I've never had a bad experience at Starbucks personally. They have very tasty coffee, even though it's overly priced in my opinion. Anyone can make the same flavored coffees at home for well over a fraction of the price. I go to McDonalds and get their large hot latte with whole milk and 3 pumps of caramel with a few sugars to add. If you top it with whip cream and drizzle chocolate on it, bam.. just as good as Starbucks for $3 and some change. But other than that it's really good. Their baked treats are really good too, especially their cake pops and croissant breakfast sandwiches. If you have the extra cash it's worth trying them out every once in a while. It's definitely not worth going everyday or you'd spend a month's rent worth of money there just in coffee after about a week or 2

I will never go back to this location! I have several registered cards with Starbucks, I get different rewards throughout the year, all with different requirements. Sometimes it's (free item loaded to your card just use your registered card) other times it says just show this code to your batista. So today I went to get my free sandwhich and showed them my code from the original email. They would not give me the sandwhich without my card which was in a different purse. (I read the email 3 times before I left my house to make sure I didn't need my card). So needless to say I left angry and without the sandwhich. Now my husband has his own acct and his own code he went to a different Starbucks and they gave him his sandwhich and never once asked for his registered card!!

We're not noisy or troubling making people. We're in out- 50's. "Manager" was rude. Delivery truck blocked us in without telling us. Mgr asked if we had parked there AFTER we were already blocked. He then told us it would be 30-45 mins, but they closed in 15 mins and said we'd have to leave and take it up with the driver. We should've been allowed to stay inside while the delivery truck was there (it's not like they were going anywhere). We had planned on leaving at closing, but due to their inability to communicate with or advocate for the customer we were forced out. Supposedly mgr's last day was coming in 5 days... if he's not willing to represent Starbuck's positively to his last day, he shouldn't be there!

I visit this Starbucks every morning and there's usually this guy with a long ponytail at the window. He comes off as rude and acts as if he hates his job. No smile, no good morning, no how are you, NO NOTHING!. But today 5/17/18 I came across a different guy. A very nice older guy. I want to say his name is Gary cause the apron he was wearing said Gary on it. He made my day and even made me laugh this morning. This is who I want to see in the window every morning instead of the grouch. Gary you are the best othewise I would have rated this place 1 star. You saved them. ( Bad hair day cap). I put that so Gary would know who left the review.

I went to this location on my way to work the lady that was taking counter orders was continously taking orders but only filling the hot orders I waited there 30 minutes and asked about my order and it wasn't until the drive thru lady questioned her that she asked someone else to do her cold bar ... why take so many orders and not even attempt to fill the cold beverages only the hot orders..

Pretty good starbucks. Drinks are great and seldom erroneous, but it's usually a hassle using rewards cards and getting food through the drive-through (they often leave out my food orders so I have to be sure to ask before paying/driving off). Staff is still very friendly and apologetic when this happens though. Has an interesting Pokemon Go sponsored frapp and hosts a gym which often has raid battles. Also has nice but small putdoor patio for when the weather is nice. Do not recommend trying to hit this place during rush hour though.

Service is soo horrible. I went there online it says they close at 9 so I have about an hour left. I pull up no one takes my order. I look and see the employee looking back at me. We had a stare down and he ducked under/behind the cash register space. He could’ve just said on the microphone that they were closed. So I pulled up to the window and had to knock for 3 minutes till the man finally looked up and said were closed with an attitude. Would never go again. This is not the first rude encounter I have had with the staff!

Picked up my order. At the mobile stand and a staff member says oh that’s yours ? I said yes and made a joke that it looked like someone already drank mine (as it was half full) and she said my order was “weird” because I order a cold brew with no ice lol (how is that weird?) I said I order this drink 6 days a week at the binford store and she turned around and said “he wants this filled up, apparently he orders it like this everyday” in the most sarcastic tone ever. The absolute trashiest service I’ve ever had.

They gave me a venti drink that barely covered the top black line & when I asked for more milk at the window the lady with short dark brown hair said No. when I called the manager(yes I become a Karen I come here daily and spend $12 daily) he said to pull back through and they would just make me a new one, the same lady said “what” not is everything ok, just a “what”. I go here daily and the new staff is terrible old staff is phenomenal but the new staff is tearing them down.

I had a very terrible time at this horrible Starbucks. Definitely need new workers who aren’t so disrespectful. I walked in on them spitting in my drink and When I asked what in the world they were doing they denied it and threw the drink at me and refused to remake it. There was gum on the floor and it looked like the place has not been cleaned in years. I will not be returning and I will be telling all the other moms to never go here and leave bad review. I’m disgusted.

