I just wanted to spread the word... These guys are awesome! After buying a Hisense "on sale tv" at best buy being 53 years old that just watches tv for football games and other sports occasionally. Salesman at best buy did not spend any time or effort to explain the huge differences between models, name brands and prices right away felt rushed to just buy cheap 4k smart tv and encourage me to pay $50 membership which included "benefits" and also offered extended warranty for my new tv which I though it was covered with my so called "membership benefits" I decided to decline. A week later my tv went dark and started flashing a red light in the middle. I right away schedule a diagnostic appointment that was 5 days apart. Finally a technician made it to the house, just grabbed the remote pushed power button and after charging me $150 just to tell me what I already knew the tv wasn't working! Was told to called HISENSE and activate factory warranty. I went to pay my phone bill I was sharing my experience with the teller and another customer referred me to THE HDTVOUTLET he mentioned he only buys his tvs there. After all the headaches I decided to returned the brand new tv and get only what I spent on the tv it self not including installation. Went to The hdtvoutlet in San Diego Jonathan Helped me out go with an 75" X90K which was exactly what I needed, literally $700 less than Any big retail store! No gimmicks, no hassle and less than MSRP. Great place to consider if you want to get the best VALUE for your buck on good quality tvs.

Just bought a tv from joseph or whatever his name was....he said the tvs are new etc and pass them off like they're new but really they are used or refurbished tvs that have issues...i just bought one last week a 55inch hissense h8g model unfortunately. Y wife picked it up not me...1. The tv was in a different box then the nodel which was never disclosed or mentioned 2. The tv being used or refurbished was never disclosed but passed off as brand new 3. The tv i received was a 100% garentee working after the fact we had a hige debate over offer up about it being used but the speakers dont work and theres white lines running across the screen. 4. The remote control is heavily worn and damaged 5. After i demanded he replace the tv and or pick it up since i wasted time and money and gas he proceeded to block me on offer up and facebook as well even after he knew he was wrong and offered me a free 1 year supposedly warrantee. Now im stuck with a dmaged tv and no way to contact him or anyone.6. The tv has no 4k ultra high definition or the 2.1 hdmi port he claimed it had. So far ive been ripped off by a professional and out 700 plus the rates i will be charged for it. I would personally recond to be very carefull when dealing hdtv warehouse. They are sellingbused or refurbished item and passing them off as new becareful. If anyone needs proof i have all the text messages and screen shots from offer up and facebook all100% truth and him admitted to the situation

Unfortunately wasted my time by the employees in this store. They promote plenty on offerup which is where i found them. I drove about 1 hour or so, only to arrive to damaged TV’s(lines across and down the TV's). I asked about the ones i had seen on their page and the employee Joseph said, those are the ones with lines across them (damaged). Their adds or postings did not say anything about those TV’s being damaged, nor did this worker bother to mention it in the messages when communicating with me. When i asked him why he didn’t let me know before coming, he said it was mentioned on the posting that these were the display model. I went to the posting and there was nothing on there mentioning broken or damaged TV’s. Not a single store or outlet has displays in their showrooms with lines across and down them along with black spots on the screens. Very unfortunate that they have such poor communication. I don't see who would want to spend hundreds of dollars on a TV that has lines and spots on the screen. Not a chance would I have paid $100 under retail to see lines on my TV's. Specially not working ones that I know have been dropped or returned. I do not recommend buying from this supplier, spend the few hundred extra to buy from a trusted seller as it will be worth it in the long run. Very bad business set up. I ended up going to Target and purchasing 3 TV’s after Joseph was trying to up-sell me on some TV’s I did not want.

