Very disappointed with the service provided by the staff at your laser tag facility. My sons, who are 10 and 7 years old, were struggling to wear their vests and adjust their waist belts properly. Despite seeing their difficulty, the staff member simply stood there and did nothing to help them. I tried to help them even though I was still working on my vest, which was quite difficult and time-consuming. When I asked the staff member to help lock and fasten the adjustable waist belt of my sons, she refused and said it was unnecessary to lock it. As a result, the vest kept moving and was very uncomfortable for my sons during the game. It is unacceptable that a staff member at a family entertainment centre would not assist young children struggling with their equipment. The staff member (young lady) should have known better that the vests would not stay in place, especially for younger children who run and move during the laser tag game. I was also disappointed by this staff member's lack of customer service. She had a flat face and was not interested in helping us at all. Please address this matter and ensure that all staff members are properly trained to provide assistance to customers, particularly those with young children. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the venue was terrible. They've upgraded the lanes to some new 'pins on strings' system and the first lane we were put on constantly put the wrong amount of pins back after the first bowl, as in, my partner got a strike on the first bowl, then it put a pin back up... this happened so many times, it would always put an extra pin back up. So they moved us, then the next lane stopped working all together. So they moved us again. Then the next lane did the same as the first lane, not putting the correct amount of pins back. We couldn't be bothered complaining again, so we just finished the dodgy game, told the staff the issue and left. Not only that, the whole venue is DULL. No lights or cool pictures, it was just a very very boring looking venue. Unfortunately, I won't be using any strike, or other venue if they have this stupid pin on strings system. What was wrong with the old system? It was exact every time as it just grabbed what was left, then put them back down. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! $70 down the drain.

Seriously, the team at the front bar are next level! My friend had her Hen's night last Saturday and we ended up coming to strike for laser tag. We were playing the Hen's night bingo (iykyk) and the bar staff did absolutely everything they could to help us. We were a rowdy bunch and they really didn't bat an eye. Such beautiful humans, I want to genuinely thank them all for their hard work and amazing customer service Smiles all round. Seriously, above and beyond service. I am 1000000% coming back to this strike and this strike only from now on. Emily in particular made me a cocktail off menu and allowed me to go on a full rant about why does everything have red bull in it. I appreciated them and the manager (frog hat and has same Dangerfield outfit as me, I didn't grab their name I'm so sorry!) who was just an absolute gem cutie I adored!!!! Venue itself was clean, security staff were helpful, laser tag was run like a dream and I saw a security member regularly going down the long walkway to the bathrooms to check on them ❤️❤️❤️

I celebrated my birthday here last night and I will give it a no rate if I could. The service was terrible, the sound system/ karaoke in our room was extremely bad and was not functioning adequately. Our booking was 21:00 and we got told at 20:50 that they were cleaning the room, and went back to the reception for the second time after 20 minutes and we got told they will double check the room if it’s ready and no one came back to let us know and finally at 21:30 one of our friends told them off and one of their staff escorted us to the room. Moving forward, as we walked in the room we can feel the carpet how sticky it is, just filthy! We let one of their staff know about our complaint and he was supposed to call the manager but until we have finished our time no manager turned up (in short they just ignored us) based on our experienced, I will not recommend this place for karaoke jamming! There’s a lot of way better places compare to this one. It did not meet my expectations for what I paid for

We had a big group and were looking to book multiple activities. We called and asked about parking and were told parking will be free and we were advised to park underground. When we got there the game got set up late and we were given less time at the lane. Moreover, we were seated separately even though we were one group which made no sense. We ended up spending in excess of $500 and at the end were told that we have to pay for the parking and that the information provided was wrong and nothing they could do about it. We got an email from a lady called Emma who advised us and showed that to the manager. No apology was made at all. Instead the manager told us I pay for my parking too. Ended up paying $200 for parking for parking on top. With so many options for bowling and arcade having a good and courteous customer service is what makes one stand out and this place stood out for the wrong reasons. Wouldn’t go back or recommend

Came in for 2 games with my son today was told if your happy to wait 10 minutes no problem, so we paid and ten minutes later we were allocated a lane the first game we had a ball in between games I quickly went to the toilet came back to the lane with my son saying the management said we had to hurry up or we would lose our lane because it was booked, no mention of this when I paid 80 dollars for our games and it had been 30 minutes since we walked in the place, I just packed up and we left disappointed,I understand you have bookings but telling us we were good to play then 15 minutes later told we had to hurry or forfeit our second game we lost interest, I'm involved with a radio show called the concrete gang on 3cr at 930 am tomorrow tune in and see how that goes.for strike bowling,o ffered nothing like sorry we over booked here's a voicher to come back another.time, awful customer service and I won't be back

