The new Manager, Linda, is absolutely great. She takes the time to get to know her customers and always greet you with a smile. Her patience and professionalism show why she was chosen for this specific location due to the high volume of clients. Most importantly, Linda treats her employees with a great level of respect and they value her service and training. I appreciate the employees because they share the same level of professionalism as Linda. The facilities are well kept and the grounds are clean. Thank you Linda and all employees for your time and effort. I always feel welcome, and I leave refreshed knowing that my well-being and property are valued to the company. I highly recommend this place and value the service.

Everything seemed well and good initially, but there have been times where I need assistance and the office is deserted despite them being open. I call the numbers posted just in case someone is out cleaning trash, never a response. When you call you sit on hold until someone answers, but it's not someone at the actual location, it's someone else and then they say that you'll get a call back later from someone that can help you. I've had more issues with this storage facility than others that I've used in the past. That being said, they do their best to make things right when you bring up an issue, the location manager is very polite and helpful.

The manager Angela was super nice and helpful. Explained everything clearly and in a timely manner. The storage space seems very secure being locked behind a gate that you have to have your own code for and then a lock and key on the unit itself so very secure. The manager goes above and beyond because she will remind you when you have a payment coming up so you don't forget. Which for a person like me who has a terrible memory that is so helpful. Plus their rates are cheaper than other storage places around.

I have rented from this StorPlace of Old Hickory several different times over the years and I have had nothing but excellent service. Angela at the front desk provided the best customer service I have ever had and went well out of her to accommodate me during a stressful move. If you have to pick a place to store your belongings choose this one. From move in to move out, the transition will be smooth and easy with team members like Angela to help you every step of the way!

Jay, the Assistant Manager, helped me get registered and set up for my storage unit. She was so informative, professional and personable. I am impressed with her knowledge and multi-tasking abilities. While I was filling out my paperwork, she assisted 3 other walk-ins and 2 phone calls! And was ready for me when I was done. Her efficiency is to be appreciated. I left with a smile on my face and felt I'm in the right place to do business.

I want to tell you how impressed I am with this storage facility. Linda B is definitely an asset to your company. I’ve noticed so many changes. The facility is always taken care of including the grounds, buildings inside and out, pest control etc. She does a fantastic job. Most of all she is very courteous and very professional. I’ve been your customer for more than 25 years and Linda B is the best. Sure hope she stays.

Happy renting here! Angela the Manager is so polite and eager to help. The Property is very clean and safe. Reasonable pricees, clean units. This storage location is easy accessable and wide driveways on the outside you won't have problems parking or turning around in front of your unit! Great storage with awesome employees, clean office and facility! I highly recommend this location!

I needed a large unit to store a household while moving cross country. The first two StorPlace locations I contacted did not have a unit large enough, but a gentleman went into their system to find a unit and put me in touch with Angela. As you might imagine, moving cross country is extremely stressful. Angela was very helpful and accommodating! Excellent customer support all around!

I have had a unit at this location for 5 years. Since Angela has taken over I’ve noticed the upgrades or how much better the maintenance & security of the property has been vs before. She communicates with me if I happen to be late and explains all fees clearly if they occur. I couldn’t be happier with this StorPlace location and the staff on hand. 5 stars *****

The company I work for has been using the StorPlace location at 14985 Old Hickory Blvd in Nashville for over four years now. I work out of there almost every day during the week. The office manager, Angela, is always friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with anytime I need anything.

Storplace at Old Hickory Blvd is great! I've rarely had a problem, but when I did, it was solved right away. Linda & Angela are both sweet & VERY accommodating! I've been wirh them for 4 years & just added another storage unit. They're the BEST.

Angela is the best! StorPlace Self Storage on Hickory isn't the fanciest storage place, but it is clean, safe, and has the best manager ever! The convience of using an app to enter and exit is and added bonus!
