I actually enjoy coming here the food and the people are amazing, but I found out they have been sending my receipts to a random persons email that is in no way attached to my card info, phone number etc. I also get rewards points on cashapp whenever I make a purchase here and even that has my own personal email address on it. There is literally no reason this should be happening and it’s an invasion of my privacy to be having my information sent to a random person without my consent or ability to even change this. I tried going on their website to see if there was a way to resolve this myself and could not find any way to do so. I have tried calling multiple times in the last few days at different times of day and no one has ever answered. It’s unreasonable for me to have to go out of my way to show up in person just to be able to communicate with someone about this issue. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me or provide a working phone number so I can get this resolved because I really don’t want to stop coming here but I literally will not have a choice if this cant be fixed.

Return visit (August 2022): Mediterranean Bagel Tomato (2 big slices), mashed avocado, dressing (italian? Idk.Tasted limey) , plain cream cheese Return visit May 2022: Matcha (w/ milk alternatives) tastes good! 12oz=$6 and some change. January 2022: Hot chocolate is GOOD. Perfect drinking temperature once I got it. No wait on drinking it. Doesn't taste like watered-down chocolate packets like most places. Tastes like a CHOCOLATE drink. Thank youuuu. Chicken Gyro meal Great FLAVORS. Good chicken. Tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions FRESH and tasty. Return visit: ☝Wrap w/chips meal. Good, just one thing. Not filling (granted, it is just a veggies one so makes sense to not be filling. Order something more with it or plan to have a little something before or after having only this wrap. ) Return visit: Chai latte. GREAT flavor. Best one I've had in SLC so far. Return visit: ☝Chia pudding- It's like a thickened yogurt. Really fresh, good berries. Granola is great, not too hard to chew. $5.93 (tax included)

Bigots! The roast is delicious, if you can withstand the pridefull bigotry justified by perceived bigotry perpetuated by a "cult ure" known for deception and abuse. Love isn't indifference. Christ said judge not lest ye be judged. Dont judge child, isn't in the Holy Books that you surely haven't read. My notice to you was impartial and fair. I'm sorry that you where hurt by the truth. Anyone who sets himself up as “religious” by talking a good game is self-deceived. This kind of religion is hot air and only hot air. Real religion, the kind that passes muster before God the Father, is this: Reach out to the homeless and loveless in their plight, and guard against corruption from the godless world. James 1:26‭-‬27 MSG I found this place to be quite loveless(not without love) and the response to my review. Attempting to thwart the truth because I'm supposed to be silent about your bigotry..for Christ's sake? Abuse and deception! Have a pleasant day! ✌❤

my first time here, i will definitely be returning. the dog-friendly patio is great, so much more seating than I was expecting. i ordered an iced chagaccino, which was the perfect balance of coffee, flavor, and not too sweet! (i have a lot of barista experience so i can be a bit picky) the turkey pesto sandwich was really great as well. i also ordered a nutella croissant, which was almost the size of my head. definitely worth it. everything was priced fairly, the employees were kind and attentive. it was way busier than i thought it would be for a weekday, with a line almost to the back of the store the entire time i was there. lots of people studying and working there which shows its a great environment! it’s good to see local businesses staying busy. i will support this places growth and will be bringing friends with me next time! the ONLY suggestion i have is maybe a more visible menu or handheld menu for people in line.

This is a staple in the Sugarhouse area. If you haven’t been you need to. I have been coming here for over 10 years and I am impressed with its consistency in the message and offerings to the community. The food and beverage options are excellent. This is definitely a hub for community. I highly recommend.

I used to frequent this place a TON! I mean like everyday essentially, and obviously there's a reason. This place has an electric pulse that just pulls you in. The staff are what makes this place truly electricfy, they are some of the most interesting, kind, and genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of being acquainted with. I loved this place so much that ever since I started coming around, I was asking for a job! I've met so many awesome people here, if not coming for the coffee, you definitely need to come here for the people.

