If you are expecting customer service, then don't rely on the staff. My recent experiences left me disappointed and angry. I asked for assistance and the staff member looked at me blankly and basically showed no interest in helping me. So, I approached another staff member and was astonished when I got the same level of disinterest and disdain. I could not believe that two staff members were unwilling to assist me with a very simple request.

Centrally located retailer offering an extensive assortment of home wares, clothing, electronics, design er collections, stationery, toys, accessories and much more! Always something new to see and most items are reasonably priced and value for money by comparison with other department stores nearby! Only blemish is you have to purchase shopping bags and lack of service, probably want you to buy online!

Good service although I'm not keen on self serve checkouts. Staff are friendly and offer help when approached. This Store is quite large and has a good range of clothing particularly for women. There is a good variety of household items and children's toys. There is Wheelchair access ♿ and parking is available in one of the many carparks nearby. Located on the eastern side of Rundle Mall.

I had a terrible experience at the Dept of veteran affairs with unbelievably rude staff SO it was an amazing experience when I walked into TARGET, 4 separate staff members spread around the store were all so attentive and helpful, and made my shopping experience uplifting. Congratulations to them all, and to the management who chose them to work there 5 STAR.

This shop has a pretty good range of goods. Being a little more mature I find shopping by seeing and physically touching a much better proposition than online shopping. The only thing I found disturbing was the lack of staff working the tills. Rather sad really. However, this shop is open light and airy. Well worth a visit. I came out with more stuff.

I love target there are so many products. I just think that products should be stacked correctly or checked often because I have done this a couple of time and still have not learn to double check, I buy stockings open toe in the same colour and height but every time I come home I have actually picked out one open toe and one closed toe.

the staff thought I'm planning to steal something when they denied exchanging a damaged clothing l. The color of the pants faded after the wash and they thought it's my fault. It was pretty rude of them to think I'm going to steal when I was actually trying to check if were other pants in their stock with similar damage.

A young girl named Sarah located near the back entrance was able to direct me to various items within the store and helped me navigate the self-checkouts, all with a big smile on her face! Such a great attitude and lots of patience, love to see young and determined workers making our shopping experience great!

Self service in the city store. Fine if you only have a few items and are use to self service checkouts. I feel for those who struggle with self service checkouts like the elderly and anyone that might want to question an item price. Some times all you want is some one to serve you and answer a quick question.

Stock was a bit disorganised. I found the XXL underwear I was looking for. They have the Auto checkout you must use. I hate that in a store. I get a shop assistant to process my purchases to keep them in a job. Quality is not like it was in the good old days. Not many choices left these days.

Want to give 0 star. Very very disappointed, lost my bag while shopping and surprisingly their CCTVs are not working. Staff were not bothered to help, and they were much focused on closing the store as it was almost closing time. Not going to shop again. No security at all for customers.

Everything I needed for my kitchen was really cheap. Self serve machines are super annoying. Layout could use like, 10% improvement on the top floor, but that's just me being pedantic.

Went into buy some t shirts recently and had to try them on. They appear to have removed all the benches from the fitting rooms so I had no where to put my stuff except a dirty floor.