Started off alright, Told we could be there till 10:20 for a 8pm booking on Saturday night thought it was odd that we had a time limit but anyway, had some fun in the first game, when the second game started at about 9 ish we were told we have 20 mins to finish the second game (who puts a time limit on bowling ???) When we questioned the manager he said they its 30-40 mins per game, I then asked if this was in the Ts & Cs and he advsied it was, when i asked him EXACTLY where that was he changed the subject, clearly sub par management and then the securtity guard came and pretty much stood on top of us as we were finishing only 5 goes into the second game. To top it off they gave us some stupid little "free bowling cards" but only between Monday-Thursday. Safe to say we wont be coming back.

BOWL YOUR WALLET AWAY Came here for a birthday. Was nice they were able to fit us in late at night. Only open to 11pm is a bit tame though. These sort of large venues you would expect 12am, 1am. Its the city not the suburbs. What they have adopted is the city prices. This place is pricey in every sense. So BE PREPARED. Venue has a good layout and looks nice. Staff are very friendly as well. We did wait 10 minutes past our booked time to get started though. The games run for about 30 minutes for 3 people. The lanes are really dark. And if got bad eyes. Good luck. Its also extremely warm in this venue. Kinda feels like they pump the heater up to get you to buy drinks.... Ide recommend just going to your local bowling centre and supporting them.

Poor customer service, we booked 2 lanes to play one game and was not notified that there is a limited amount of time to finish our game and was rushed by a rude staff member to finish our session despite nearly finishing anyways and then came back again to basically kick us out cause our time was up, however we had to wait for other people before us to finish before we could start, another thing if there is a time limit then you guys should fix your machine that sets up the pins there were times that we'd had to wait before it fixes itself losing us more time to play. I understand if it's been a long day, I work in retail so I get it, this was just poorly handled by the staff.

POOR SERVICE! Got 2 rounds in and the pins were going left right up and down then the whole thing stopped working just left with one pin. Me and my mates were waiting ages, got told they were trying to fix it for us but they actually weren't trying to fix it because they were already aware of the faulty lane from other reviews I have read from a week ago. Will never go back again! There wasn't even a out of order sign on the faulty lane, absolutely ridiculous! Got refunded after waiting at least 45 minutes, during that 45 min wait we watched the employers serve heaps of other customers, SO THEY WEREN'T TRYING TO FIX IT AT ALL AS THEY WERE ALREADY AWARE OF THE ISSUE!

We always love going to a Strike or Holey Moley, but Marcia really blew us away tonight! We booked 3 games of bowling, but due to a error only 2 were actually booked which was a bit of an inconvenience for us. Marcia went above and beyond to ensure our customer experience remained amazing, they gave us several options of what we wanted to do, and checked in to make sure we were happy. Once their shift ended, Marcia made sure we knew Tyler would look after us, Tyler was also awesome and very helpful. Absolutely the sweetest, nicest person, lucky to have them at this venue!

We organized a work event here for 25 people and of course were running late! The team at Strike MC were really great to work with, starting from the Events team in setting up the booking with 1 week notice to Wesley and the Team that hosted our Bowling/Escape room activities. Food/Beverage service was super quick, the team were very responsive and accommodating even though we can see their location very busy with other customers as well. Highly recommend this location if you're planning an event, the team are fantastic.

Strike is very good club where you can take drinks and play many games. especially bowling pool and laser games are my favorite ones. you can also have lunch or dinner over there. place is very happening and staff is very good. you'll have to take identify proof to get in. if you go on sunday you'll get free tickets for bowling with food. It's good place to hang out with friends. also it's also affordable place for drinks and games.

