I recently stopped by to talk about any potential offers for the S23+, Haris and his manager Basil were incredibly helpful, I went back a few days later to confirm everything and ended up ordering the phone, Haris and Basil again were very helpful. Went back a third time to pick up the phone and Haris with help from Colin helped me get the best value for my trade, Basil was not in the shop but still available to help. Walked out with a couple accessories and very happy with the new phone, trade in value, and even the plan. All in all great experience!

I was looking for new iPhone 13 deal on cyber Monday of 2021 and just casually visited The Source. I was surprised by Shivali Sharma the sale associate with very good deal on iphone 13 for my son. She was pleasing personality and politely explained me all I wanted to know. She offered me all what I wanted. The store manager was very helpful and I would recommend Shivali to anyone who wants to have great shopping experience. I walked into the Shawnessy branch asked for headphones wired for a kid at school and told the guy I did not want to pay much. His reasoning was showing me the Sony a 99$ headphone because they are on sale. He went on to show me wired ones and when I said they have batteries he said no it is only for the how much it can be used. Seriously if you don’t know about stuff ask for help or maybe better training. Disappointed with such level of sales person.

I was dreading having to get a new phone and go through the hassle of getting my number and everything moved over to a new device. Harman made the whole process seamless and even enjoyable. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. He found me a fantastic deal and made sure everything was taken care of. I can’t recommend him enough, and will definitely be back!

I went to shop in Shawnessy to buy an internet splitter was on sale, but I didn’t need a fancy one. There is a sales rep., Walida, asked me something else regarding business. Left the shop & went another shop has a same product for the same price. I have been impressed her work ethic & behavior, so that I was back to the Source to buy. She is an awesome sales!

Visited on the black Friday. 5 employees in the store , 4 clients. Was told by manager that I should order product online as he is too busy. One of employees wanted to call other locations for me but store manager said that he is not allowed. Poor customer service. Best Buy across the parking lot has way more friendly staff

Shivali, was extremely pleasant to work with. We came in for a laptop for my son and walked out with a good phone package and laptop discounts. After the dust settles it’s a good value vs an up-sell. It’s a win win. 4 star due to length it took from Bell to jive the contracts. I’d actually give them a 2 star.

when my laptop broke and the repair company messed up and downgraded my processor, they sent it back to fix the issue and I guess my old laptop was too far gone and I got a new laptop under my extended warranty. very happy with how Basil, the manager handled the situation!

Randomly went into the source this morning to see if I could get a new phone, Cj helped me out and explained everything perfectly! I was there for around an hour and he was very easy to have a conversation with as we waited! Super happy with everything :)

Basil, the tech staff was Very helpful. Very courteous and went above and beyond. He made a few calls to other Source locations and helped me with what i was looking for. It is rare these days to see someone take care of customer needs in this fashion.

Horrible customer service, went into purchase a smart watch. I was told to order it online, not even interested in helping customers. I walked over to Best Buy, and bought it there. Was my first time in the Source and my last.
