For a few years we have had a hot tub, for privacy and to keep the heat in and water temp hotter for longer we decided to have a Gazebo. Unfortunately we have not had much luck with gazebos. The first one purchased looked good, it was a white kind of plastic gazebo with all the sides included and the frame was made of thin aluminium poles, but I was happy as I was able to secure the legs by screwing the supports to the floor; however, we awoke one morning and it was gone. After a little investigation it turned out the wind had took it and relocated it to the no mans land at the back of our property. It was a little battered and bruised but with some creative DIY I was able to "bodge" a fix and it lasted for a couple of months before giving up the ghost. The following year after learning a little more, I purchased a steel frame gazebo with a fabric roof and sides, but after returning from holiday the same thing had happened pretty much. This was confusing as it did allow for wind to flow through it, but this time it had to be scrapped with no bodge job an option. The following year we did not bother wasting our money, ultimately wanting a summerhouse thing.. Due to the arrival of Covid and redundancy a summerhouse wasn't an option, so my daughter and I went looking for a gazebo ... After trying a couple of shops we went to The Range. Wow, there are a couple that are really great, but well over my price limit (one (the best one) was £799, the other was £260). Overall they have a limited stock range but if the one you want is out of stock you can order on-line for store collection. They only offer one pop-up gazebo but an excellent one and it was only £69.99, the down side is it doesn't come with sides which I am hoping to get from Amazon and after checking they do offer a 4 sides for pop-up gazebos for £30.00. With some of the weather (wind) we have had, I was scared this one would be gone with the wind also, however, and touchwood all is good ... Except the garden needs a good tidy up! All in the Range is great and definitely a place to visit for anything home wise as they offer a great number of quality products.

I'd give half a star or less if I could. I am horrified by my visit here. I was looking for some lovely little decorations for my house and came across TWO DIFFERENT little hanging mice and a hanging DEER PLAQUE. Whilst I was there I'd also got a few other items which were only a couple of pound so all in all I didn't spend a lot (So I thought anyway.....) I got to the till and was served by someone named Rose. When paying for my items I had a feeling something was off, the price came to £14.85 in total. I knew something was wrong, I tried checking the receipt (and at the time) all seemed ok (so stupidly yes....) I left the store and went home. When I got home I thought about it again and checked my receipt a 2nd time, this being when I realised I'd been OVERCHARGED! On the receipt was 2 body sprays, 2 bars of soap but THREE hanging MICE. I'd purchased TWO and those TWO were a DIFFERENT PRICE from the other. There was no mention of the DEER PLAQUE which was also a cheaper price than the hanging mice she'd put down on the receipt. So what she's done... She's scanned the same MOST EXPENSIVE item THREE times to charge me more and stupidly I was too late to notice her thieving and sly scheme she played. I checked online at the prices of the items I'd brought and I'm utterly disgusted that your staff member had done this. Below I've attached an image of my receipt and also the TWO MICE and the ONE DEER PLAQUE.

Really poor customer service and care from direct interaction with staff. When asking for price of an item, the member of staff said I would need to take it to the customer service unit, (its a 30 ltr bag). at the payment tills, lines confusing, 2 of 3 tills that where serving had issues. When asked to open more till 4 times the calls went out on antena but no one came to open other tills. Infact while at till making payment my till service agent went away to assist his colleague on the other till with her issue. Whic made it that I experienced issues with my payment which had to be cancelled and redone. Where are the supervisers and managers? The place wasnt that busy, but due to lack of care and proper procedures put inplace from mangers, this issue was created and it felt like they really didnt care about thier customers. Really messy untidy isles, dirty floors, it some what felt like you have entered an abandoned building, not much support from staff, poor interaction leaving a customer while in the middle of serving them creating further issues and a really bad experience. I will not be going there to shop anymore and will only shop at places where they will appreciate and care about the customers, no matter the race religion or colour of the customers and every one is treated equally fairly with respect and dignity.

This place is like a Tardis. It It huge inside with 2 floors and a lift! I use a powerchair and found it fairly easy to get in and around apart from the furniture section upstairs where boxes had been left blocking the way. Some toy items had no prices on them and no labels or nothing on the shelf where they were so I didn't purchase several things I was interested in as I'm on a budget and had no clue as to price, and don't want to be embarrassed at the till. It was Saturday morning and the store was rammed, but there was such a wide selection of goods, I was impressed by that, but as I say, no staff on the shop floor to ask about prices, but it was super busy. Couldn't find a disabled parking space free so it was difficult to unload me safely in my chair from my wheelchair accessible vehicle as cars were impatient and trying to drive over my ramp. We tried further along the other retail units too but no luck. Overall it's a nice store with a wide variety of stock, but items need to have price tags or a price on the shelves, the plush toys especially.

