Normally have no problem here but today I came at 5.33 pregnant and hungry. The Indian woman who was working today toldme they're closed. I proceeded to take out my phone to look at the time and tell her I'm pregnant and hungry. Her excuse was it was very busy and we have northing left. I walked over to the counter and she still has all the food in the containers. I really think you need to think about the type of people your hiring because she will be the reason your business doesn't continue to make money until your trading hours are up

Worst embarrassing experience ever! Waited 45 minutes because the manager Asingh was busy. By the time he spoke to us he refused to give a sub, a promotion they had on the website and social media. I even showed him the offer and the terms and condition and that his store allowed it. I then had to go to another subway and they happily gave it to me. Never will I go back to subway New John street. Hockey. B19 3TZ!

Awful place, was treated like dirt, absolutely no respect for their customers... I took my meal back because they made the wrong order and they were so so rude and disrespectful towards. Prem the so called manager was waving his arms around and told me to get out, he said he couldn’t care less if I made a complaint. He’s a disgrace to subway! I will never eat from this place again....

This is probably the worst subway in the whole city of birmingham i'm not even playing They put the less amount possible in all the food and prices you see on the screen are for example wrap 3,89 when you about to pay they say is 10p extra even in the screen has a cheaper price. I'm sure that is ilegal for any subway francise not if you want someone to trick you come here eat

Petrol station that sells everything.. from alcohol to electric top up, but after sunset, can look a bit dodgy. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, they covered it in tomato ketchup automatically, explained I don't like it and was told it comes with it. Pressured to buy a foot long I couldn't eat. Left £3 and walked away.

Upgraded to 4 stars: One of the few petrol retailers open on Christmas Day. Their shop has been extended with better lighting. Helpful assistant. Unfortunately, there was a beggar asking for money outside, when I came out of the shop, that marred an otherwise good experience.

Small shop located inside Texaco Petrol Station. Is just a basic Subway, but have all the favorites plus more. But there's no where to eat-in.

Handy little subway tucked away next to a service station. Tasty as Subway always is, friendly staff and relatively fast service.
