I do like subway and cannot fault it, however this particular one I would suggest you avoid if you do not want to get food/allergy poisoning, and one of the staff "Aqib" being extremely rude. (check more comments below, same negatives about staff). He was cutting a bread (the one with the multiseeds on top, which the seeds are big btw) and most of the seeds were falling into the chicken container, so next guy ordering chicken tikka will get some unexpected large seeds in its bread, lets hope he is not allergic. I nicely told him that he is clearly dropping seeds into the box with chicken and I will not have any and he angrily told me that "the door is over there if I am not happy with something". Well I wasn't happy as I didn't want food poisoning and unexpected seeds into my chicken, so won't be going back there. It would have been my 3rd time ordering from here, and even yesterday on my 2nd visit his attitude towards customers was giving me red flags. I curiously came on here to read reviews and was not surprised that I was not the only one seeing this. Others have also mentioned also the failure in changing gloves, and dirty cash handling, so clearly some health and safety lessons are also missing. I have been to many subways, same places many times, without any issues, however for this, I have multiple good reasons not to go there again. ps. before I left I told him to stop being so rude and check the reviews about him on google and that another one would come from me due to his attitude. I came home, to write mine and just seen an amazing review about him (SPECIFICALLY, mentioning his name) being wonderful posted 30 minutes ago. This is the review before mine (weird eh :D ) ?

price don’t bother me I paid anyway but extra 3.60 for 4 slices of ham that didn’t even look like ham !!! The meat and everything just looked horrible it even tasted different to usual doubt it was fresh at all didn’t look it. different tools for different meats in different things no hygiene at all will never return even tho I work round corner and it’s so convenient and subway is my favourite just couldn’t believe the difference in taste and service so weird !!!!

I've stopped going here, since on more than one occasion I have found the staff to be 1) not very friendly & 2) I've had to tell them to actually change the plastic gloves they wear when I order a veggie sandwich (especially as I had seen them handle meat beforehand) - on one occasion the staff member put meat in the bread & I didn't want it, he simply removed the meat and was about to carry on with the same peice of bread. It doesn't happen all the time of course, but after a few times this happened, I just decided not to go back.

As always fresh subs with variety of toppings and sauces. Good deal on cookies.

Very Poor Customer service. Went with my family on Sunday afternoon. I requested them if I could use my subway points to get a subway. But the guy said, his system is not working. I knew he was lying. Because the same time I went to another subway and they served me straight away. I will complain to the subway as well. Ver sad :(

i work locally, staff are nice enough, can be busy at the obvious peak times ( mornings/ 12 till 2 ) etc i personally cant stand turkey bacon so that ruins some options for me, but the worst is eveey time i have something my stomach is bad after.. doesnt matter if breakfast , the bread etc. so now i avoid.

Worst service I have received from subway, delivery man is so rude due to change was given to complete the total for the order. Should not be rude, it’s still money and should be grateful!
