This is a standard subway branch so it's good if you like subway food, but for years now the customer bathroom has been 'temporarily' out of service and every time I go in there I ask about the bathroom and they give a different answer every time. One time it was because drunk people had vandalised it the night before. Another time it was because they only open it on certain days. Today I went in there and when I asked the guy behind the counter muttered something about a leak and quickly changed the subject. Then later when I was eating he unlocked the bathroom, went in there himself for five minutes without any cleaning supplies and then came back out again and relocked the door. I used to ask about the bathroom because I wanted to wash my hands before eating or because I genuinely needed the loo, but now I ask because the mystery of the out of service toilet is just so intriguing. It's been 'temporarily' out of order for minimum two years, possibly three or four. What's going on in there? Have they decided to just use it as a staff only toilet and keep the customers out? Is there a secret passageway back there?? Is it even a toilet at all??? I need to know.

1. I was told to choose 1 bread out of 6 & my first 2 choices were not available. What's the point asking me to "choose 1 from these 6" 2. I was asked to pay £10.49 where my meal was only £8.99. I was given a silly reason as I need to ask my 2nd drink to be removed; but, she (Simran) didn't give me the 2nd cup for my 2nd drink. Sounded very suspicious for me. 3. Its written in the toilet door as "toilet for customer use only"; but its being used by staff as changing room and told to us "it's out of order". This is after easing covid restrictions and i was able to use the washrooms in most restaurants to wash hands. 4. The upper level floor was supper sticky. Someone spiller some drink & i believe it must have not been cleaned for more than a day.

My recent visit to this Subway restaurant was incredibly disappointing. Despite arriving well before the posted closing time on Sunday at 4 pm, the staff, an Asian man and a girl, abruptly denied my order, claiming the restaurant was closed. To my surprise, they proceeded to serve the person in front of me. When I inquired about the closure, the male staff member was extremely arrogant and dismissive, displaying unprofessional behavior that left me feeling disrespected as a customer. This incident reflects poorly on the service quality and professionalism at this establishment. I regretfully rate this experience as 0/10 and cannot recommend this Subway branch based on this encounter.

Your typical standard subway, food was fresh and the staff worked pretty hard so you're not kept waiting for too long. There is no seating available as this is a takeaway subway store and is in the narrower corridor section of the shopping centre near the entrance, there are one or two benches opposite but these are usually taken by passers by. Reason for knocking a star off was simply because the staff need to speak louder and clearer, we both had to keep asking them to repeat themselves, they were polite though.

Slow and unfriendly service. They left my sandwich in for twice the amount of time than the oven timed for and the syrup was out on their drinks machine. No apology for either issues, but did replace my drink with a bottle. I would be more sympathetic if it were busy, but it was dead with 3 members of staff behind the counter. Customer service need improving! Such a shame, as I've had no issues with other branches

I went in this morning for a drink and this really nice lad called Mohit severed me, he was lovely, there was a old woman working there, threatening to take his job off him and sounded like a barking dog. Went in again and she was so rude, again Mohit was very polite. Lady of you don’t like your job, F off and let someone else at it. Pure joke

wag warn lads when I walked in I was greeted by a 69 year old women who was wearing supreme strapons and bare Gucci you get me fam, I bought a scooter sandwich with some crep protect sauce, roar sauce. the price was - 2 kelvin. I was discusted with the the customer service but my G DARREN was class, I think he deserves time and half and cheeky bit coin at the end of the year, safe my G x ;)

Not happy worst experience at a subway ordered a wrap and the man very rudely said I can only have 5 salads on my wrap when I wanted all of them. Then he refused to listen and told my sister all of suddenly she couldn’t have lettuce. The manager gave no refund and instead offered a free cookie! Will never be coming back to this subway.

Bad portion sizes. Weird tasting chicken Halal as well so terrible turkey bacon. Unfriendly staff Had to get the hot drink topped up as they only half filled it

For the location it's situated in, it's a very quiet, not busy Subway. The store is very spacious in comparison to other subway branches. No complaints, great fresh food. Very happy

Had to repeat myself numerous times as the assistant was too busy talking to their colleague. As for the sub, half eaten and thrown away. Dryer than Oscar Wilde. As for the nachos, four times I had to repeat myself, still got it wrong. MUST do better.

Terrible food. I got sick and had a severe diarrhea right after having their wrap. Chicken taste like they were bad and the sauces were terrible, this really raised my concerns for food safety in Birmingham. I wouldn’t even give 1 star for this.

Despite having signs in store to upgrade any 6" sub for free to a salad bowl, they tried to charge me more for a salad and flatly denied they do that despite me pointing out their own posters, Also not really a problem but more for information all meats are halal.

Nice salad had chicken and bacon. However they need to add full mayo back on the menu as this is healthier option for people on a ketogenic diet like myself this helps maintain my diabetes better

I go there some Fridays and Mondays on my way to Kingstanding Imagine group. I usually get sub of the day cos I'm spoilt for choice. Staff are friendly, hygienic and prices are reasonable

Great sandwich. Polite staff in spite of all the customers, even the impatient ones! All looked very clean and tidy. Yes wheelchairs could get in.... Spacious. !

A nice subway store in birmingham. Not in the center of birmingham, but not too far from the center or the bullring or new street train station.

It's a short counter store. Regulars will know what I mean by that. But other than that it's perfectly adequate.

Got the potato wedges and a 6 inch tuna sub . Service was really fast and portions were of a decent size also .
