My experience here wasn't so nice. This shop was recommended through AAA. I needed a diagnosis. I was told it would be like $80-$90. So I picked this place. Everywhere else charged about $140. I got a call early morning like maybe 7:30am. I was halfway asleep, I was told they put in fluids in my car, used a test battery and then I will be told the diagnosis. I spoke to Paul, he said that usually costs about $200. I said "oh ok well thank you" thinking I was still getting charged under $100. I was too out of it to talk and I wasn't asked if I wanted that done, apparently they had already done it. I figured that was part of the diagnosis deal. I called back later when I was awake and Paul said "I already told you!" I found it very hard to talk to them afterwards. I just wanted my car back after that. When they finished the diagnosis, I was told it was going to cost me $582.97. I tried to ask why and if I could have an itemized bill. Paul then told me they have trouble sending emails. He seemed very frustrated with me. They were able to reduce the price to $322.35 but it didn't make sense to me and it felt sketchy. I paid them even though they didn't honor the original quote, I wouldn't have mind paying for a price closer to the quoted price. They said Paul was the one in charge when I had asked to speak to a manager. I figured maybe the manager could better explain this to me. That didn't help. When I received my Jeep back, they had left my left window halfway down and my car wouldn't turn on because they had stole my car battery, so I wasn't able to roll it up. It rained that day so I have a plastic bag covering my window to this day and I live in an apartment complex, I don't want my window left down around strangers. I would not recommend going here, unless this is normal when getting a diagnosis. Update: I never gave an authorization, just to be clear. I think a huge misunderstanding did take place. I was under the impression that all that was included with the diagnosis, I did not know I had to pay for your equipment and supplies to do the diagnosis. I thought I just had to bring in my car and pay for just a diagnosis. And I did want work done but I was told you guys don't do engines and I was recommended elsewhere. Also, I'm not so frustrated that my car needs a new engine, seeing how I was willing to bring it in and fix it. I was just frustrated with the attitude I did receive after asking for clarification on the diagnosis, the fact that the original quote wasn't close to what I was told before bringing it in, and the fact that my vehicle was returned to me with my window down as if it was out of spite.

They truly stand by their work and take pride in keeping the customer happy even after the job is done. Last year I had a horrible misfire, and after some shop comparisons, I chose Thousand Oak Automotive to help diagnose and repair my problem. I wasn't even aware that my thermostat housing had become cracked and was the ultimate culprit. So the repair was done and everything was great for just over a year, until I had recently discovered the new housing had also failed, but in a different manner from before. This time the car was very much drivable but leaking so much coolant on top my transmission housing that I had to start each morning sopping it up. I knew this needed to be fixed before the problem got any worse than it already was. When I booked my next appointment I was reassured the replacement part was still under warranty and would be of no cost to me. However what I did not expect was that the labor and supplies were also covered in this warranty. As a customer that speaks absolute volumes to how you treat your customers with the respect and care that is not seen too often with most other businesses in the same field. With all the money I had unexpectedly saved I plan on reinvesting it back into TOA for some well needed maintenance on my beloved car in the near future. Because with service like this I can truly say that you guys deserve my continuing business and my hard earned dollar. Keep up the great work guys , I look forward to the next one. and FYI on the feedback link via text. It seems to be a dud link on my end. Not sure whats wrong there, just thought I'd mention it.

My rating is only a reflection of my experience I have no I'll will towards this shop. Took a truck in that my brother dropped off to me to have, it costs $99 to check truck and when they are done you get an itemized email stating very clearly that a bunch of things were checked and everything was green except for two things that were red, the power steering pump and a check engine light (without description of code). Which I knew the pump was not working because when I drove it down the street to the shop, it was hard to turn but other than that I know nothing about the truck when taking it in. They said to change pump would be $862 with labor and part included. I called 10 shops to see what they would charge for exact same job and the lowest of ten was $350 and highest was $500. TOA had $362 more than everybody I called on a list from Google. Many shops said the price was absurd. TOA states that the price is high because it includes a reservoir tank. Which is not correct because a new power steering pump comes with a tank attached already and the other shops agreed to this as well. On top of all that, I take it out of the TOA and after trying the A/c it doesn't work properly and the truck can't go past 60 on the hwy without crazy shaking to the point of crash. The checklist they give is bogus because if they really tested it they would have said my ac is broken and the truck has extreme vibration past 60mph. But oh well. I have everything fixed now. Just thought I'd share my experience, price check other shops and compare job prices before giving these guys the go ahead. Thanks.

