I came in to the cotton on kids shop with my husband and children, wanting to have some kids clothes returned and purchased. We were first in line, after we explained to the sales person what we needed, she said to us it was going to be a long time for her to serve us as we were a bit complicated. She then asked us to wait aside until further notices. My husband agreed. There was a long line in the shop , at least another 7 more customers behind us with lots of clothes waiting in line. We waited and waited, the children started to get grumpy. I then asked the sales person when can we get served? She then replied it is best that we come back later. ( in 1 and half hour) I then became very frustrated, i asked her why she couldn’t serve us just because we may take a little longer than other Customer? It should be a very simple process, return a few items and purchase a few items. ( we have around 10 items) Times wise Shouldn’t be much different to any other customers who may have 20 pieces of cloths to purchase. Which will then be times 7 customers we have to wait for.Especially We were in line first. She could not give me an answer apart from that we will take longer. Not until I said to her I would like to speak to her supervisor, then she agree to serve us with a bad attitude. I know during Christmas time it can be busy and overwhelming for sales people, but my frustration was that I do not understand the rational and logic behind this scenario. So does it means anyone who may take longer should be penalised at cotton on ? had to wait for other “easy “customers to finish first? Regardless who is waiting in line first? The particular sales person were very unhelpful and unprofessional. We were very disappointed and will not come back to TTP store again.

Target Tea Tree Plaza has normally always been a good store. However, I’m sitting here writing this review as I’ve witnessed a terrible incident that had happened outside the store with a Fake Security worker (undercover) with cameras attached to his body. So if you don’t already know there are fake workers there ON purpose. This incident had happened due to an Item being misplaced/tampered with and the “Security” worker had chased a Minor out of the store and had accused them for tampering with an Item. The store has always been good, but by an outrageous act, they pulled over a misplaced item and the Fake Security in their store. They had called a police officer on the minor after asking for an ID which they were going to take a picture of and then let go. The overreacting scene called by the employees and security is ridiculous and far-fetched. This is just a warning that they chase minors and falsely accuse them. I won’t be shopping there at Target Tea Tree Plaza again. 1 star rating.

Had the most horrible customer service experience at this Target store today.A lady at the counter who was constantly chewing something while serving me was quite aggressive. I asked if I could have $10 cash out she said yes and withdrawed $200 instead. When I politely tried to tell her that it was meant to be $10 instead of 200 she told me in a very mean manner that I'm wrong. I tried to insist but instead of receiving an apology I got a VERY angry look so decided to just quietly take my $200 and leave which I regret to do. In fact I'm planning to contact their manager and make a complaint about this lady.

I contacted Target TTP by phone to find out about the availability of school polo shirts (navy blue). The young lady on the phone was very polite and was able to help me with enquiry. She asked if she could put s hold on the items and that i could come in and have a look at them to make sure they were ok. I said thank you to her and also asked when could go in and check them out. She replied anytime from now and to go to the customer service desk.The service i received from her and also from the young man behind the c/s counter was excellent.

I am very great full to the person that helped me today at Target Tea tree plaza. I was shopping for a last minute attire for an interview. The size that fits me was not available then I asked the shop assistant whether they have the size that I want. She said they don’t have any but some available at a different target. Then she rang that place and booked it for me. Her customer service is above and beyond.

Love Target but have started to avoid shopping at Target TTP. It has the most grumpy staff. From the person at the door, who I have never seen smile, to the "Customer Service" staff at the rear of the store, who told me to call customer service because they were too busy, you would think they were there under duress. Corporate needs to address the moral of this store as they are losing customers fast.

Like most Target stores across Adelaide, this branch has reduced in size considerably, and now stocks much less of a range than before (although that’s a wider Target thing). What I did notice is that the store has been given a much needed refurbishment since I’ve been in last, and now has a much more open feel to it, with the remaining departments much more spacious and spread out than before.