wow... Wow.... WOW!! This place just popped my ickle socks right off my feetsies !! The sheer size and spangly'ificence of the glitzy bits & bobs is positively mind'stonkingley begoggling!!!! My children LOOOVED the huuuge'mongous selections of real live PENGUIMS they have whom all live up inside the rooftop wintery slippy slide grumplebumdollops funhouse EXTRAVAGANZA!! Once we found the secret doorway leading to the rooftop we checked the Penguims and EVERY single little guy and gal was not only fluent in French, Spanish, Bullcackle, German and Klingon but EVERY SINGLE ONE had a valid UK drivers license and were all attempting to hide marshmallow FLUMPS they had clumsily concealed under their flipflopflaps!! Turns out they were all staff members, they simply stand one ALOFT the tuther untill they are 4or5 Penguims high then simply adorn themselves in a spare Range uniform and HEY PRESTO BINGO BOB!! off they flop about their merry business. Very nice, would come again xxx

I ordered a sofa In this store.paid in advance and we waited for the sofa for two weeks, after which the sofa was delivered not the one we ordered. We called the store and there they did not want to help us stated that we have to do IT OURSELVES. Return the sofa and then get a refund. After arguments, they agreed to replace the sofas with the right one. After three weeks it turned out that the Sofa as we ordered does not exist and does not provide it to us. A week after taking the sofa, we are still waiting for a refund. I went to the store to find out how I could file a complaint. I was informed that this is not a problem of the store but that I can send I'm an e-mail. No help, no apologies, everything on your own must be done with the mistake of one Lord who was probably in a hurry to get home and did not want to serve us properly.

  • Stuart Hateley

I'm really disappointed with this place. We went last night to pick up a table I had seen online but went upstairs and was horrified by the sight. It looked like a warehouse rather than a shop. It was an absolute mess everywhere. Staff was just walking around, not looking busy, and ignored customers. Rather rude, really. I couldn't get our pushchair around much of the shop either. We decided that it was too much effort to get around the mess to look at the table, so we are going to look elsewhere, maybe Dunelm. We did buy a small Christmas decoration, but when we went to pay the staff behind the tills were more bothered about finishing their conversation rather than serving us. Management has to improve things here.

Very good store with excellent products & excellent prices. It was just a shame there was so much clutter on the floor, myself & my friend are disabled & she nearly fell over twice. More care needs to be taken over health & safety as lots of things were left all over the floors upstairs & downstairs. We stayed & had some lunch in the cafe & was served by a very miserable looking lady, she was probably having a bad day. But there was no customer service & we had to ask her three times for what we required for our lunch as she didn't seem to be listening.

  • Carpe diem

Very poor customer service. Just asked where bail of straw is as shown on their Web site. Young lad pointed somewhere over there. Not kind reply you want. It's hard enough to find staff on floor to help and when you do reply...over there. Thought give it another go after not been in for a year. Sadly nothing changed. Stock everywhere. Floors so dirty. Had shopping went to till. Next thing I know girl left till and had just gone. So I just left shopping. Very poor service Floor needs cleaning H&s very poor stock every where.

  • Kaz B

Online customer service didn't help with my issue of being over charged for an item. I emailed them and they asked first if I could contact the store, which I did but unfortunately they couldn't help as I was not able to go down to the store so I again emailed customer services explaining this and my email has been ignored. So many items on the shelves had either no pricing or wrong price and even wrong description. For this reason I wouldn't come back to the store as I might get overcharged again!

  • Andrew Hill

Many items on the shelves do not have the prices displayed. Staff on the shop floor are not at all helpful. Long queue at the checkout to be met by staff who give the impression that it's either their first day or have just been told they're being made redundant. I suggest that the management of this company visit the store and have a look with a view to correcting what are basic faults in retailing or they will be the next Wilko. They say you only lose a customer once, well they've lost me.

  • Stevette Baker

Thank you 100%. Wow the staff at this branch are amazing and deliver a can do, friendly customer experience. Praise to you Julia, Tasha and Melissa you have kept in touch to update me on a specific item. They are a credit to The Range brand and promote excellent customer experience. Well done all you are 100% customer focused. You have gone above and beyond and I appreciate your efforts you need to be recognised as bringing old school customer service back.

  • Angela Room

Variety, quality, quantity. Fantastic place to do a shop for trinkets, asseciories, paint, wallpaper. Fancy a change of room, change the asseciories for a reasonable price. Get Halloween and Christmas ready. I spent 2 hours looking round, and I spent more than I should , I'm ready for Halloween and Christmas. I have some great ideas for gifts on a budget. Highly recommend a look. Just be prepared to spend. You can not help yourself.

  • Jane

Lack of price labels in and around the store which is really annoying when shopping. We went to the cafe instore only to be given a dirty cup with someone else's tea rings in it. Cup changed for a clean one, only to be then given a stained spoon and an extremely stained tray. It looked awful and I would expect alot better from such a big brand shop. The cafe needs some attention, never will I buy from there again.