My 2009 Challenger stalled out going down 1604 to work. It was before 6am and the only repair shop I could find on my phone that opened at 7am was Thousand Oaks Automotive. I reached out to them and they arranged a tow. My car remained in their shop for about two days. Through the experience I had updates from Paul, one of the service advisors. He explained the status and repairs needed, which was sufficient enough for me. When I picked up my car I found the paint unwashed. I saw on the bottom of my receipt that a "Courtesy Car wash" was included, but it didn't look like that happened. I'm very particular with my cars, especially my Challenger, so how my vehicles are treated means a-lot when it comes to trusting a repair shop. This was probably the most important thing I was looking for, as the repairs were done to the fuel pump(s) located under the back seat. I was relieved to not smell fuel or see my interior mishandled. That being the case, I will return to this shop in the future for repairs that I cannot do to my vehicles at home. Overall, it was a good experience. The repairs were done, and I saved money verses going to a dealer service shop and dealing with their non-sense. I recommend this shop, here are a sum of the reasons: * Good communication * Professional service * Rapid response to your vehicles needs. * Price is reasonable, compared to the dealer.

I would refer Thousand Oaks Automotive to anyone in the San Antonio area having automotive issues. When one of our vans wouldn't start, and a jump didn't work, we called Thousand Oaks Automotive. As an emergency service provider in our own industry, it is refreshing to find another company that understands that "time is of the essence". They handled the tow, which alleviates a huge part of the stress, as well as got back to us that same day with a diagnosis. Admittedly, there were no actual repairs to be made, just the reconnecting of the spark plug... we may have been pranked. Either way, they didn't charge us for their time or efforts, even if they were minimal, which almost any other shop would have. We only had to pay for the tow, which was at a discounted rate because we went through the shop. Since then, we have made Thousand Oaks Automotive our first choice for vehicle repairs and diagnosis. Everyone I've spoken with from dispatcher to mechanic, has been nothing but kind, straight forward, and quick to get things done. With a commercial fleet of vehicles, we couldn't ask for more from an auto shop!

Don't be fooled by all the fake 5 stars ratings for this place. That would imply that they are perfect. Everyone I know that has heard of this place has had horrible outcomes from going here. Yes they are courteous but this place specializes in ripping people off and not telling you what you need to know. Definitely would not recommend this place for inspections (or anything else for that matter) as they look for any and all, add on repairs to make money on. My husband had taken his car there for a simple $7 state inspection, and ended up leaving with a dead battery later down the road due to a mysterious new issue with the radiator fan not turning off, which led to a costly $600 repair bill. There were no issues with this part prior going to their mechanic shop that day. The worse part is that we trusted these guys after just having spent hundreds of dollars there in the past on something else. My advice would be to watch these guys in action if they inspect your vehicle. Never get in your car after they are done servicing with the engine still running, as this place may have done something to it, etc.

Long story short. I run a mattress store on Thousand Oaks Drive and sold one of the employees from Thousand Oaks Automotive. He told me what a great place to work and do business. He said they are the real deal. I decided to take my truck there for a rear brake issue including an emergency brake issue. After inspecting, they quoted a price and I said go ahead. Today I get a call that work is complete and the ending price was several hundred dollars less than the quote. When I asked why, they said when they got into it they determined that some parts and issues did not need to be fixed. They could have easily taken advantage of their original quote and my prior agreement. I am impressed and love doing business with a local entity.I appreciate their honesty. I will be back and will be recommending to all of my friends, family and neighbors. Plus they are completely professional and the place seems to be clean as a whistle. Thanks Thousand Oaks Automotive!

