DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC! After my pet was ill for 2 months vomiting intermittently, and receiving treatment from another vet and spending thousands without result, I decided to use the cat clinic. After informing them of my pets' history, they assured me I had come to right place, as they are specialists. After performing 2 ultrasounds and an endoscopy, I was advised they needed to perform a laparoscopic surgery to take a biopsy of an occlusion, as they were unable to do so with the endoscope due to occlusion, under the advice that it was better to do this whilst under anaesthetic, so as not to subject my pet to another anaesthetic. What they did not inform me, was that he needed another anaesthetic anyway, as he would need a life saving surgery to remove the occlusion, which they are not able to perform. Following the unnecessary surgery, my pet was not given appropriate post operative care, and left to fend for himself in a cage over night and over the weekend. Not once was I informed this was happening, or that my pet had removed his IV therapy every day, until I came to see my pet and was advised he had pulled out his IV therapy sometime between 10pm and 6am Sunday. No mention was made that he had done this several times before whilst in their care. In the 5 days whilst in their care, my pet was dehydrated and close to death, I chose to discharge my pet and take him to another vet, whom performed emergency hydration over night, and referred me to a competent Vet practice (BVSC) whom performed his inevitable life saving surgery the next day, putting my pet at very high risk of not surviving, due to having 2 laparoscopic surgeries in a week, when he was already starving and had lost weight before coming to the Cat clinic. Whilst in the care of the cat clinic, he lost 2 kg and was vomiting consistently after surgery. Each time I called them, they would say he is bright and eating and drinking. After charging me over $4000 I received my pet back in worse condition and have had to pay another $10000 for his inevitable surgery to save his life. His insurance is now exceeded the maximum yearly limit, so if he needs further care it will be at our own expense. I made a complaint to the cat clinic, and asked for the endoscopy results and pictures, I received only ultrasound pictures and no response to my complaint after 2 weeks. After my cat was voluntarily discharged, In a phone call, the owner admitted that a few times a week there is no-one in the clinic to care for animals over night, If you want a competent Vet go to BVSC.

I usually don’t write bad reviews but this was really such an unpleasant experience! I called to book a microchip insertion and they’ve asked me if I wanted a health check as well for which I first said yes but then cancelled as it would be more than 200$ all together (I have 2 cats). Told microchip insertion is 45$. Went there and Vet Sylvia saw my cats-didn’t even look at them, examine or anything-just asked if I have any concerns and what are they eating. When she started the process she couldn’t get my cat which was hiding and basically expected me to do everything and to hold them(which I don’t mind) but one of the cats was so scared she said she needs to give him gas. I wasn’t too happy about that but I understand that. At the end they wanted to charge me with for the vet check and microchipping which I refused as she never examined the cats at all-I asked if she can at least then properly see them-she refused to do that. At the front desk they said they won’t charge me for the examination but they said I have to pay for the gas which is 90$ (I was never told that this is so costly). Ended up paying 198$. I don’t know how are the other vets there but Sylvia is definitely the worst vet I have met (and I have cats all my life) Other staff were fine and friendly. I am not coming back to this clinic and I won’t be recommending it to anyone-they weren’t clear about the costs and there was no apologies or anything like that about the whole thing (except for the girl at the front desk but nothing from the vet)

Best vet clinic in the area. I have been taking my two cats here since 2020, and despite moving to Gold Coast this year, I will keep taking my cats to the Cat Clinic, it is 100% worth the drive. All my cats' health issues over the years have been resolved extremely quickly which sometimes hasn't been the case with other vet clinics. The Cat Clinic appears to have a lot more specialised equipment than most other vet clinics do. Being a cat-only clinic is extremely beneficial for my girl Lexa who gets stress related urinary problems when she encounters dogs. Also, it is VERY convenient that they are open later than 95% of other vets, on weekends too and they have emergency appointments available too. The Cat Clinic vets always answer any of the questions I might have and they go above and beyond to make sure my cats are healthy. Dr. Nick is extremely good at handling my boy cat Rocket who gets very aggressive at the vets. Despite Rocket's (embarrassing :p) behaviour, Dr. Nick knows how to deal with him and handles him with a lot of care and respect which means Rocket doesn't need to be anaesthetised at his vet visits and I am very thankful for that. However, the whole team at the Cat Clinic is amazing and very skilled and I haven't met a single vet that I didn't like.

