My brother initially purchased a SIM card here that proved to be unnecessary due to a language barrier. Within 10 minutes, I returned to the store to inquire about changing the cellphone plan. The staff member who had previously assisted him indicated this was feasible and began to help us. Everything was proceeding smoothly until he sought his manager's assistance, a person named Ahmed. Regrettably, Ahmad's behavior during our interaction was unprofessional and disrespectful. He appeared to treat my inquiry as if it were illicit, making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. I had simply asked a question, and his response was unnecessarily aggressive. To make matters worse, Ahmad instructed the staff member to issue a refund in a manner that made it appear as though he were making a charitable donation. He also prevented the helpful staff member from completing his task and called him away, so someone else finished the job. While I am uncertain of the store's ownership, it is evident that Ahmed may require further training and guidance to improve his conduct. I would like to note that the other staff members at the store were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Regrettably, my experience with Ahmed has led me to assign a one-star rating, despite the positive interactions with other staff members.

Best experience ever!!!! I’m not a tech savvy person, and was in today to upgrade my phone. The assistant manager, Leandra, was the one helping me today. After explaining to her what exactly I wanted from my phone, she got me the best deal there was. She also downloaded all of my information from my old phone, out an app on my new phone for a service that would help me if I had any questions or issues going forward to help me with understanding or using my phone. She went over and above to ensure that I was fully satisfied with what I was getting, and made sure I got the device that was user friendly for me. Leandra mentioned she had just started in her position, and to be honest, I was quite surprised with her level of knowledge for being new. Her fellow staff members were equally as helpful:)))) Will definitely be sending anyone to her that is in need of anything from the source:) Exceptional experience!!!!

I have been going to this location for years when I needed something at the last minute. It's almost like this store is a hidden gem for customer service: the staff at this store have always been quick to approach you right away to ask if they can help in a super friendly manner, always demonstrate a willingness to help, and have a bit of knowledge about some of their products. I commend the training program and/or the hiring choices for this store! I am always pleasantly surprised with how the customer service here has never disappointed me. Bravo team!

I dropped by at The Core branch on a Monday noon looking for a Galaxy Watch 5 in a specific size and colour. While they did not have the product with the specifications I was looking for, Mamta helped me out by offering to call the Chinook Mall branch to confirm if they had it in stock and ready for pickup. Honestly, Mamta made my purchase decision so much easier, and the whole process went by very smoothly. I highly recommend this branch and would definitely not hesitate to return in the future, if needed.

I signed up for a virgin mobile plan here. The employe who entered my details put in all the wrong info. She entered a wrong address and birthday. This led to complications with my billing which was a hassle to fix. My friend also signed up for a virgin plan here and he was told by the manager that he had free long distance calling too Germany. It turns out this was wrong information and he was charged $60 dollars extra because of calls made to Germany.

Today I went to the Source to get a new inexpensive cell phone and with a replacement SIM card. Mamta was patiently helping me with contacting Virgin customer service. I was standing there for more than 1 hour until almost 5.30 PM. I was about to give up when finally I was able to have a cell phone that was ready for me to use. Thank you so much for Mamta, I will definitely recommend this store, excellent customer service.

During my visit to store, I intended to purchase a watch for a friend. However, thanks to the incredible assistance of Gabriel, Stephanie, and Mohamed, my experience took an exciting turn. I was helped at the Source store in the Core mall by these two gentlemen: Ahmad Zeaiter and Gabriel Quadrado. They were very thoughtful of my best interests and provided me with more options to choose from. Unlike other sales associates, they didn’t try to push me to get their services, instead advised whatever was genuinely the best and answered all my questions with details and kindness.

Was looking for a stereo without wifi and Bluetooth and out of all the stores i called the downtown core location was the ones who had what i needed. Omar was such a pleasure to work with and held the product i needed aside so i could make it down to the store and purchase it. Very friendly staff!!!
