It is an extremely convenient location due to the fact that it is attached to a Shell gas station, it's next to the freeway and super close to the airport. The food was fresh and made very satisfactory. It is also worth noting that the Sub-Specialists (those who assembled our subs) were incredibly pleasant and patient and were always smiling the ladies here had my son and I both laughing. They honestly made our visit a very happy one. Thanks, ladies! You both deserve a raise!

Alex who made sure to let me know he was the manager was extremely rude when I had complaints about my online order being prepared 20 min early and just sitting on a counter. The same thing happened last time I ordered they made it 30 min earlier than requested and it was again sitting on the counter with a bunch of other sandwiches and it was warm. He had no empathy for me, he didn't want to listen to me. He said they are very busy and they don't have time to pay attention to special requests on online orders. I told him that was the whole point of selecting a pick up time was to have it at that time. He shrugged his shoulders and said oh well. He then told me there is another Subway on 44th St. He then asked me if I wanted a refund. I didn't but hi service made me not want to at anything from Subway ever again. He ruined my lunch and my day. He is a piece of trash that is representing Subway the owner should be ashamed of who he has working there and treating customers like they are nothing.

I loved it here I been going to this subway since like 2 years ago and there’s a new girl that works there and she really nice and always has a smile on her face and always ask of I need anything else.

I stopped by to get my lunch from Sunway at 1:47pm 02/21/22 and was one guy over there doing nothing I asked him for Tuna sandwich he said he is out of bread I need to cameback later on. So I asked him what about the bread behind you? He said that's for tomorrow and he need to make new bread now and he walked away. So my question is the Employee couldn't be more professional to take 5mts to make tuna sandwiches and cameback to do what he have to do?? Never again I will go back to this location. Oh by the way even the cashier felt bad for me and she offer hot dog and said over 6 people telling the something no bread. And here we go I took pictures for the bread he have.

Just went here and got 1/2 a sub instead of a full! I ordered the Turkey, Bacon Avocado wrap which is supposed to come with all the meat as a full but apparently no one told them. Why would I want to pay $8 for half a sub? First & last time there! There was a sign in the back proudly declaring they met their sales goal and did it with little to no waste. Well, I can see that when you don't put anything on the subs. My only toppings were spinach, onion, cucumbers & olives and I barely got any of them. She counted out 4 spinach leaves in fact. WTH?

Horrible this people think that because they have a mask you can’t hear them talk trash about you. If you didn’t understand the order ask again, don’t make what ever you want and talk bad about the customer in front of him. Horrible I hope corporate or the franchise owner get his kid out of this store. I don’t recommend going here and have a bad day

I had issues with this place before but I decided to give another chance. I ordered the Turkey Italiano footlong for my lunch. When I got there to pick it up it literally felt like nothing was inside the bag. Opened it up and there was only like 2 of each item in it and only Turkey. The turkey Italiano should have turkey pepperoni and salami but I didn’t get that at all. Also asked for sauce on side but they put it on the sun. Workers didn’t listen to instructions at all. It’s not that hard.

Possibly the worst Subway I've ever been to. These guys can't make a decent sandwich to save their lives. Today for example they managed to drop 3 out of the 4 slices of cucumber off of my sandwich by the time they got it onto the plate. This place is near my work so I keep going back and it is pretty much the same horribly made sandwich every time. I guess I have no one to blame but myself because I keep going back!

This location was good the first 6 months of it opening. Now they are so strict and some of the new staff so incompetent they are making bread sandwiches. I ordered a steak and cheese and they put two tiny scoops of meat on it. It was like 8:1 bread to meat ratio, wont be coming back I was eating here like every other day after work too.

Stop playing tap team making a Subway sandwich for people of Color. If one person starts the sandwich the same person needs to finish it I visited this Subway earlier in May and two more mature adult employees were on duty at the time the veggie sandwich I ordered was the bomb . Oh yeah the bread was not soft

Ordered a ham and cheese melt. Sandwich was not wrapped up but was put into a paper bag where it slid all over the place and came apart. On top of having to make a mess trying to put the sandwich back together, there was no napkins in the bag either! Whoever was on staff today needs retrained in the basics.

This is by far the.best Subway service of any one that I have ever visited in the U.S.! I'm not a frequent Subway patron but now and then when we're traveling, we will go. The service was very efficient and the lady at the cash register gave off an amazingly loving vibe! I very much appreciate these folks!

They aren't awful. Everytime I've been in, the staff is very nice and friendly. However, every single time I order online (through subway.com, the app, grubhub, postmates, etc) they ALWAYS get something wrong. They're usually pretty good about making it right if you reach out though.

Sevice was unprofessional. Employees did nothing but goof off non stop and handled food improperly. Worst sandwich prep amd service I ever got! Very sloppy. Station was dirty and disorganized. Pricing was good but won't go back to that location ever.

Website clearly shows it closes at 10pm on a Tuesday night. Sign on door says open, yet at 9:30pm I walk in and worker says they're closed. Update the information so customers don't drive all the way to the location for nothing.

This location @ 40th St and i-10 horrible customer service and the bread for my sandwich was hard had the taste of cardboard very unhappy. I called and the employee told me well that's too bad have a good day and hung up on me.

I would drive an hour just to order from this Subway. The woman that work here are the most pleasant people ever. Also, hilarious and very professional. Just love their customer service. Sandwiches are made with care too.

Alex the manager there is the most rude “manager” I have ever experienced I thought maybe the first time he was having a bad day, but nope he is just as rode the next time! I would suggest going to another subway.

Brotha seemed a little perturbed I had him put every single veggie on my sub of the day. Plus oil & vinegar, salt & pepper, oregeno, and lite mayo. Hahaha But I tipped him and gave me a genuine smile afterwards.

Great prices and right in line with any other subway. Another upside is that the convenience store they are located within have better drink prices so you can really save a buck compared to a regular subway.

This place was awesome!!!! The ladies working there were so nice. It's my sons 10th birthday and the employees sang happy birthday to him. And food was great! Over all very good experience.
