Although I live closer to the Century Park location, I choose to come to this TD branch every time because of their phenomenal customer service! Never once have I had a problem here that couldn’t be resolved quickly and efficiently! To all my Chinese friends friends: I highly recommend going to Helen Pei for your banking concerns.

Worst td in alberta. Worst customer service. I dropped a check in my saving account and they put a hold on the chequing one. Now its been on hold for 8 days and it will go to nov 28 for the hold to be removed. Lady did put 10days of hold on the check that was from a dealership. This is ridiculous avoid to go there.

Worst TD branch. I booked an appointment between 1-2 and when I got there at 1:30 they told me it was at 12:30, and they cannot see me. so I said that was unacceptable, because I booked it for 1-2 so 1:30 is the right time to come in. The staff was so rude and I could not believe a TD branch like this exists.

Everytime i try, To do business here at this particular branch... They have some type inconvenience, holding cheques, or being rude. I go to another branch, i never have problems. Worst customer services plus careless reactions upon customer banking issue. Yes I am talking about Pamela Smith “Lead Customer experience associate”. Not only she didn’t solve my problem but showing attitude which was not acceptable. Feel so sorry with this kind of customer service.

I would like to give kudos to Pamela A Smith (lead Customer Experience Associate). I went in at the branch to get lien clearance and with all the hassle TD CALL CENTER made she (Pamela) was able to resolve my issue. Heads off to the branch for such a capable individual on your team.

I've had really good experiences and what this location has great parking and ATMs always working . never had an issue. would recommend anyone to go here I usually go during the day so I never see it very busy but it maintains the TD standards that you've come to expect.

Moving on from TD. I've been with them seriously over 40 years. Mostly due to non-competive rates and fees, but the RESP lady I've had the displeasure of using twice now is an equal mixture of incompetent and rude. Don't need that when there are many options.

Everybody moves and does everything at such a slow pace, that you can fall asleep while waiting. There is 5 or 6 clerks on the spot and only one or 2 people attending. Then the rest just wander around the place completely clueless of their surroundings.
