Nobody from the business is monitoring these reviews, so this is for potential customers. I first stopped at the location at Cave Creek & 101, really wanted a BLT for lunch. Kid behind the counter is working his first day, and the guy he was helping was trying to order several sandwiches with no one helping him. I was 3rd and line and lasted about 2 min in line since I was on my lunch break, bounced. Went to location at 32nd and Union. Ordered B L T folks on a tortilla, the girl was nice but laid the bacon down and asked me 3 times what else I wanted on the sandwich. B L T Lord help us. Went to pay for this BLT, and the total was almost $13 for 6" wrap with 4 pieces of bacon, 3 tomatoes, and some lettuce. $13. I paused and questioned $13, the lady behind the counter said yes, we only do 12" portions on the wraps. No warning, no "hey this is gonna be the price of a 12", I know she could tell I was caught off guard. I haven't been to a Subway in at LEAST 5 years. Congratulations for grossing me up today. Won't be going back in again anytime soon.

I have been to this place frequently.. The staff is friendly and polite. The food is always fresh. There are no complaints to mention. I attend the college across the street and come to this establishment for my lunch break. I'm a regular there, and I know most of the employees now. They always are kind and friendly to all their patrons. I always try and order something different just to see if there is something I dislike and have almost been through the entire menu without complaint. There is plenty of seating, no matter how busy they are. Most of the time is sit in the same spot and do homework while they serve sandwiches to others. I really appreciate the welcoming environment of the staff. If you are a fan of subshops this is a good one. There are other sub sandwich options for those looking, but this one make me feel invited and welcomed, so I highly recommend coming here for your business.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! we had an offer to buy a sub and get a 6 inch monster sub for free. Even with that deal I think we got super ripped off. Their advertisements showed the monster sub as huge and a lot of meat. Bulging with ingredients. If you look at the picture I took of what I received you will laugh. I went back in and spoke with someone who said they were the shift supervisor and she said that it was built to their specifications. Whatever that means. She did nothing for us. Never again. Also, we got a email to tell about our experience from subway and when we responded and told them the issue we had, they also did nothing other than say oops sorry. Will talk to our staff. That does nothing for the customer.

Ordered a footlong online. My husband picked up our order and the staff messed up by giving us a six inch even though I paid for a footlong. My husband had to go all the way back to the store to have them correct our order. Michelle was the one working and was extremely rude even though she made the mistake. She offered to make us another six inch and didn’t apologize or accommodate her mistake at all. Very disappointed. After all of that one of the halves were completely burnt. This subway needs new workers, terrible service. If Michelle is working, go to a different subway. Regardless go to any other subway.

HAIR IN THE TUNA! Although mistakes like this should never happen in a food environment, the fact that the server denied it was their fault because "nobody working there has blonde hair", no apology, and attitude as well. Lost me as a frequent customer. Update... after reading reviews below, seems a blonde person does work there and lack of hair nets has been pointed out before.

I haven't gotten a salad from subway in a long time, but tonight I ordered one. All the stuff was layered in the bowl with the meat thrown on top with the sauce on top of that. Not chopped up and mixed like they used to do. I don't know if that is how they make their salads now, but it's ridiculous to pay so much for food and then have to go home and fix it. Also ordered a foot long tuna and I'm pretty sure they forgot the tuna.

This location is probably by far the best Subway location I ever been to. The employees are super fast and friendly. They have great attitudes. Susan, the owner, is great! She is always in the front helping her employees. You can always tell what kind of boss someone is base on how they work with their employees. Sara was the name of another employee, who was very quick and nice. She had this very positive vibe that i liked a lot. Over all great location, great customer service, and quick. Good job guys!

Nice place to eat in my opinion not sure the coupon is honored but you can find out for yourself. Thanks suerely ° 11/20/2020 Ok so this location is hands off a wonder to visit with food that is non questionable! In dining with super clean results IMO, attached are photos that display the cleanliness. Also store accepts coupons as I was pleasantly surprised to find out. Kids making the food are well trained and put forward a valent effort. Thank You!!! ✌☝ N NY

I am so disappointed in our meal tonight. I ordered 3 subs and they were just thrown into the wrapper where all the stuff inside the sub was all over the place. When we opened them up they were rolled like burritos. I blame the girl with pink glasses, the owner should drug test their employees!! Never coming back.

Would of gave it 5 stars but there under-staff. There was two HARDWORKING females trying to make subs for about 20+ people. People kept leaving and walking through the door. They should really hire one more person just for the cash

Not a full breakfast but it does give you the essentials and more importantly fills you up. The white egg is well sized and the bread was fresh and soft making my turkey breakfast sandwich really good.