We've been using this vet for two animals now(15 years). I have never had a reason to say a bad thing about the staff, the service and the quality of care given both to our cats and us. The receptionist recognises us by our voices and remembers our animals. A friend even received a condolence card after her cat had to be put down. What a lovely touch.....I can't imagine what it's going to be like trying to find an other vet when the dog comes along after being spoilt for all these years. We started a client's of the Paddington practice when we purchased our first kitten from a breeder that used them. Again can't say a bad thing about them. We even had our first board at Paddington when we travelled. He loved the place. I think he was very spoiled while he was there. Our second started to fret while we were packing up the house and was beside himself that we would leave him behind. So the staff at Mt Gravatt moved heaven and earth to board him for a couple of days while the move took place despite not having room. Your question whether this is the right Vetenary practice for your cat? If you love them, this practice will love them too. It's the only vet I'll take my cats too no matter where I live in Brisbane.

I took my kitten for their 2nd vaccination and since it’s my first time owning a kitten, I had so many questions regarding the care of my kitten. When I walked in, the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. I felt nervous but their warmth made me feel at ease. The waiting area was quiet and calm. It was very clean and the temperature was comfortable. The seats are spaced apart and comfortable. There were also cat food, toys, and other accessories available for sale. The wait was not too long and pretty similar to human clinics/medical centres (maybe even a bit quicker). It’s understandable especially since you wouldn’t want to rush the care of animals. Dr. Sylvia was super helpful and kind and she answered every single question/concern I had. I walked out of there feeling confident that I knew how to properly care for my kitten and feeling reassured that I’ve been doing the right thing. I certainly learned tips and skills to ensure that my kitten remains healthy and happy. Dr. Sylvia also gave me a booklet with essential tips for cat care which I very much appreciate. I will definitely be returning to The Cat Clinic. I feel that I can trust them with the wellbeing of my kitty. (Bonus pic of my cute kitty)

The Cat Clinic saved my cat's life 5 years ago and have been amazing ever since. A vet at a big-brand vet clinic told me my cat was going to die, so we went to The Cat Clinic instead where Marcus & Rhett immediately saw to her and performed a life-saving surgery. She spent a week in hospital after her surgery and I was able to visit every day for the entire duration of their opening hours and keep her company, while getting regular updates from Nick, the vet looking after her. Dr Marcus Gunew is an incredible vet and has done so much for my cat. He has a very calming presence and is very gentle with my very nervous cat. He always picks her up like a baby and gives her a kiss on the forehead whenever he has to take her out the back for bloods/ultrasounds etc. He's given me so many more years with my cat than we would've had if we'd gone anywhere else. I'm rather a nervous person, but he's always very relaxed and answers all my questions with great detail. The reception staff at Mt Gravatt are lovely people too... They always recognise my voice on the phone and remember all my cat's details. I will always be grateful for The Cat Clinic for saving my bubby kitten and for keeping her with me.

Please do not have your cat treated at this clinic. They nearly killed my cat. Left a tick in her neck under her collar for a number of days diagnosed her with gastroenteritis and stuck a morphine patch on her . After going through 6 vets they had not done a proper tick assessment regardless of presenting symptoms . what they were told by myself regardless of obvious presenting symptoms of tick paralysis— — the bill was getting larger with blood tests /- ultrasound — 2 X-rays and lastly they were going to do a CTScan which would have added up to 4000 dollars later— all because “none “ of the vets did a proper Tick examination. There is more /- though feel best not to elaborate further . Do not use these vets — it’s all Marketing - I think they got their degrees in a corn flakes cereal packet . Take your pets to the normal average vet that treats every Pet. Fortunately, I went out the door with a cat that was alive after they found a tick under her collar. I negotiated the bill. Paid about 1300 . I Witt not have been paying that much though as I had taken her to the clinic at early detection . I am glad I have my little 2 year old Siamese back with me : that she survived

I can't recommend them highly enough, their care of my elderly cat has been exceptional to say the least and they really REALLY love and know cats. From the moment you call them, their care and concern for your cat is genuine, and they go out of their way to go above and beyond what you would expect from your vet practice. Each time I go there, I am always in impressed with the way they genuinely have my cat's best interest in mind (Not whats going to net them the most $$ like some practices). They are calm and my cat is always treated gently and lovingly and that's what I love best about them. Their service is so personalised, I've never felt like another number. Importantly, they know their stuff, other vets refer cats to them (i know as i've been at the counter when they have put the call through) and they epitomise what all other vet practice's should strive to be. I have found them to be so reasonable with price, when i first took my cat there, I was expecting (and willing) to pay more for their services, since they were a cat only clinic. But they are also hard to beat in this area too. Well done Cat Clinic.

