Your personal information is NOT SECURE with this company!!! I made a simple online order and almost immediately started receiving 100’s of email notifications about OTHER CUSTOMERS orders!!! I’m talking, your names, addresses! Over 900 in total. I called the store and informed them of the massive privacy breach and the manager said he would inform HQ about the issue and someone would get back to me. Nothing. Not a call or email and definitely not an apology. I even chased their HQ weeks later only to be told they had no record of my issue!!! All the while my inbox was receiving 900 emails a day!!! After giving up on Target doing to right thing, I emailed all of the emails to the ACCC and informed them of the dangerous data breach. At this point an apology would be disingenuous and I am certainly not going to waste anymore of my time re explaining myself to Target.

Visited store on Saturday - 11.03.2023 5 star for everything - went there to return faulty pump. I was told at the entrance and at the service desk that they will not be able to assist as I had no receipt. Store manager/ manager on duty said the same. I requested if I could speak with her directly as the purchase was done cash so I was not able to recall when I purchased this pump. After listening to me manager explained the policy but then decided to go an extra mile and searched all transactions for that item. Luckily she found one and assisted me to get a replacement. My son was really happy and so was I. I just wanted to say big thanks for an exceptional customer service. I understand the store policy and also understand that this may not occur all the time. But really happy with her efforts and obviously with the outcome. Keep up the good work. Thanks again

terrible service and left in tears , i was trying to buy two books i’ve had my eye on for months and the EFT machine wasn’t taking my payment on the self serve machine. the lady that was working immediately ran up and was very quick to blame me for the problem (even though my card IS working otherwise) and didn’t even offer to move me to a different machine after i asked , just took my things and told me very rudely to leave before accusing me further of stealing a few bits of nintendo products that i had brought from another store even after showing her my receipt for them. as someone who works in customer service i am extremely disappointed towards the attitude of the employees and i did not go through the self serve to be undermined and yelled at.

This store was a crutch for myself and my family when I was growing up. This is where we sourced our clothes, necessities and our gifts for each other. Perhaps it was the location or the parking or the particular people who ran this target but it was always reliable. I was so sad to see that many of targets stores were closing down or selling out but I understand that's the way of the market. I hope this one manages to stay and continue the tradition of being the trusty target for locals. Always there to provide you with just what you need in the nick of time.

The lady at self service was extremely rude and wouldn’t honor a shelf ticket that was very clearly marked. Didn’t even check the shelf ticket that we were telling her about, and threw a lot of attitude our way. My partner and I could see that this staff member was also being rude to other customers. Having been in customer service for 9 years, I was extremely disappointed in this interaction. I don’t go through self service to be condescended to. Had around $50 worth of items but in the end it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

One of the original Target stores in Adelaide, after Newton and the now closed Fulham Gardens store. Despite having floorspace reduced in half in recent years (in line with Target’s reduced offering), the store is still as clean as ever, with a wonderful layout, excellent presentation and friendly, helpful staff. It’s also worthy to point out that the now-defunct second half of the store used to be Adelaide’s only Target Home store, which explains the three Target logos at the front of the store instead of the usual one.

My local Target. This store in particular has a new layout which did take a bit to get use to but is now easy to follow. The layout is very spacious, allowing people who might use walkers or wheel chairs to be able to shop without much effort. They have a large variety which I expect, from clothing for kids, women and man to toys, electronics and housewares. Everything is reasonably priced for what you expect as well good quality products. Their staff also are very well presented and offer high customer service.

my son wanted size 23 kids clothing. but for some reason, the shop exploded. like for real, keep your shop under control! so a few days after it exploded, we came to find his clothes. but the 13 year old customer service person said that doesnt exist! like bro - it does! so i went full karen mode on that person, and i ended up getting a water bottle, but guess what? THERE WAS A GOD DAM RAT IN IT!!!!!!!!!! MY THROAT HURTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love target for it's wide range of products and awesome availablity, kind staff and generous options when it's clearance time, sometimes prices drop better than other competitors and yet quality of products is reasonably good. Another great feature is supprt after sale and customer service. In general shopping with Target will be always a satisfactory!

I was unable to tell the difference between your sign and a bullseye as I walked in a was firstly fat shamed and able to find my size of xxxxxxxl in one piece of clothing and it cost me $120 like and was and then bullied for being a discord moderator which I like to be referred to as a discord manager I am deeply saddened by this experience

Yes I have shopped at Target, for decades.I find the store a pleasant place to shop, plenty of good bargains at very reasonable prices.At Marion and Castle Plaza, I find that there is know difference in quality or prices, There is plenty of good parking at both stores, easy access for disability, yes I do recommend shopping there.David

I order items for Christmas gifts from 26Nov2022 online and the system said it will come from target edwardstown. I haven't get any of my order until now ( 16Dec2022). They just can say to wait wait wait and not sure when will my order arrive. They totally ruin my Christmas gifts. Thanks you your unresponsble ruin

Well laid out and quite spacious. Good variety and looks like plenty of stock. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful when I was there. I used to shop here quite regularly many many years ago when I worked nearby and was pleasantly surprised today when I returned. Not busy and easy to get around.

From small to large, from female to male, from kitchen to bathroom, bedroom, dining or lounge, this sop, Target, has everything you need for your home, yourself, the kids or parents etc. Just pop in the lovely staff are more than happy to help you with all your needs. Shop Till You Drop ☺️

It's a nice big target, disappointed that the games section is getting smaller and like all other targets it's starting to look like kmart but what can you do. I have been coming to this target for over 30 years and can see the decline. Sad to see it slide down hill but can see it coming.

Good selection of products. Store is not so large that you get lost, with clear signage for directions. Only negative was that there was no service checkout only self serve......and as I am not paid by them I don't really like that I had to serve myself

Went there to buy some men's jeans and chino pants. Their denims are very comfortable and stretchy fabric, reasonable price so you can always buy more than just one. Fit is great too. Business shirts are also worthwhile.

Very clean, COVID-19 hygiene preventative measures in place, hand sanitizers at every self service checkout and counter tops appeared clean too. Shop products organized. Staff friendly and professional.

Well organised store. You can usually get what you are looking for there. And a delightful lady on the self checkout was most gracious and helpful. What a shame they have been replaced by machines.

Target will source what you want from various stores if all not available at one site. Then deliver to you in a fast and able to track ability. Fantastic service