I do not recommend this place for many reasons. First of all, you would have to be sure not to fall for whatever they tell you. They will try to get you into financing for some reason. You should know that the price listed on OfferUp, Facebook, other selling platforms is half or third the actual price because they say this is the price listed for one month out of two or three payments. The other thing you have to keep in mind is that their communication on the platforms is not accurate at all. I checked if they have a specific TV and they said yes 30 minutes later I go to the store which is 45 minutes away from my house and the lady says maybe we have it maybe we don't and then she said yes we haven't five minutes later when the manager comes in he says oh you know what we don't have it why don't you think of taking this other TV. I checked with him and the TV is in you or an open box as listed but what I've been seeing is that a lot of TVs on this place have lines that are flickering and they've been used for a while and he committed that these TVs are not the new and they could be refurbished so you should keep that in mind. Overall their prices are very comparable to Best Buy or Costco or Sam's Clubs open box prices so I would say by the TVs from there at least you will be able to return them because over here you cannot.

This chain uses shady marketing practices that made me lose any type of trust I had with them. I found them on OfferUp initially thinking they had insanely good prices. Come to find out the guys they use to market on sites like FaceBook Marketplace or OfferUp don’t use the legitimate prices of the TVs they’re posting. They will post an ad for an LG C2 with a picture of the box (that’s a $1200+ TV) but have the price listed at $299 or $150 etc..when you message them they’ll tell you to come by and send you the address. Then you show up thinking they have the TV for the listed price but find out it’s double to triple the listed price or not even in stock. Not only do they lie about pricing on their ads, the people posting the ads have no idea whats actually in stock although they’re posting 100s of ads that completely fill up the whole app. Companies like this abuse the ability of the free marketing apps like OfferUp and Marketplace provide. They make it so you can’t even use the app for what it’s initially intended for; Making offers on people’s used items. Furthermore, the store is very small and if there’s more then one person in there your customer service will be terrible. IMHO, don’t support shady stores like this. They may sell you a decent TV but who knows what shady ways they used to get it.

TLDR: One of the top 3 weirdest interactions I've had with a human adult. Definitely a scam artist and shady business. Based on my reddit research, I was looking at getting a 77 inch C or G series LG OLED TV. The apartment I was shopping for would be better suited with a 65", but I was thinking to eventually replace the 75" Samsung in the living room of my house. However, when I saw the new Samsung on display, I was blown away. Unfortunately I was told they do not have bigger than the 65", so I was thinking about settling for that, or going ahead and getting both. I tried explaining several times what I was looking for, but the guy working there would cut me off every time I tried to speak, talking about something completely irrelevant such as how selling TVs was his dream since 4 years old, or tried to sell me something I had no interest in. Eventually, this dude "corrected" me when I said I was looking for something 75"+ to replace my QLED Q90T. Dude tried to tell me 77" when I know I have a 75 and at that point, I had enough. Told me I have no idea what I was talking about, and began yelling obscenities. I figured this was a hustle when I saw the sketchy OfferUp posts. Certainly worked out for the best. I ended up getting what I wanted with a Samsung 77" OLED.

When buying a tv I was always under the impression that buying from a big box store was the solution to getting more for my buck. Always, I went for the biggest screen that my limited budget could buy (never mind I couldn’t pronoun the name). Not once, but three times in five years. All went out within a two-year period. So, I decided that I would change my tv buying strategy and go a different route when I discovered a small store, not much more than a hole in the wall, at a strip mall on Mira Mar Rd. Who said, “good things come in small packages”? Well, they must have been speaking of HDTV Outlet where I recently had the pleasure of buying a TV. From the time I walked through the door and met Jonathan I knew I was in good hands. Jonanthan was patient, helpful, respectful and above all, knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jonathan and HDTV Outlet. If you want to support a family-owned local business that goes the extra mile and you’re in the market for a tv, go see Jonathan. He understands the importance of long-term customer satisfaction.

Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable place. This business operates by advertising ridiculously low prices on Offer Up but conveniently never has those TVs in stock or quotes a much higher price. Best Buy, Amazon and Costco end up being the same or less. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. The guy I spoke to, Johnathon, kept on spewing out meaningless sales lines and never really listened to anything I was saying. His go to sales line was "What is stopping you from buying today?" which he kept on repeating after I left the business and was getting into my car. The business seems super shady and I seriously doubt they honor any of the "warranties" he claims come with the TVs. The risk isn't worth taking. Go somewhere else.