TTP Target had everything that we needed. Only downside/negative is that they have almost fully moved away from have checkout operators to have self serve checkouts. Not acceptable Target, you should be keeping people employed. If you want customers to 'serve' themselves then lower your prices!! I made a point of waiting to be served by the only operator that they had made available.

Checked online before went. Shows the item in stock. At the store only found nothing on the shelf. Asking some staff, he said it was in stock but they were unpacking, and the manager said I'd come the next day. OK. Then went again the next day. Surprise - still nothing. Even the product tag was removed. Never trust their online information, it's useless.

This is a nice, clean, well set out store. The self service checkouts are a massive let down however! A silly cost cutting measure that runs the whole shopping experience at the store. We would not be in a hurry to do a large clothing shop here again! Target need to think of their customer service experience a bit more and less about their profits

Really good store. Great pricing, clean, modern and well stocked. Well apart from Men's wear, but that is the norm all over. The styles of clothing are modern with good cloth, so should be of interest to all. We purchased a few of their pillow cases to be used alongside others purchased earlier. They are good and really worth the purchase.

Beautiful shiny newly designed store sure it looks great to those who are size 10 coz your stuff is really easy to find. The curve section which clearly has been greatly reduced in the upgrade is tucked out of site at the back of the Womens clothing section. Really Target!!! I won’t bother going back. Checkout didn’t work properly too.

Massive place, plus the ttp triangle and ttp plus, get ya walking shoes on coz y'all gonna burn some calories when you visit. So many stores to visit, they could do with a few more seats for people waiting outside while the other shop but great variety in stores. Food court needs opening up for more space but still heaps of variety!

Rang Target at Tea Tree Olaza earlier with a simple question. Spent 47 minutes listening to "thankyou for your call a member of our friendly staff will be with you as soon as possible ". NEVER did get to speak to someone. Hung up in disgust. LIFT YOUR GAME TARGET this is NOT good enough. Will never set foot in the store …

Target ttp was modernized a few years ago, yes looks nice but that's where it stops. I have found over the years that lots of stock that has sold out has never been restocked. Lots of electronic, house hold goods and car accessories gone! Staff do their best, I've not found a grumpy worker.. Bring back the old Target..!

I took my son to target today for a look around at men's clothing. I saw denim jeans for $29, in different styles and colours. T-shirts from $8 up to $20. I personally wouldn't buy the cheapest but definitely the ones with the $20 plus ticket items I would consider as they look and feel like better quality.

I would prefer service when going through the checkout even though the girl was great. Putting my stuff through I didn't get the one on one service that I prefer. Perhaps put at least one person on a checkout so older people have the choice. I very rarely go to that Target at TTP for that reason.

Beautiful large store with plenty of varieties for everyone. Can't really fault it for anything. Great staff, fitting rooms, nice location in side the TTP and all the aspects of the store are well covered with enough stock. Even the clearance side has more stock than any other store. Love it..!

The store has changed so many times over the years and I kindly like it how it is now. The staff are friendly as I had an issue with an item as I rang up and they organized a replacement for my item. As I usually don't shop in this store often but I do enjoy looking around whenever I can

Exceptional customer service provided by Jai at the tech counter on Saturday 3 July 2021 to two boomers trying to buy and understand mobile phones. Service of this kind so rare in this day and age. This young man is a credit to your company, and his assistance was greatly appreciated.

Coming into winter, Target has a nice selection of jeans, pants, jackets jumpers and more. Really nice blouses as well. Good specials of garments on sale. I like the dishes as well and home stuff. Staff are generally helpful. Sometimes they might need more staff

Very bright, clean and tidy . Don't open til 9am now, which made me go to Kmart first. They've moved most of the store around. Only had self serve checkouts open. I was watched like a hawk while processing my own items. If you don't trust me then don't make me do it myself.