The receptionists were friendly. The vet was kind and friendly. But the vet bill is expensive. I still don't understand why I couldn't get the breakdown details of $325 for senior cat package (e.g, consultation fee, blood test, etc). I was told that senior package is senior package. Also asked for the cost for teeth cleaning and was told they never tell the price prior because the circumstances might change. Still don't understand it. I think you could provide the simple price for teeth cleaning and anaesthetic, assuming it's a standard, normal procedure...? (I dont know. Maybe this is the policy of this clinic. The vet gave me a quote, later) I'd recommend taking your cat to the local vet unless your cat specifically requires special, feline care... I mean, if you have a healthy cat and what you need is just a general checkup. (I have an experience of admitting my cat into ICU.. just saying that I have met a few different vets and have an general understanding of procedures and prices)

  • EXIST the FREAK

Here we always receive Excellent service by experienced, professional and understanding staff and veterinarians. They've got a quiet, clean, peaceful waiting area to help keep our anxious, stressed Kitties as caim as possible. They've got a large cat cage for holding kittens that are or will be up for adoption. We bought our last cat Cindy from there when she was a kitten, sadly she's passed from old age. And they have a cat hospital out the back for serious things. Like our boy Jaffa had to be hospitalized there because he court a bad bacterial infection that attacked his liver. Thankfully the wonderful veterinarians there did tests on him, monitored him, kept his fluids up, and gave him appropriate medication and were able to nurse him back to good health again. They also allowed us to visit him daily while he was in there. And lastly they do after hours consultations too if needed. The cat clinic is a wonderful vet to take your cat to and I'm so glad they are our local vet.

I've been to the Mt Gravatt Cat Clinic for years with my cat Teeka who is a Bengal. She is quite temperamental and hates going to the vet with a passion. Even though she scratches the Vet to pieces they are always calm and patient in waiting for her to calm down. They never get frustrated, they touch her with care and they just wait for her to feel comfortable. I also got my new Kitten desexed there and she developed a lump in her stomach shortly after the surgery. I was worried so I called them and told them about the lump, they made room to fit her in straight away and treated her. Luckily they did it in time to save my baby from a hernia! they also didn't charge for the consultation which saved me heaps. Over all they are the best place I've ever been to and I would recommend them to anyone who loves their cat. Their Love and Care for cats exceeds all expectations and they really know what they are talking about. Highly Recommended!

I took my cat here for an emergency visit quite a while ago. The staff were very professional and I have no doubt my cat got the best care possible. However, I feel that the vets could have better explained what was going. I also felt as though my cat's care was at times out of my control, and that they would order the most expensive treatment without giving me other options. At times they seemed very money-grabby. While most of the vet nurses I met were very comforting and nice, I did encounter a bad egg who snapped at me when I was visiting my cat in the hospital. I think it was simply a result of miscommunication but it definitely wasn't what I needed at that time and made me feel even worse than I already did. Overall the cat clinic is very professional and modern, with expert staff. However, I feel I didn't have the best experience that I could have.

I am so extraordinarily happy with the fabulous progress my little Devon Rex cat Jindi-Jo (18 months old) has made since visiting your clinic at Mt Gravatt on Monday this week (27/6/16). She was very unwell and had been for a long time despite visits to other vets. She had a black oily type "fungal" infection that built up thickly on her claws, around her eyes, in her ears and on the underside of her body (common in Devons apparently) and she was very thin and her fur was also thin in parts. I can't believe the miraculous transformation in her health and appearance after injections and prescribed tablets and shampoo - WOW!! This amazing improvement has happened in just 4 days. How can I ever thank you enough. Jann Bunker.

