If there was a 0 star option, I would have proudly pressed that. This Range and the Iceland inside is the worst in Holyhead road due to its abysmal customer service. The workers exhibit extreme rudeness and racism towards elderly individuals struggling with English, often laughing and making faces during interactions. The workers will also stare you down for no reason as you are trying to shop and it feels more than uncomfortable, you can visibly see two or three workers gathering up and laughing at customers for doing their daily shopping. Secondly, The pervasive dishonesty in pricing, with items consistently costing £4 more at the counter than displayed on shelves, is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the reported targeting of hijabis creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and it feels as though we are being targeted for being “muslim”, along with rudeness towards elderly customers. The sale of expired food in Iceland, including moldy bread, open packages etc and dismissive responses to complaints intensify the dissatisfaction, I have had a worker answer me back saying “So don’t buy that one then? simple?” after I have kindly showed a worker the mould on the bread and as it was the only pack of bread left and I urgently needed a pack, but instead of the worker working to fix the issue they have answered me back like they do not care about their customers . I am deeply disappointed, and unless these issues are promptly addressed, further action will be taken. Very disappointed.

Just returned a small rug to this store. The girl who served me was so extremely rude. No 'hello', or any kind of greeting what so ever. She looked at the rug and said 'do you have a cat or a dog?' The rug had literally one hair on it. Could have been mine from the back the car. She then wondered off, didn't say what she was doing and left us there for 5 minutes. Even the security guard had asked where she'd wandered off to! She came back with a supervisor, who said the rug was absolutely fine. No apology for keeping us waiting. The supervisor was apologetic. I think this girl definitely needs more training and less of the attitude!!Especially if you are employed in a customer facing role. Didn't appreciate the receipt been slapped in my hand either. Feel quite upset now as I was really looking forward to having a good nosey around the shop. We walked straight out. Never again! Will go Merry Hill in future!

Visited on the other day. Found that that a store with different range of products. As they also stated that "The Range is now the fastest growing retailer in the UK. With over 200 stores nationwide, we stock more than 140,000 products across 16 different departments, from Homewares and Furniture to DIY and Art Supplies. Our ethos has always been to bring our customers great quality products at the most competitive prices, drawing together everything you need for a beautiful home." Found that a bit pricey once compared to other stores. might have some nice deals but generally speaking store is a bit pricey. It is worth to visit at least Not much crowded and providing variety of products. No need to be member, open to public, big parking area.

Howdy folks! I'm guessing we ALL know what The Range is about right?! Ok, good. So, as for this particular site, 1stly it's HUGE!! Plenty of parking for Badge holders, parent & child, Santa's sleigh....you get the picture they also have toilets, in-store Iceland/Food store section & all the usuals. Staff have ALWAYS been great in my experience & its not overly expensive. The location is prime with a drive through MC D's, BP gas station & Subway just yards away! News just in....on the same site a drive through eatery is under construction at this very moment so it's a self contained mini day out(after completion)! Easy access too with junction 1 of the M5 also just yards away! Me says, dis win win 4 me!!

The prices are never on the right items, which is very annoying and staff seem slow. But overall it's okay. This shop needs sorting out ASAP...I came in a few days ago after an operation and I thought I was going to badly injure myself...stock piled high everywhere...you couldn't get to an Isle without piles of towering stock...I left as it was just to dangerous for me to shop there...plus staff couldn't help as stock piled up high in every Isle...I have nobclue why and for this reason I cannot recommend...its just to dangerous.

Lack of customer service and extremely poor attitude!Willenhall Range is 120% better. I highly recommend going there the store layout is better and customer service is definitely better. I will never go back again. They also have stock in aisles stacked up which is a safety hazard for customers I was told I could not get what I wanted as they were unable to move the pallets which was amazing.

The range is almost become an alternative to the old Tandy”s for some electrical items, arrived an hour before closing time on Saturday evening bit disappointed to see there was limited people on the tills even though there is quite an extensive queue. Lady serving very pleasant and again apologetic for the delay you could see she’s was under pressure 5 stars for her.

I love shopping here. It's got a bit of everything. Especially, large range of art materials and pet food at competitive prices. The food section is great too. As a cherry on top, the staff are really friendly and happy to help.

Great store I picked up had no price ticket or a different price on the ticket from the scanned price at the till. Iceland food store inside Lovely Range of Home and DIY products. Enjoyed the trip. Also has food products.

Great shop lots of variety of items but the customer service on the tills are shocking! No Hi no Bye no smile especially from this older lady that works on the till. She spoils the customer service for everyone else!!

Went the other day, not one trolley out which is crazy for a store that sells big items. Been calling the number for days to see if this has changed, no answer. The number on site comes up as a different company

I visited with family and my 5 year old wanted to use the toilet. Went inside the male toilets and it was stinking like a dead body. It was filthy and dirty. Shows the efficiency of management. Really poor.

Great place to shop for anything the only problem I've with this store is the items for sale on the shelves never have the price showing so you do end up looking for a staff member to ask for a price.

Could not get what I wanted Stock not what it used to be Seems to be targeting more expensive lines these days. Disappointed. Was a good cross with the iron mongery side but that's not the case now.

It was lovely. Its a great shop with lots of lovely and beautiful Christmas decorations in. And the staff what work there are so helpful and polite its a pleasure to walk through the door there..

I went into the range to buy so arts and craft materials and there was a wide selection of a variety of crafts to buy. They also sell camping stuff, food, sweets, pet food, furniture and more.

What's not to like, massive car park, everything you need and more, they even have an Iceland food store inside. I love the Christmas section especially the light tunnel, Worth a visit

Absolutely horrible. I received a faulty product and customer service is awful. They are trained to say one sentence, there is no escalation and they won’t help you what so ever.

It's not my first time there. I got what I went to purchase, so I was happy. The Range is a good place to shop. They have a wide range of choices to choose from.

Best place to fulfill all your home needs. And there is even Iceland inside. But there is one issue most of the price tags are mixed or do not exist.

Shop with loads stuff. Can find different items here and spend hours between the shelves. Some lanes need tidy up.

Good store, have everything for daily use.. is near to my house, so we often buy from there
