FLOWERS NEVER RECEIVED. I was so thrilled to see the great reviews and eager to try a new florist during a sensitive bereavement time. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I ordered sympathy flowers for a friend, who lost her mother-in-law. Specifically requested they deliver to the Church hosting the funeral. I find out weeks later that sadly, the flowers and the card never arrived. Called to report; was told the funeral home delivered them graveside (which is not what I requested); and after expressing the family checked and none of the family received the flowers or the card, was pretty much left hanging. Money spent to share a loving sentiment tangibly, that was confirmed as never received, and no refund was offered. Disappointed.

A quick google search for florists in Charlotte provided numerous choices, but Stroud’s had many positive reviews so I took a chance and called. Staff was the perfect balance of personal and professional. I was concerned with it being Valentines weekend, they wouldn’t be able to deliver my short notice order. The arrangement was delivered on time, as promised and was an excellent translation by the designer of what I requested. The recipients loved them and commented how lovely, fresh, and fragrant the flowers were. Thank you Stroud’s for the gorgeous welcome to Charlotte for my son and his fiancé’s new home purchase!

Had a terrible time trying to find flowers for my husband home going service in short notice. I was referred to Strouds by a family friend. Contacted florist by phone to help with in 24 hrs. With everything going on I totally forgot about the flowers. The lady did everything and more over the phone for us. We arrived at the service and was in Aww of the flowers. I had no clue what to expect. I was pleased with every piece and color she choice. She matched every flower perfect. I strongly recommend Strouds Florist.

I like in Texas and was desperately trying to find a gothic arrangement up in Charlotte for a friend. I called quite a few florists that didn't have anything to help (but were all very nice) until one referred me to Stroud's. Within a few minutes, Christina sourced some black flowers for me and arranged for them to be delivered tomorrow! If I ever need flowers in North Carolina again, I know where I'm going!!!!

Stroud's is awesome! I called Neil last minute to order a corsage for my mom for Mother's Day; the florist I usually use was completely booked and unable to help me. Neil was great, so kind and courteous. He made sure he understood what I wanted. Christina was there when I went to pick it up, she was so sweet and the corsage was perfect!! Thank you very much for a five star experience.

I called Stroud's from another part of the North Carolina to have a sympathy arrangement made and delivered locally in Charlotte. All I gave them was a price and color of flowers. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful. I called late in the day but they were able to promptly deliver beautiful flowers the next morning. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with the service that was provided by Stroud's Florist. I called to order a plant for a funeral, they walked me through what they had and took the time to explain what the different plants looked like and the prices. Ordered a vase arrangement for a lady friend. I looked online for my budget. Couldn't find anything nice in my price range. Called Stroud's and a nice lady made my friend a great arrangement for cheap. Needless to say I got the date!