Shortly after I'd changed to this clinic, one of my cats ate a cat toy and had to have emergency surgery. Usually I go to the red Hill clinic but they referred me to mt Gravatt because they had time for the emergency appointment. The surgery went well, the staff were great at letting me know what was happening every step of the way, and my cat's recovery was quick. The bill was not nearly as high as it was last time he ate a cat toy because last time the previous vet had to refer me to an animal Hospital. Overall I'd highly recommend this clinic for cat owners. It's much less distressing for the cats when they don't have to share a waiting room with dogs.

  • Timmothy Green

The Cat Clinic are phenomenal. They've been our veterinarians for over two and a half years and they always provided us with the highest quality care. When we sadly had to say goodbye to our beloved kitty, they were compassionate, caring and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They followed up with a beautiful bouquet of flowers to show their sympathy for our loss and helped to coordinate the cremation services. When we next adopt a kitty, we'll be back. Thank you to all the vets, nurses and admin staff for everything you've done for us and Minx.

  • Julia B

Not happy with the lack of communication about the cost of my cats treatment. The cost seemed excessive and I didn't find find out till leaving. All I knew was that the consult was $69 so when I was went to the front desk on departure, needless to say I was shocked when I was told I owed $350 (when all my cat had was a urinary track infection ). I was very dissappointed that I didn't get a heads up while I was in the room with the vet. Dissappointing experience overall. I should have stayed with my normal vet. Don't intend on going back.

  • Dianne Klaehn

This is not the practice where we take our cat but when we found him unresponsive and had to get him to a vet ASAP this was the closest one .. once we rushed in they took him straight away and worked on him .. he was already gone which we thought but still tried to save him. the staff were so compassionate and caring. They kept him there to allow the whole family to come and say goodbye, never rushed us and took care of everything without charging us .. we really appreciated their help and support during this awful time in our lives

  • Alison Hartvigsen

Today we took our 8 month old Siamese kitten for a check up at Creek Road. She had eaten almost nothing for 3 days despite having been offered salmon, white fish, raw beef cooked chicken and canned cat food. We know she is a fussy eater but were worried. She was checked out and is healthy. Seems like she was just being a little Siamese princess. Sure enough when we got home we bought some fresh prawns. Well they were devoured with much enthusiasm. Thanks clinic for not making us feel silly about being over worried cat parents.

  • Ally Maric

I always seem to need to bring my cat in due to an injury which is already stressful however I am never left waiting for long for an appointment and the staff are always friendly and happy to help. They treat me and my pet with respect and kindness, and explain things well to me that I can understand the issue. The team is very good at communicating with me and providing me with updates and also checking in to see how my cat's injuries heal. It is clear to see that cats are valued and appreciated here.

  • Janey G

The team at the Cat Clinic are the best ever. They really care about your pet and about you. Sadly today I had to have my kitten put to sleep and it was the most peaceful experience for her and comforting for me. The reception staff show so much empathy, the nurses were on hand to help me and the vet was simply amazing. I saw 3 vets for my kitten over the time I was there and I could not recommend them enough. If you want your cat cared for by professionals go to the Cat Clinic at Mount Gravatt.

  • MoniQ

The best cat hospital - only they are worthy of looking after our precious furbabies Australia's best cat doctors reside here! No dog smells and sounds to upset them - it is upsetting enough to go to the vet! The surgery has such a benign and serene feeling about it and this is such a great part of the experience and service here The nurses are really wonderful and are great support to us as guardians also. We travel 40 minutes to see this clinic - worth every meow on the way!

  • Maki Kamada

My stupid cat has gone to Cat Clinic multiple times due to eating things he shouldn't and required surgeries. Multiple surgeries. Ponzu got to know the staff quiet well and I think he started treating the clinic as his second home. The staff here are absolutely wonderful, the receptionists, nurses and vets are all warm and friendly. Whilst I do hope Ponzu doesn't have to visit the clinic anytime soon, this clinic is definitely my choice of vet to take any cat along :)

  • Naser Mahan

Pishi had the misfortune of fracturing all four of his legs after falling from the 6th floor. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Rhett and Dr. Nick demonstrated exceptional communication skills. They took the time to thoroughly explain Pishi's condition, the treatment options available, and the potential outcomes. They patiently answered all my questions, ensuring that I fully understood the situation and the best course of action for Pishi's recovery.