I loved this beautiful coffee shop! Delicious coffee, wonderful service, and extremely welcoming atmosphere. Very LGBTQIA+ friendly and forward. I ordered a breakfast bagel and an iced oat milk Purple Haze which has lavender, white chocolate, and coconut. The coffee was so tasty with the perfect level of sweetness and coffee balance. Lots of tables with power outlets for working on your computer solo or with a group. There's also an outdoor sitting area in the back. Saturday was really busy with a long line to order for most of the day, but the staff got through the line quickly, professionally, and politely! I will definitely be coming back.

A funky, local coffee shop with a nice selection of drinks and some food items. There's local art and merch for sale inside. Kind of an odd comment but the bathroom is really neatly decorated. The layout of the place is a bit crammed however, the line is long and there isn't room to freely move from the pickup area to the tables when there's a long line. There's a fair amount of tables and chairs but they're not the most comfortable/cozy. I saw one comfy chair but that's about it, therefore it's not a place I would sit and hang out at for a while but I did like the vibe. The sandwhich was fine but I didn't care for the Matcha. My friend got the Mayan mocha and that was good.

Sugar House coffee feels like a place you go for the atmosphere and the smell of coffee in the air moreso than the food. I ordered the oatmeal and a blueberry muffin. The oatmeal was quite small and though the price wasn’t extremely high, it felt more like a snack than breakfast. The blueberry muffin was whole wheat flour which I was NOT expecting. It was OK, but the wheat flour made the baking soda taste more strongly. My friend got the Mediterranean bagel and I tasted it and it was decent, but not knock your socks off. The service was really nice. The cashier was genial and took time to chat as people came by it added a friendly neighborhood feeling to the café.

I love their blueberry matcha latte with oatmilk. Many places in SLC get matcha wrong- but not here. Quality is consistent, service is always unique yet respectable and witty. They should expand because it's got great vibes. However, it usually is crowded and parking is often full. Just goes to show this place is a little diamond in the rough. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite place to go with friends. They always have incredible food, the chai is amazing, the events are tons of fun, and the atmosphere is incredible. This place means a lot to me as well as an autistic person. Lots of spaces to be seperate from others, kind patient and compassionate staff, soft lighting amd music that isnt overwhelming, it all makes the environment really special to me and makes me feel safe, an experience i dont often have when out of my home. This truly is place for everyone.

I got a cappuccino and breakfast burrito. Man was the coffee PIPING hot! It’s a good thing I didn’t drop even an ounce on me or there was about to be another million dollar McDonald’s coffee lawsuit! The cappuccino was good otherwise. The breakfast burrito honestly lacked a ton of flavor and seemed to be somewhat thrown together. It still filled me up though, which was the goal. The inside of this place though is artsy and has an accepting/Pride theme, which is super awesome, with plenty of art and plants. It definitely has a nice vibe to study at or read a book.

I ordered the fully loaded bulletproof coffee and added their chaga mix (a little sugar free sweetness). Definitely less bitter then straight black coffee, but a little flavorless considering all it is coffee, butter and THC oil. It was delicious, drinkable, and I'll definitely get it again! I also tried their golden milk tea and added a pint of sugar free vanilla sweetener. It was also very good and totally satisfied my cravings! Overall a little pricey, but decent considering their variety of sugar free and healthy options for their coffee and teas. I love this little shop, I can't wait until they re-open their lobby!

First and only time we've been here.. I had the same experience the other 1 star review gave. Man at the window was rude, impatient, bad attitude and poor communication skills. Coffee was just ok. We won't be coming here again. We complied with wearing our useless masks as soon as we read the sign (they have their opinion, I can have mine) without saying anything, while in the car and honestly we should've just driven away the second he gave us an unwarranted BAD attitude. Even the teenager in the car said, Wow, that person was so rude. All in all, there's better coffee and nicer people elsewhere.

  • Ingenieur

I appreciate this place so much. It has been for the longest time, a safe place for lgbtqia+ people to gather and have a great time. It can get crowded at times, but it's expected with exceptional service like this. My favorite one is the latte with cayenne in it; I forgot the name but it's great!