I don't know if it was on purpose and they were just ignoring me or if they didn't care, but they totally got my drinks wrong (I ordered 2 of the same thing-->chai tea with extra pumps of chai). I'm not one to usually complain, but if I'm paying $5 per drink, I'd like it to be what I ordered. I go to Starbucks every day. Unfortunately it's not the first time this has happened. Aside from that-the girl at the checkout window was very nice!!

I was here with a friend on her birthday. She was getting her free drink courtesy of Starbucks. The service for both of us was fast and very pleasant. The location was clean and the staff was friendly, they hold up what you know and love from Starbucks in all regards.

Do Starbucks employees realize that some people really can’t have lactose and it’s not just for the plant milk trend? If they can add in any other components of my drink I’m sure they can remember to substitute milk too. It’s literally written on the sticker. Bottom line is we pay for it. It’s not the first time this happened at this location. I work with coffee too and this is one thing I’m always super careful about. Frustrating.

This has been our go-to location for years and they’ve provided great service. Lately, however, it seems to be taking longer and longer to get our orders. Not sure what is causing this as there are usually plenty of workers and it’s no busier than in the past.There are a lot of new faces behind the counter so perhaps that has something to do wit it. Waiting almost 20 minutes for a mobile order is not good.

I went into this establishment this morning for some tea they didn't have the tea I wanted. I felt the manager that was there this morning was very rude when she let me know they were out. She also gave a very nasty look when she saw that I ordered something else and had the nerve to ask the cashier that took my order what I ordered rude. I will not be going back in there at all they will never get another dime from me.

This place used to be very fast i come here almost every day too. However ever since they hired this older lady it has turned from a five or ten minute transaction into a 10 to 25 minute wait through the drive-thru. She is very friendly but when you guys have traffic lining up outside of your parking lot because she wants to talk about her life story with every customer it's driving away future business

I really like this branch of starbucks. I usually enjoy my coffee there and organize my list before I visit one of the nearby stores. The staff are nice and everything is as expected from a starbucks branch. Only complaint is about the smell of food in the outside area. I think there is a restaurant next door and when they cook the smell makes you feel like you want to get inside the store.

Giving this Starbucks 5 stars because of its staff. They are always friendly, efficient and they make excellent drinks. In addition, a personal experience: One morning I accidentally spilled a vente latte all over the floor; one of the staff promptly mopped it up (without a trace of displeasure) and before I could think twice they had prepared a new drink for me. What a wonderful crew!!

10/18 6:00AM shift There were two older women talking telling the sweet drive thru lady that they couldn’t honor my no ice request and that the drink had to have ice in it. Since when is Starbucks not allowed to make drinks without ice?? I just pulled off because it made me uncomfortable. I didn’t want them to spike my drink with something because of my no ice request.

I ordered a Venti espresso with no ice and I got a half of cup of espresso. So disappointed and the drink tasted terrible. This is now the second time I’ve had this same issue at this location. I will not be ordering from this Starbucks again. It’s worth the extra dollar to go up the street to the next one. I’ve never had this problem before at any other Starbucks but this one.

I have ordered from this location 3 times now through Uber Eats, and EVERY TIME I have been missing one out of the two items I ordered. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?? I understand if it was a lot of items, but it's only two! Today was the last chance. I will be ordering from a different location going forward and see if they can handle two items to put in a bag. FRUSTRATING!!!

If its Black History Month and they have a history paper up then they should have at LEAST one thing of Black History on the paper. Totally disrespectful.

This is seriously one of the slowest Starbucks in the country... So slow, roughly 4-minute average per vehicle in drive-thr (so imagine average line of 8-10 cars), and they do not seem care one bit that they are so slow. Do not come here if you are in a hurry, especially the drive thru

The place is great, we try to go every weekend with friends to hang out. Tonight Lana waited on us and she was great. There is a grumpy female working there and we don't feel she is ever happy, but the rest of the team is sociable, personable, and provide great customer service.

Friendly new folks here with pleasant service. Starbucks has a new chile mocha that left me disappointed with its lack of heat (not even much chile flavor at all). But the standard PSL and Salted Caramel Mocha are classic and consistent.

I ran in to grab a quick coffee and change for a wedding. The bathroom was big and very easy for me to change. The chocolate cream cold brew was what I needed to make it through the rest of the eventful evening.
