I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a pretty long time. I get the same drink every week but lately as of November 2023 my orders have recently sucked. I don’t know if they have newer employees or what but the drinks are just not it.I pay extra for certain add ons and they will not put them there or they’ll put stuff that I didn’t even order.The place has always been great and so are the employees but I guess I’ll have to go to another location because i understand that mistakes happen but everytime? And for a 10 dollar drink? I don’t think so:/

Before I get tomatoes thrown at me, let’s get something clear. Local is always best. I get it Starbucks is a huge company. But they treat their employees (locals) well and that seems to make a great cup of hot coffee (sold to mostly locals) and who In the heck can complain about that. Anyway, I’d come here everyday if I had been a better spender in my twenties. Maybe a better saver. Sorry. Tangent. If you like coffee and you want it ASAP. Come here. Parking sucks.

I have been drinking the same drink for years, and I've been to a lot of Starbucks stores across the country and does not have any problem whatsoever; but here they charged me double for the same drink that I get everywhere else. Talk to the manager and he treated me like an idiot like I don't know anything about what I always ordered. Would never come here again.

Beyn was amazing and the other staff did and amazing job at trying to keep the flow going. It was EXTREMELY busy. Took awhile for our breakfast sandwiches but that’s because there was only one guy doing them. Still great service. Thank you

Drinks were good and all prepared correctly. It was frustrating to not be able to use the app to pay and earn stars. Store is dark and not super inviting, but it met our need for coffee.

And Sally is very rude, They tell you they do not have time to fill up the cases. They don't scan your points. And they tell you very rudely

My drink was made correctly, friendly staff. Not the best for work or study, table height not the best for working on laptops. On the plus side, plenty of outlets for when your battery runs low.

Probably the worst location ever i come within five minutes of ordering a drink and the ice is melted or the whip cream is flat like they are giving me and old drink that has been sitting

Nice treat for me while was stuck In hospital waiting for meds that I could and get.

The Starbucks in St. Vincent’s hospital is a godsend for families/parents and all others needing to visit or stay at the hospital. The staff is always friendly, and kind.

Great Starbucks at the hospital. Coffees are always consistent and they sling them out pretty fast.

The new location is the best Starbucks I've been to! Excellent coffee and customer service!

I wish it was outside of the hospital... so I had to find one really far away from there.