Really liked the urban vibe. Staff is incredibly friendly. I can't speak to quality of drinks because I was looking for chai. Ordered golden gragham which according to the menu is chai with white chocolate and brown sugar except it was coffee which my daughter cannot have and I detest. As we drove away and tried our drinks my daughter burst into tears because the coffee is bad for her ulcer. Would love to try again, but also frustrated when restaurants aren't clear on menus.

Love sugar house coffee! Great atmosphere and great coffee.! They have a ton of different menu items as well if you are not after coffee and what something more like tea or a smoothie. You can get some pretty health food options here as well. They are definitely one of the better coffee houses in salt lake and defiantly one of the best in sugar house. The only down side to this place is how busy it gets. It seems to be a running problem with coffee shops in Utah. If it is packed then it must be one of the better spots around town.

  • Lindsay Diamond

Love this Coffee house! Staff are so friendly and helpful - and creative. Artwork all around is so fun! Safe space to talk openly. Outlets for charging everywhere. Wireless. Roomy inside. Outdoor seating - covered and further across lot for a little more privacy. Enter right side/exit - drive around back to left side of building. A few spots available in front and paid parking across the street or free if you are ok with a stroll down the street. Everything I have ordered here has been great - love the Aloha bowl!!

The ambiance here is wonderful. My wife and I feel super safe. We have been a couple of times now and we love their chia pudding, and their quiche. Typically they have delicious looking desserts and foods with a bit of variety. Their new mushroom drink is really good. Their coffee is also strong and on point. My wife drinks decaf and said they make a good latte. This is a good place for the LGBT community as well.

I love this place, but one barista treated me terribly. I was sitting by a window studying. He interrupted me (make me take of my headphones) to yell at me that the open window shade caused glare. I didn't even open the window shade or had any other interaction with him! This was cruel! This place is strong on acceptance and equity for everyone, but that was not the way I was treated! I get major anxiety every time I have to order from him!

  • Jessica

Super cute place that's quite well hidden in my opinion. Store is not open for inside sit down but there's outdoor seating and there's 1 window to order from (drive through window) which confused my friend and I so waiting in lines along with cars was interesting. Awesome workers! Masks required (thank you!) And just overall cute. Park in back if you're gonna park ha dont park in front because if a line forms good luck getting out 0.o

If lived in SLC, I would come here often for sure. I came by a couple of times. It was recommended by a local; not only was their coffee drinks delicious, but the vibe is great. Plentiful seating. Edit: don’t go during lunch hours. Don’t know if it’s rushing to get drinks out but i went and got a coffee during lunch hours and it tasted so bad. Like i went from a 9 in terms of taste to a 2 from the last time i came. Really bummed me out. Really friendly and sweet staff here. The coffee is really good here. It was also quite clean. And the esthetic of the place is really cute. Lots of plants and wood tables.

leaving this review simply because i am amazed at the bright cheery attitude of the cashier up front every time. you all know who i’m talking about ! this man deserves a raise ! without fail always makes me laugh, smile, and feel good. it ain’t easy to always have the brightest attitude each and everyday, but somehow, this special person does it. <3

Very lovely place. The atmosphere reminds me of the ones in the hipster areas of Boise and Portland. The turkey artichoke and ham & cheese croissant took a while to come out, but it was worth the wait! Cafe Au Lait is also a good drink. And if you're lucky, someone is there to play the piano for you.

Love this place. They remember my name and put a lot of effort into making it a safe space for LGBTQ+ folk. The coffee’s pretty good too :)

cutest little coffee shop!!! the iced latte and mediterranean bagel are great and there’s plenty of seating indoors and outdoors

The coffee and atmosphere are good, and they have baked goods and lunch. It is usually a bit crowded, but the WiFi works well.

The chai was good, the toast was pretty run of the mill, just regular sliced toast seemed like! Friendly service.

Austin vibes in Salt Lake City. This place is amazing from every perspective. Staff, products, atmosphere.

They used to make great coffee, but sadly that’s not been the case the last several times I’ve come in.

Awesome community vibe and super friendly staff. Great coffee and pretty decent eats (vegan options).
