Worst customer service!! Dropped off the car on the 20th of Dec morning and the service provided by the 3 ladies who were working there was horrendous! Firstly claiming that the scratches I found on the car are new, meanwhile I picked up the car in Lanseria so how in the world would they even know! The supervisor was honestly just a bully! They charged me for the scratches, I queried this with customer service on the 30th Dec as I have the pre-check paper indicating that the car has scratches, I still have not received a response, or the difference between what they billed and my deposit returned to me.

The car hire is ok but they take you with to the petrol station to refuel the car to make sure the car is filled to capacity. You as the client must pay in the difference. I never experienced this with Avis. Also when you return the vehicle, one gets the impression that they are looking for damages on the rental vehicle so they don't need to refund the deposit. The deposit and procedure for cash payments is totally ridiculous. The staff at the Bellville branch are extremely obnoxious. The experience left a bitter taste.

We didn't get the car that we ordered a few days before the date, but another make. They blamed it on the website which said (in very small letters) "or similar after we phoned and spoke to a resentative of this company to make sure this car was available.

Everything that I was going through to book a car with a debit this company took it away and they granted me with the opportunity that I never had
