I stopped by the Travel Desk, noticing them as I walked by in the Colombo Fort, and asked for a car and driver, unplanned, for a week, for the next day. Abraar, the owner said he could have it arranged. Next day, Sharah at the Desk ( all smiles), arranged the paper work, introduced our driver, Imran, and we were off. Everything went perfect, felt safe on the road, and our arrangement with the Travel Desk went flawless. Everyone’s English was great, and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them for your Sir Lanka travel needs.

This is our second time traveling with traveldesk. First me and my wife went to France and the experience was great! This time, our whole families went to Malaysia and the trip was excellent. Both our tours were handled by Sahara, who was excellent at her job. Hotels and Activities they have selected for us were great and all enjoyable. Very bad customer service. Still my money is with them and nobody answers the phones. We are stuck in South Africa, wanting the agent to book the ticket. Money has already been paid more than 10 months ago. and waiting for someone at-least to answer the phone. Extremely disappointing.
