The store opened at 10:30am. We were there at 10:20 along with a few others. The server placed a sign on the window that the time changed to 11am because they were behind. However, they allowed one customer in to serve, the managers reasoning....The customer had been there awhile? The teenagers that work there thought this was funny. Starbucks, please tell me where any of this was professional and/or good customer service. If the mannager had good business practices she should have told us all the time change before the store actually opened. I voiced my concerns met with more laughter from silly teenage workers who have no clue about good management. I'm not just going to leave my complaint, I plan to go further, because the customer they decided to serve was a White woman and yes, I am a black woman who was told by the store nanager that I had to leave because I used my voice to complain.

The cashier is doing his job but there is SIX employees just standing there, while myself and two others wait for there drink. One on the phone and the others literally standing there. 3 young black men just standing there and a young lady with dark hair moving like a snail. I've been waiting 13mins and there is now EIGHT and about 15 people waiting with no drinks coming out. I finally asked for a refund and someone is making it right now as they had one just sitting with no lid during the 15mins they said was mine. Um no. A tall young lady with curly short light colored hair helped me and as i said cashier was nice so only reason I'm giving a two star. Also the older woman with very long blonde hair had on just a spaghetti strap top which was very unhygienic to me

Girl working the register is no good. I stood in line for about two minuets after the people in front of me ordered. She just stares at people after they have ordered. She did the same thing to me and I had to snap her out of it by asking for my receipt. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich and she told me that she had to check to see if they had it. Or course she just stood there and didn't ring it in on my check. After I ordered my drinks I asked the maniger, who was doing a great job, if they had the sandwich I wanted. He said that they had plenty of it and had to remind the girl in the front to make one. She seems like she just can't keep up.

The girl Ashli is so rude. We asked her about a military discount (on Memorial Day) and she got a book and slammed it on the desk and looked through about 30 pages and said she didn’t see anything. Another barista came and gave us 10% while she kept flipping through pages. The guy barista was on the phone with who I think was the manager and gave her the phone. She asked the manager if she should take the 10% off which only averaged out to about .65 and she took it off. Then when we walked away her and the guy gave us dirty looks. Hopefully their upcoming training will help because their customer service sucks

Sweet deal to the guy texting while taking my order! Didn't even get a goodbye since he was so focused. I work at the Macy's and I am here often. The service use to be better. Adding on tomy complaint! The people are rude and cold! I have enjoyed service from a woman with bright colors hair and an older gentlemen. The younger workers seem to forget they work in a customer service field.

Most of staff doesn't know how to make drinks i ordered peach green tea lemonade she made passion tango instead i told her its not and she was keep arguing like it is the same and she made it again the same one and my husband ordered white mocha frapp and instead she made again the wrong one and instead saying sorry she was arguing on that one too ..very bad experience

Just tried to buy a couple drinks for my son and I and we were refused service, because they said they have to catch up on the orders. Very unprofessional, they have 4 people working and would not take our order!!! This is absolutely poor buisness management!!! I will be contacting corporate. And as soon as we walk away they start taking orders again..unreal...

Service sucked. Made it wrong three times took 20 min just to get the first drink told me they were making it next and then didn’t and we had to ask again. Have been here for 36 minutes and we were third in line when they opened and I still don’t have it yet.

the customer service here is 0/5 stars, they always get my order wrong and are extremely rude! the only person offering good service is Aryellé. sometimes, she’s the only reason i come here , she’s always friendly, sweet, and her service always comes with a smile. i can’t wait to see her on my next visit :)

At this location it is hit and miss when it comes to friendliness and cleanliness yes this is a busy location but lacks personality, professionalism, and courtesy. I order from this location from time to time but there are always people out front lurking around making it uncomfortable More

The only coffee shop in the Sheraton at Capital Square. I don't drink coffee, so no comment. I did get a decent egg and bacon sandwich which could have been a little more substantial for the price. (Then again, since I have never been to Starbucks before, I have nothing to compare it to.)

This Starbucks is terrible. The one person with good customer service is Aryelle. She’s the best person here and is so kind. I know many regulars that come just for her including myself. The rest of the managers should take a note from her book of customer service.

Customer service is horrible. Barista didn't want more than 2 people in line, so she kept shutting down the line to make 2 orders at a time. Very horrible service and does not care about her job at all

Ordered a drink, and it was so burnt!!!! Ordered another one with a restretto shot, by not only couldn't they offer me a restretto, but burnt the second drink too! Was watching a barista, and she spilled three plus drinks just while we were there.

Got my same drink I always do at all starbucks, and it tasted horrible, threw it away. I'd give them zero stars if I could, cant even make a simple drink. I'll never go to the Starbucks in castleton square mall ever again.

The drinks are delicious and the service is pretty quick I went in a Saturday and they were very busy. This location does not have a drive thru seeing how it is actually located inside Castleton square mall.

Worlds best staff at any location. But this is the one I go to most often. In the summer my order is a Pink Drink light ice, in the winter it's a Chai latte. Great customer service.

took 25 minutes to make my drink. wouldn’t expect my birthday coupon. rude workers. when the drink was made it tasted very bad.

Had to work inventory at the mall which would have been great to have some caffeine for, they were closed by 5:56, kinda dumb especially since it says they are open till 6:30.......

i went in ab 7:30. the boy with the cap is rude and my drink tasted disgusting and even MORE disgusting after i had it remade.

Usually the staff is rude and very condescending .there is only 1 employee that isn't I don't go to this Starbucks very often even though it's next to my work place rude rude rude

the menu isnt out and theres a new drink out. i asked and explained the best way i could and she still acted like an idiot. they should get to know their menu

If you like sassy baristas and waiting fifteen minutes for your order in an otherwise empty restaurant then this is your place.

This place is incredible. They are always inclusive and make us feel welcome. There’s no Starbucks I’d rather go to.