I have visited target on two occasions recently and received fantastic help from two different women in the women's clothes section. They were more than happy to help me find multiple items. Saved me hours of looking. Thanks very much and see you again soon …

Great quality and broad range. Stores are well set out and not crammed or cluttered. Excellent quality for a very competitive price. Fantastic online store also with an easy to navigate site to find what you need and free postage if you spend over $45. Love it.

Lots of really nice shops.plenty of places to eat,cafes,restaurants,take away areas or eat in and always being cleaned.nice areas to have a sit outside in new area. Plenty of rest rooms.plenty to look at.staff really helpful and friendly it works both ways!

One of my gift card didn't work in Target, the operator didn't have a clue what to do. The card is new and it worked later at Myers. Very frustrating, very disappointing. To pay for my shopping I have to use another card and this does not make me happy.

Just a quick stop to get some wrapping paper and gift bags. Also looked at Jewellery boxes - not a big range didn't find one that I liked, unfortunately. Got through the checkout pretty quick, being Christmas eve. Staff were helpful at checkout queue.

Wow! what a change in the checkout efficiency. The new self checkout system (replacing people) is absolute rubbish. Used to enjoy shopping here and the checkout was one of the best, especially when busy. Now its rubbish, slow, and chaos (like Kmart)

Tea Tree Plaza, full of wonerful shops of all types, there is nothing you can not find, great parking, 2 macdonalds one outside one inside on ground floor, opposite Modbury Hospital, Modbury hotel near by, a great place to visit !!!

good store. Always have what I am after, stick seems to be replenished regularly. I will say I'm really not a fan of all thenself serve registers though. They should have the same set up as supermarkets where you have a choice.

Been meaning to write this review a few weeks. The friendly man who greets customers and ensures they have checked in has exceptional customer service. Clearly has pride in his job and sets the tone for my shopping experience.

Terrible customer service, my 3 year old brother vomited in one of the isles and two workers (girls) were standing there laughing under their breath and holding their noses whilst my mum was trying her hardest to clean it up.

Prices here are so great and if you’re on a budget and I do really recommend target for you but since the clothes are cheaper than my not be the best quality especially if they’re on sale but I do love target regardless

Clean and tidy although it's very expensive and feels very bougee compared to other shops in their price range I'd continue to go with the other chains kmart and bigw for cheaper prices if that's what you are after

If you're looking for electronics, game consoles, game variety and accessories, don't bother. Target has reduced its offering to a couple shelves and a small locked cabinet. Big W's selection is ten times larger.

I had birthday shopping to do today. I found everything I wanted at only a couple of stops. The range of shops here is amazing. People are very friendly but very Covid aware and that makes me feel comfortable.

I like target wish things were a little cheaper, wish they had more selection in the video game and tech area, everything is easy to find, The customer service is sometimes great depending on who you talk to.

Dont have trousers/pants to fit my slim child for school. Women's size 6 too long, too wide for waist. They dont have girls( school) trousers they have elasicated waist pants that look like clown pants

One of the biggest Target stores in SA. There's huge variety of everything that the retailer has to offer. some nice bargains to be found if you look hard enough. Overall a smooth shopping experience.

Well designed store with the majority of shelving below eye level, very useful when navigating the store! Very clean and comfortable store. Wide variety of modern amenities at reasonable prices.

Went there last week, met this small indian fella I think his name was Nitish. He showed me where the toy section was absoulte ripper of a guy! Definetly make him manager as soon as possible!

Not really a fan of Target, but my daughter wanted to spend her gift voucher. A much nicer store than Hollywood Plaza or Elizabeth as they have more stock and is a better store to browse in.

Target is good, they have a good variety and good sales. Easy to do returns, staff are always friendly and helpful, shop is clean and tidy.

I don't like their checkouts. They expect everyone to self serve. I asked one of the helpers to do it for me but I prefer the old system.

Target was a great, reasonably priced store. Management have put an end to that. Kmart is even worse but that is all we will have soon.