Had the strike bowling a couple of weeks ago and had so much fun. The venue is in Melbourne Central Mall and was packed. Lots of families and kids are having fun. It got laser tag and other activities too. After 8pm no kids are allowed. Better to make bookings rather than walking in and so you won't be disappointed. COVID-19 disinfection between sessions are enforced but masks are not mandatory. Will visit again

my kids never been bowling ever in their life, just wanted the experience to expand their brains and knowledge at strike bowling but was REFUSED entry by man in the front. he was very nice, i will say, still belive my children of 17 years was refused fantastic opportunity, not happy. will never be back as cannot afford this inhuman cost of discrimination. nice signs very clear entry #costoflivinf #danielamdrews

This is it. This is your one stop entertainment venue if you love bowling (of course that's what Strike Bowling is known for). But wait, there's more. Because they've also got two state of the art escape rooms that are fun for all peeps 15 and over, laser tag for the whole crew, and augmented darts (or so you think). Overall, a must for bowlers, escape artists, or just mucking around with your friends.

Roxy and Sam were badussin, I was sitting at the bar and I could feel that I was about to pass out (I have a lack of iron) and as I fell face first onto the bar bench Sam caught me before I fell off the bar stool, Roxy grabbed me lemonade and a pillow to sit on and frequently asked if I was okay, and then took me to the couches when I was feeling better. TOP QUALITY SERVICE !!!!!

Just the BIGGEST shoutout to Guth who was the most amazing staff member who made my friends and I’s night last night. After the dart board glitching, he fixed us up with some on the house mocktails (approved by management) and check up on us the whole night. Truly a phenomenal team member who goes above and beyond for their customers! We love you Guth ❤️

Wesley was the greatest host ever. Made us feel very included in very thing. We played everything there and it was great experience. Many cocktails and many shots. It was the best experience. My utmost disappointment with the management and the security. My friends and I recently visited to this place all the way from Cranbourne with the intention of playing laser tag. However, we were denied entry solely based on the fact that one of my friend is 22 years old, and the security and manger were full of attitude and rudeness towards us.

This bowling alley lacked the mod cons that make it more entertaining when bowling with little ones. Things like personal control of the lane, adding your photos to your name, picking a theme for the lane etc. was not available. However, it was very clean and run very efficiently. We did love the variety of shoes available too.

id like to open a dispute, regarding to my escape room on saturday the 20th of the 10th. we spent plenty of time in the first room of the haunted escape room the girl running it came in after we requested a clue and stated the drawer was jammed and she unjammed it which resulted in us having majorly less time in the next room.

Had an excellent time in Strike Melbourne Central. I needed to adjust my booking on the day to knock it back 30 minutes. I was able to sort this it out in a 3 minute phone call thanks to Adam Service was excellent when were inside, always someone to help at the counter. Drinks delivered to your table. Great job guys!

They started the game without showing us properly how everything works, didn’t give us the chance to make our own teams and started the game without telling us properly… But when we approached them about this incident, they gave us the opportunity for playing it properly 2nd time..not bad..but could have been more fair

Worst refund policy ever. Did not allow us to enter because we didn’t have physical ID (fair enough). We asked for a refund worth $350 which was denied instead they gave us a bunch of expired coupons to use next time. It was a pain to book online with 16 expired coupons. Do not go here!

I’m very disappointed by the organisation of this place. They are booking groups back to back with no leeway time. Our group had two goes left to go and they shut down our lane and kicked us out on the dot. There should be at least 15 minutes between bookings.

Always worth a visit when visiting Melbourne Central. Lots of lanes available, escape rooms and laser tags. Comfortable seating, and good laser tag arena. The stafd are also very friendly, understanding and helpful. Toilets and drinks also available!

Showed up randomly, staff were able to book us in to do bowling, lasertag, darts and their escape room. It was all very enjoyable, especially the virtual darts, had not experienced that before. Staff were friendly and helpful

Had quite a bit of fun, we made a large booking and has to pay upfront before but on the day a couple of people had to pull out. The team was quite understanding and gave us vouchers for free dames instead to use next time.

I booked Laser Tag for my daughter and her friends and a couple of bowling lanes for the grown ups in our group. We all had such a great time. Haven't been bowling in such a long time and I forgotten how much fun it is.

Had a great time doing the shut down escape room. Roxy was lovely and very helpful. The escape room itself was pretty well done, a little hard for 6 people to do at once though better for 4 people I think.

Unimpressed that the Lazer tag scores cannot be printed, and there is no record of the games. We're very competitive people and without the game scores we have no proof of winning. Lame!!!! …

Visited this venue during my lasertag tour around Australia. Its equipped with 24 laserforce gen8 vests, base targets and beacons. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Kids loved strike bowling, they had a lot of fun. Best to make a booking as they get really busy. They also have laser tag and escape rooms. Great for birthday parties too.
