It's not like you'll cross lanes with the Dude here but the franchise feel is spruced up by the best staff around. I have never failed to be surprised by how friendly and helpful the crew here are. From party hosts to bar staff, they all have a genuinely positive approach to dealing with people in the ambient chaos. It's as close as I'll get to a perfect game.

Great experience during a laser tag birthday party with 11 kids. The host was fantastic with both adults and children, and the entire team went above and beyond to resolve a little timing issue during the party. Everything went smoothly from my end, as a parent, and all the kids had fun so it was a win for all of us.

This place needs a revamp. They packed too many lanes into a small area. Have to share bench seats which move when you sit down. All balls are black so you can't identify them quick & means the lane next to you will just grab what you're using. All seats were dirty, didn't even want to sit down. Not worth the money.

Me and my friends tried out their Forensics escape room. It was challenging and a nice flow of pase. Even though we weren't able to complete the room, it was an amazing experience. For everyone deciding to try out this particular room, try not to get fixated on one thing and spread your point of view.

Atmosphere is just one thing that's good, but the customer service is top notch, ready to help with customer needs. One of the staff even gave my group a free game of billiards while waiting for laser tag which is nice. This place is definitely a great place to bring the kids (before after dark).

Had an experience at strike Highpoint and it was absolutely wonderful. I was greeted by Josh and Luke who were ever so kind. From that moment on they looked after everything for my family and I. Will definitely be back to see these legends! Thanks Josh and Luke for a killer day

A little disappointed after booking a lane then to arrive only to be told we can’t be allowed entry due to the RSA laws as we have a 3 month old infant with us….. he can’t hold his own bottle let alone order alcohol.

Each time we visit we are always greeted with a smile. The venue is clean and tidy. Adults can have a cheeky alcoholic beverage while we bowl and there is a variety of meals to enjoy also