  • Jessica Urquhart

The Cat Clinic is the best choice for cat guardians who love their cats and care for their health. The staff and vets are friendly. It's suprisingly reasonably priced. It is easy to get appointments. Everytime I've had an appointment (for a specific health issue affecting my cat) the vets go above and beyond to give a little extra. For example, such as some dental health care tips. I highly recommend The Cat Clinic for your feiline friend.

  • Tess Kingma

Extremely happy with the service my boys and I have received over the years of going here. Dr Nick is especially helpful, kind and all over an amazing vet. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants amazing care for their furbabies. Receptionists are also friendly and very helpful with their knowledge of the prescription food. Plus the cats out the front are super friendly and always a pleasure to see when walking in.

  • Suzanne K

I took my cat here after being unhappy with the course of action proposed by a specialist clinic. The Cat Clinic was fantastic; the wonderful vet in the Clayfield clinic sent me over to the Mt Gravity clinic for their specialist to give advise (Clayfielddidn'tcharge for the initial appointment). They obviously care about cats & were so reasonable with their treatment costs. I highly recommend The Cat Clinic.

  • Chantel Stander

The Cat clinic is awesome! They quoted me several thousand dollars less to operate my cats broken pelvis. They were quick to respond and help us. Thanks to them Lily is walking normally and doing everything she did previously including hunting rats. Thank you cat clinic, if it weren't for you we would have had to put Lily down. We appreciate everything you have done for us!

  • Jap Rider

Cant praise this clinic enough. 14 years I've been taking my cat here. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET WONDERFUL SERVICE. Seriously, perfect service. They really do care about you and your little furry loved ones. Even at 12am on. Week night when my diabetic cat had a bad fit. I couldn't get better care not just for my furry one but they made sure I was OK and got home safe too.

  • Carmen Cai

Doctor Andrew is a perfect one My baby boy was very scared and dyspeptic, He was very gentle and careful with my cat! Doctor Andrew also has really good English and Cantonese The whole process of communication is stress-free! He also patiently answered all my questions and offered the most comprehensive help! Doctor Andrew is professional and perfect

  • Charlize Lindsay

Finally got to bring our most loverbal family pet back home. She was in the cat clinic since Monday and we’ve missed her oh so much. Thank you to everyone who works down at the cat clinic in mount gravatt you guys all did such an amazing job for Angel. She’s living her best life now after feeling super sick and not herself. Angel says thank you too ❤️

  • Phillip Dalton

Archie came in for a post op surgery checkup on a late notice Saturday visit. Very professional staff. Knew exactly what to do and gave very good solid advice. Removed bandages and checked wound, and re bandaged. Also made the other half feel very welcome. Both left super happy Will definitely be back for anything and everything cat related. Thanks again.

  • Sue Lord

Highly qualified vets have treated both my cats and the other staff are also excellent - very caring and component. I need to drive a reasonable distance but this specialist care is paramount for me and my cats. I have full confidence in the excellent service, love and care that all the staff give - without my cats being frightened by other animals/dogs.

  • Subash S

Only the best in Brisbane. The sheer dedication of the vets here is simply incomparable. My honest opinion - forget the big brands (we all know who they are) and if you're thinking of switching from your regular vets, this is a safe option for sure. Our boys have been seeing Siti and Nick for the last 2 years and we've only had the best experiences.

  • Tarryn King

All 3 of my fur-babies go here, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Marcus and Rhett are excellent, dealing with my senior cat and his specialist issues and my problem child cat who had a congenital hole in his soft palate until Rhett operated and fixed it under control. If you want experts in feline health, then here is where you need to take your cats!

  • Benjamin Cook

Had a sombre experience at the vet today. The ladies at reception were lovely and the young vet lad was very professional and explained what was going to happen and made an otherwise bad time feel calm and grounded without being too procedural or clinical. I can't say it was a happy time but they made it the best it could possibly be.

  • Emma Fletcher

Fantastic clinic - staff have exceptional knowledge, Veterinarians are very well trained, friendly and take the time to explain everything in great detail. I came in with an emergency and was seen to immediately. They really go the extra step and truly care. I will be taking my cat here as our permanent vet. I highly recommend.