  • Hannah

I do love this shop for getting my art supplies but I have noticed their quality in products is very hit and miss. I have bought things very cheaply that have been amazing, and other things that have not been great. My son, who has autism, absolutely loves walking through the aisle when all the Christmas decorations are up, looking at the lights and the moving decor. It's a good shop to browse around.

  • Silvana Silva

Lots of things in here, mostly related to winter holidays but not only. Very nice design, fresh appearance, and,in my view can satisfying any taste. If is either toys, or Christmas, either home.decotations as paints , mirrors, metallic art and so on. For sure you find things you like. I always come here ( from Aston) as I find this shop always clean, tide and many designs to chose from.

  • Rose may

The products are really nice and good quality but the young staff are really rude and not helpful at all. On different visits i asked for help but they gave me a bad look because i interrupted their “tea party” and they weren't even willing to help. there are too many of them in the first floor , standing together chatting and laughing instead of keeping the store tidy and clean

  • Lorna Richards

We use the range a lot as most of the items they sell are very good value! But the one thing myself and my husband really dislike is , we keep getting shocks off their Trolleys! And they are constant and painful: so we try to carry our shopping in our arms now which isn’t really good enough! Will keep going to b&m but not sure about using the baskets or Trolleys.

  • Jennifer MacNamara

It's a good store, lots of variety under one roof. I went for cushions and they had a sale so good bargains to be had. I would recommend a visit, saves you going to 2 or 3 places, when you can just go here. Offers, household goods, has a small garden centre, big arts and crafts area, lighting, small furniture area, more or less everything you might need.

  • Thomas Lea

Absolutely love the Range. Such variety. This store is great because the staff are super friendly, very helpful and down to earth. Staff makes the shopping experience a whole lot better! There is a cafe on the top floor of the store where you can purchase coffee, sandwiches and cake. There are hundreds of parking spaces available for free.

  • Robert Handcock

Went to the store to buy some patio furniture couldn't find any staff when I finally did 4 was all hiding in an aisle and none of them could help me thay didn't have a clue more like a playground up there i thought i was back at school what happened to the the staff that new what thay was doing really bad service won't be coming back.

  • Maryelen Loughran

Like the store as a brand but not overly thrilled about this store as of late. I needed to purchase 2 sets of champagne flutes as a gift, their was 2 sets left but the one set the packaging was destroyed and they wouldn't offer a discount on it. I've had to purchase new packaging for both sets so they match as 1 gift

  • Debbie Ward

The shop sells some good stuff, but the front of the store is filthy, littered with trash and cigarette ends, the toilets are disgusting to the point of being virtually unusable, and the young girl who served us at the tills was rude, and didn’t even bother to make eye contact. Shame the potential isn’t fulfilled.

  • Fakhmida Begum

Great shop. Literally has everything you can think of and it’s all at a reasonable price. The place is a little bit cramped and some of the items did not have prices on there. Which was a bit annoying. But definitely a place to go and check out. Also has a little cafeteria you can sit down and enjoy some food too.

  • E. Delilah

Brilliant selection of items for a fantastic price. Good quality and fantastic designs for home decor items. I think on our visit we must have caught them on restock day as there was empty packaging all in the aisles and lots of staff blocking off rows with tape etc. Otherwise, definitely my go to home decor shop.

  • chris davies

Nothing priced . Cafe awful had a bacon sandwich. Tiny amount of barely cooked bacon on under toasted bread. So only used one slice . Then was charged 50 pence for a butter to use on the pice of toast left over. To finish it of was spoken to very rudly by a member of staff. Not a return visit for me

  • Linda Sela

Lots of top quality products at very reasonable prices. Relaxed atmosphere to browse at your leisure. I didn't get the name of the young lady on the customer service desk. But she was a pure delight. Super friendly and excellent customer service.

  • Philip Richards

Great visit to the store today. Halloween decorations in and also setting up of the Christmas decorations and it had a nice early Crimbo feeling. Bought a few items and I know where I'm coming to get all my decorations. Very friendly staff also.

  • Gopi Patel

Large selection of house decoratio, DIY, gardening, pet, outdoor, lighting, curtains, paints etc. Must visit if renovating home and after buying a new property. Free parking, café, toilets, convenient opening hours. Nice people + best prices.

  • Pearl Tandy-wells

Awful service. Stacks everywhere. Floor dirty. Staff uncaring when placing items on shelves. Prices left off items. Place looked very uncared for. Other customers like myself left without purchasing anything. Very sad. Used to be a nice shop.

  • Sophie

Great choice and value but really slow on the tills a lot of the time and a number of staff are avoidant when they’re being called to the tills. The staff on returns area always seem the most helpful and serve as well as deal with queries.

  • debbie davies
