Сайт работает ужасно, акции, которые закончились все равно считает, а по телефону говорят, что увы не наши проблемы, давайте удалять позиции. И вообще это странно, акция звучит как «каждый вторник», а не «каждый вторник до 23:00». Однако акция была каждый 2-й ролл в подарок, а мне нужно было заказать 3 ролла, почему я должна отказываться от него - не понятно. Через приложение не оформляется доставка, так как стоит минимальный заказ 80, но из-за акции пересчитывает мне корзину на 60р и заказать не могу. В итоге промаялась 30!!!! минут, чтобы заказать суши. По самой еде сказать определенно не могу, так как один раз привезут свежие и вкусные, а другой раз - хоть в мусорный бак выбрасывай.

The service is disgusting. I ordered sushi on the app. Everything seems to be ok, the order has been accepted. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that the order was canceled because... They didn’t get through to me to confirm it (there was really no way to pick up the phone). I left without sushi and wasted my time. Yes, the offer actually says that orders are accepted only through the website and by phone. So why the hell should the app indicate that the order has been accepted? I couldn't try sushi. But I almost ruined my birthday (the order was made as part of the holiday). I do not advise.

Сначала были от них гораздо лучше впечатления. Суши вкусные, но через раз. Заметила закономерность: если заказываешь на месте на вынос, суши всегда нормальные. Если же доставку через интернет - в половине случаев приезжал ооочень посрелственный продукт. И теперь на вынос можно заказать только целую порцию, половинки доступны к заказу по понедельникам и четвергам.

Сделали заказ в 21.30, никто не перезванивал и в приложении не было никакого отслеживания, обратились к оператору с вопросом где заказ и ждать ли его вообще, оператор спросила номер и на этом все, на дальнейшие вопросы решила не отвечать, ДЕНЬГИ ЗА ЗАКАЗ НИКТО НЕ ВЕРНУЛ И ЗАКАЗ НЕ ПРИВЕЗЛИ!!!! УЖАСНАЯ ДОСТАВКА!!

It’s sad, it’s my friend’s birthday and we decided to throw her a small sushi banquet the night before. The 24 hour sign says that they are open 24/7 except Sunday (but at 1:40 it turns out they are not open) photo is attached. It’s a pity that we couldn’t please the person due to an unclear work schedule.

The only delivery that comes in time! Respect!! The price is reasonable, sushi are delicious and don’t fall apart. Service is(once again) amazing and the staff is friendly. These guys know their work. Would definitely order again and would recommend trying yourself.

Placed an order at 13.00, order number #34261. At the time of 18.30. In fact, it’s a crap company that delays the order for two hours and also compensates for the useless promotional code for disgusting sweet rolls. This is not the first time they have screwed up.