  • TJ B

You will NEVER regret taking ur cat here with holistic care.Allison is one of the best vets ive ever seen. Cheap options always given. allison knows her stuff when it comes to weird skin and foot diseases in cats. if i could give them a hundred stars i would. Worth the 40minute drive i have to take to get there. Brilliant!

  • Kris Anderson

The Cat Clinic took our little girl in for an ultrasound and blood tests less than a day after our first call. Unfortunately we didn't get good news but the staff at the clinic were very supportive and caring, recommending a great at home vet for our baby's last days. Thank you for all your help and support. RIP Housie.

  • Ting Bryant

My cat had a urinary tract infection, been referred to the cat clinic and they looked after my cat very well, regular phone follow up after being told my cat need to stay at cat hospital until he is cleared. My cat now has been recovered and very reasonable price as well. Thank you very much for saving Basil.

  • Chanta Bock

The staff were great they were so understanding and caring especially Dr Marcus. Marcus took great care of our beautiful Tommy even though he would not be saved. Marcus was gentle, kind and very understanding of the difficult decision we had to make for Tommy and helped us humans to get through the process.

  • Rachel Maunder

Rescued a kitten 14 years ago and he passed few days ago . He has only been at vet 4 times and exceptional service. Only once had to wait 2 hours however was due to other cats in need . Thankful I had the time to wait as my old cat was on his last legs and not in pain . Still rate service and care 100%

  • Kelly Hodges

Editing my review to add a couple more stars, as I've better experiences since then. Animal care is good, they just need to work on improving communication among the team, as there's been a few issues that they rectified. Despite this, everyone I've had contact with has been friendly and helpful

  • Shan Shan Lam

Highly recommended! Vets are professional and quickly find the problem of my cat. They really nice and helpful especially Marcus and his team. Nurses are patient and really take care my two cats when they need to do surgery. They have higher quality equipment and professional staff! It is worth.

  • Des Soares

I had to use the servcies of the Cat clinic to euthanise my cat who was ill. The vet was very kind and empathic and gentle. I was greatly impressed by the care and comfort. I can only thank them from my heart for their care in this difficult time. An image of Puss when she was a kitten in 2009.

  • RP

We have three Maine Coons and they have always received top level care at the Cat Clinic. The vets and admin staff are consistently pleasant and helpful. My kittens are very precious to me and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. The fees are very reasonable too compared to other clinics.

  • Netta Phoenix

The Cat Doctors are thorough, caring and reassuring. They are keeping us updated, by phone, not only on our boy's condition but also on his mood and emotional demeanour. So happy to hear he is not crying nor does he seem worried. Just chillin in his cabin, so they must be soothing staff.

  • James 1648

always good, we've been using the clinic for about 10 years , we have adopted 3 cats from them, and use them for all our procedures, if however you want to use the boarding facility i would use the Paddington branch much less busy. Sue the receptionist is incredible at Creek Road .

  • Joshua

Highly recommend. My cat had become a bit of a regular visitor recently, and unfortunately she lost her battle, but the team at The Cat Clinic were always so comforting, compassionate, and helpful. Will definitely be returning to them if any of my future pets need help.

  • Daniel George

Not great for dogs. My puppy was there for 2 weeks at a cost of over $8000 nearly $9000 before any surgery required had been performed. Overpriced and under weight, In the total was for the 7 or 8 kittens and 3 adult Persian moggy's he had eaten, yet only gaining 2.3kg

  • Gabriel Fuller

We took our senior cat Latte to the cat clinic when he was unwell. The staff were amazing particularly Sylvia who spent time explaining what was going on. She was very compassionate and knowledgeable and had Latte's best interest at heart the whole time. Amazing!!

  • Elizabeth Carthew

They were able to help my cat Boots get his Diabetes under control and into remission, as well as manage his FLUTD (urinary issue) blockage. Friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them to every cat owner able to make it to their clinic.

  • Yasmin Rose

I have never been so satisfied with the level of knowledge and care of a vet. We have visited many vets over our pets life and none as knowledgeable as Marcus Gunew. I know my cat was in professional and caring hands. I only wish I found this clinic earlier!

  • Ornella

Clean and tidy reception areas and consult rooms. They are obviously taking extra care to protect customers during Covid. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming, vets are knowledgeable and they have a wide range of accessories and special diet options.

