therapy, for a number of years. The quality of their service is second to none, and the team are a delight to work with. I cannot recommend The Clean Bean highly enough - try them and you really won't be disappointed

Had to use this service when my washer broke down and they simply refused to come to the flat to pick up the laundry. I don't understand how they are still in business. Edit: I found a better service and recommend launderapp for anyone that is looking for a professional service.

Friendly folk but despite appearances they are not an eco-friendly dry cleaner. They still use the horrible chemical PERC, despite the existence of viable alternatives like GreenEarth. Please consider offering this option - even for an extra charge - and I’ll be back!

It's a laundrette. You put your clothes in the washing machine, they get clean, then you put them in the dryer and they get dry. Simple. Just can't figure out why this place feels so wholesome but it does. Oddly enjoyed doing my washing here. Cheers guys.

Needed to get some items dried quickly. First time to the clean bean. This is a superb launderette, very nice friendly staff, great value compared to some others. Plus I was able to buy a good cup of coffee and sit in pleasant surroundings to drink it.

A really good launderette. They have two really big machines which are great for bedspreads and duvets. You can now pay by card so no need for pound coins..you can still pay cash if you want. They do a laundry service if you prefer.

Great little business. Very attentive and helpful staff. Silk ties are a nightmare to clean properly, but they did so really well and at a reasonable price too. Seems to me just a launderette but they also do dry cleaning.

Just wanted to say how great the staff are here, really going the extra mile. I lost a pillow slip that was really sentimental and they kept on the lookout and amazingly it was returned to me a number of weeks afterwards.

From out of town (States) and I think the quality of service here is second to none. Helpful and friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere, and good refreshments. Definitely doing laundry here the next time I am in Bristol.

Good value for money, service is grear and they serve a great cup of coffee, so you can sit and read in the little sun garden, if the weather perrmits. Service washes also available. Staff are friendly and helpful.

A Nice little laudry with a cafe to keep you busy while waiting. They have good sized machines and dryers big enough to wash duvets. The staff is friendly and alway welcoming.

Rarely have to use a laundrette but our washing machine had broken down. The staff were very friendly, premises were clean and coffee was fantastic. Will definitely use again.

I use the pick up/drop off service. It's so easy, they're very responsive, efficient and friendly. The prices are reasonable too, I would definitely recommend.