It was okay. This place is pretty small and packed full of TVs. I came on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy. The lights were off inside the building, which I’d assume is so you can see the screen quality of the used TV’s you’re buying. Because of this, it felt really strange, almost like a dirty night club. I had to use my phones flashlight to actually inspect the TV. The prices weren’t that great either. I think they cater more to people who need financing than those who just want a good deal on a TV. The sales guy was pretty nice, but was rushing the whole time. Overall, I probably wouldn’t shop here again. You can get the same deals on open box TVs at Sams Club and Best Buy and the buying experience there is much better.

Inaccurate description on the pricing. They told me all the tv they are selling was open box and no damage but later the day after I start watching movie. A black line came out and goes on and off in some time. They also never told us that the tv is refurbished. No explain or anything regarding the tv. Neither told us that all sales are final until I saw the receipt when problem occurred. I regret purchasing here. Let see how it goes tomorrow when I go there and tell them what is going on in the tv I purchased.

Had a good experience buying a tv from HDTV San Diego today! Left with a 65 inch Vizio Quantom P-Series that kind of blew me and my girlfriend away. We came looking at a Sony or Samsung (The only 2 brands I’ve ever bought or considered), but Josh gave us a recommendation on this Vizio with top tier quality for a much cheaper price than what we would’ve payed for the other two. So I decided to give this tv a chance And I’d have to say I’m pretty satisfied. Thank you guys! Also, he threw in a nice parting gift.

I came in looking for a decent 65 inch tv. Josh greeted me and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the TVs. He informed me with what every TV has and what special features it comes with in comparison with the rest of the TVs. I ended up getting the 65 in LG OLED TV which I wasn't planning on getting, but definitely in a good way! The price was great in comparison with the other retailers! Jonathan was very informative and helpful. Revisiting review because the TV I got lg c2 65 inch was in Chinese, not only the language but it was region locked. Hence, I was unable to change it to the US and the applications they boasted about were unreachable. Regardless, it works with my Apple TV so I haven’t really made the effort to get a refund if I didn’t have my Apple TV I would definitely be requesting one. Region locked goods raises a red flag as to their source of products.

This place has great inventory. But my problem lays with the unprofessionalism. They post their hours of operation and this is three consecutive days in a row where the owner of this place shows up past an hour late to open for business. I had confirmed with the store clerk the well previously what day and time I was coming and they still continue to be no shows. I am so livid because I missed two appointments for work waits on these guys.

One of the most helpful tv sale dealerships in San Diego. I received affordable weekly payments for two 65 In. Vizio 2019 4k. The finance leasing agency is Progressive Leasing. A person needs to create an account with progressive in order to get financed. The process is rather easy and take about 10 minutes to fill out the leasing applications. The only payment was 50.00 debt out the door. Talk with Sergio TV Rep and sales for assistance.

Johnathan helped me understand all my options and really took the time to get me the right tv. They have great products. I got a Samsung q8 Qled, new, sealed for about 40% off Best Buy price with warranty. I’ll go back. It’s been about 9 months .. tv works great no issues at all. He had told me to get the Q8 and I could see why, but after months of uses it has features I use and enjoy like split screen etc When I need a tv I’m going back

Solid service from the staff at HDTV outlet. I was worried about buying at first, but tv seems to be working great and it was $400 off retail! I have seen reviews where people get upset if a tv doesn’t have specific features but were told by staff that the TV did have the feature...people make mistakes. Shady business here folks! They post misleading ads and when you show up they push financing options on you so they can get a kickback. I went in for a 75” tv listed at $325. Came in and the guy tells me that’s half the price, and it’s $650 plus tax! I showed him the ad they have and he still insisted the price is $650.

I've been to The HDTV Outlet twice in the month of December (Saturday the 17th and Tuesday the 27th around 3pm). Both times the store was CLOSED! The posted hours are Tuesday through Sunday. Seems like a shady operating practices. I would avoid.

i got the listing as the price for OLED 600$ and when i went to the shop , they told its 600$ for 3 months basically its higher than any Electronics store such as Bestbuy and Costco , i don't recommend it all.