  • Jannae Jackson

I was extremely dissapointed with the service i received. I had to ask questions and probe for information about what was happening with my cat then they spoke to me like I was a total idiot.. I would NOT recommend them and I definitely won't be returning

  • Jacqueline Williams

They provided loving care to my 12 year old kitty who had lymphoma and leukaemia. My Girl has unfortunately passed, her prognosis was always poor, but they provided loving care and gave us three extra months together for which I'll always be grateful.

  • Gabrielle Kimpton

This cat clinic saved my cats life 1 year ago and I love them for it. But the receptionist is very rude and sighed at me over the phone, for just trying to get information & organize a script to be sent to my local vet for my cats ongoing medication.

  • Aurora Hill

These guys are cat lovers as well as specialists. I've been taking my baby there for years. They know their odd breeds-Devon Rex and Sphynx. Cats is what they do! If you want your babies in wonderful hands, I highly recommend the cat clinic.

  • Jonathan Chang

I've been bringing my 7 yr old Burmese here since he was a kitten. While he's never thrilled to be there, I've always been happy with the service and treatment provided by the staff there. Lots of parking, and great that there are no dogs.

The Cat Clinic is extremely helpful because they know everything about our felines. My gorgeous boy was in diabetic remission for over 1 year. I lost him a couple of weeks ago at aged 16 years 10 months to neuropathy which broke my heart.

  • James Kievets

The Cat Clinic staff and Vets were amazing when we finally had to put out fur baby to rest. They were very understanding and have the equipment there to be able to diagnose pretty much anything. Highly recommended if you have a cat.

  • Daniel Alvers

I have a cat and will only take him here. Some of the sweetest staff who absolutely care about you and your feline friend. Being a cat dedicated vet there are also no issues with freaking your cat out I'm the waiting room with dogs.

  • Kerri Machado

My cat wouldn't have made it, if it wasn't for the Cat clinic. I drive over an hour for her appointments, but no one knows more about cats than them. Apart from their knowledge and experience they are always friendly and caring.

  • Michelle Yost

Very expensive considering lab results were inconclusive. Glad we didn't go ahead with the 'precautionary' internal meds as advised. Staff did not appreciate our preference for a more wholistic approach. Will not be going back.

  • Jacinta Jiang

They asked me to pay a revisit consultation fee after one month! So ridiculous!! And I remember the doctor just see and say that’s all good, it even just only took five minutes!! So expensive for that 5 mins. So disappointed.

  • Barbara Taylor

My furbabies mean everything to me...I won't go anywhere else. The staff are caring and friendly and the vets are the best. You want your furbabies in great hands this is the place to take them...they are truly cat people.

  • Michael Pun

Highly recommended. My cat got severe kidney problem. Other ordinary vets suggested to put her down. They go extra miles to find solution. They are very knowledgable and with patience. A bit pricey though, still worth it.

Rhett goes above and beyond what you would expect as a vet and diagnostician. Cannot fault his judgement and is so keen to inform the pet owner and share his knowledge. Always impressed by this clinic, won't go elsewhere.

  • Lisa Currie

Any form of more extensive surgery, seriously consider taking your cat to this clinic. Amazing work and great staff. I've had my little girl there a few times now for cancer treatments and cannot recommend them higher.

  • Cath Fabris

Very grateful to the amazing Rhett who fixed our little Pippi's broken femur. She's still recovering and the cat clinic is our go-to place in the future...but hopefully we won't need to ;-)

Very clean, quiet and calm environment to take my cat. Love that there are no dogs to make a stressful enough trip even more stressful. Staff were lovely and the vet was very helpful.

  • Tyi39Entertainment

My cat who is named, chunky, got hit by some unknown creature, I have no idea what it was. But sadly, my cat couldn’t come back home because he was really sick, And I am very sad :(

These guys are amazing. My 20yo cat was so sick I thought I was taking her in to put down. 5 days later and within $2 of the quote on the first day, she came home...

  • Sharnay Hudson

You can never fault the Cat Clinic team...they love puddy puds as much as we furbaby parents do...purrfectly pawsome service every time …

Cat clinic Vets and staff are fabulous. I have been going there for over 20 years and will never take my fur babies to any other practice