I've owned my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer since 2009. TOA has been the only shop that has worked on it (with the exception of myself for basic maintenance). I had recently taken my truck in to find the transmission was going out and the radiator was clogged with debris. After spending well over $4100 for parts and labor. I left the shop and drove it for 2 days and found I had to return it due to a mismounted fan shroud and noticeable leak in my new radiator as well as a piece that had broken due to possible mishandling of an ageing part during disassembly. I gave them the opportunity to make things right and David, Paul, Leo,, and all the technicians involved did so. They replaced the leaking radiator cap, remounted the fan shroud correctly and are replacing the broken part at no additional cost to me. These guys stand by their work and are willing to work to make the customer satisfied. I am grateful for their honesty and pride in their work. Thanks guys!

Thousand Oaks Automotive is my go to for all my automotive needs. I have never felt ripped off, most times the work in done in a day and at most two. Staff is professional and courteous and if you live within a couple of miles they offer a free taxi service. Being single I really appreciate that as I hate putting my friends in a bind. My most recent problem was a shimmy when driving, I thought a motor mount had broken, nope, the insides of my tires were coming apart, outside they looked fine. A serious accident was probably avoided because sometimes I speed a bit because Texas is a big state and we have great highways and I like to get from point A to point B as soon as possible. They may have saved my life. Been using them for five years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Highly recommend them!

I find it one of life's amazing blessings to find an honest and trusted mechanic! I actually started using Thousand Oaks Automotive because of one of their employees, Bryan Vollmer. I discovered Bryan years ago when he was working at Beldens. After multiple failed efforts with another shop to repair a problem with my 2003 Honda Accord, I tried Bryan. He fully committed. He did the research and took the time to fix the problem properly, and was very reasonable with how he charged me. I was so impressed that when he moved to Thousand Oaks, I went with him. I take our two cars to him and my adult daughter has followed him as well. I have to say, I think he has found a great fit at this shop. I have been as impressed with the whole experience there as I have with him. I highly recommend this shop.

Had a glitch with a power window on a Toyota. The window went up and down fine but as it approached the top it would go off kinda crooked and the window would not close completely. Left it at Thousand Oaks Auto because I work close by. Hadn't been in there in probably 15 years. They called and said I needed a new motor and (of course), a regulator - they work together. Total cost - $424. I told them no - the motor seems to work fine. Had to pay $50 diagnostic charge (what a joke and a rip-off). Took the car to Yang's instead. He took the door panel off and found a part within the track slightly bent - fixed it and now it works fine. Paid $156. I'm convinced that Thousand Oaks never even took the door panel off to check what the problem was. Now I remember why I hadn't been there for 15 years.

I recently took my vehicle in for AC repairs and some electrical issues that needed fixing. The team at Thousand Oaks was very polite, knowledgeable, and kept me updated on the status of repairs. The cost of all repairs ended up being under the originally estimated cost, and charges were very reasonable! My vehicle works great, was done on time, and the staff are very friendly! They also changed my car's oil at no charge because they saw my vehicle was due for an oil change. I also received a follow up call from their office a few days after picking up my car, because they wanted to make sure all was good with the repairs. Amazing service and great quality work for a reasonable price! I will be coming back for any future repairs or service needs for sure! Thank you!!

After more than 20 years of using Thousand Oaks Automotive as my only "go to" shop, I have never left a review until now. I figure I'm way overdue in giving credit where credit is due. When I drop my car or truck off for service, I have always been completely comfortable in knowing that they will find the problem, notify me of the costs up front, and do the repairs necessary, for a fair price. I've always found them to be completely honest, with my best interest at heart. I've also found all their technicians to be knowledgeable and more than capable of performing the repairs. Whenever I leave a vehicle at Thousand Oaks Automotive, I have the peace of mind that things will always be done right, for a fair price. I'm sure this will be your experience as well.

This place is top notch! Good, honest professionals with great customer service. For the past several years we have had all kinds of work done by them from oil changes to major mechanical service and the quality of their work never ceases to impress. More than once they had the repairs done on the same day! The drop box feature is very convenient. They give you an honest estimate and explain what is critical and what is not, doing only the jobs you agree to (integrity here). Everyone I have ever talked to is kind and respectful - be personally or on the phone. That is quite a combination to have in a business, so we keep going back every time our cars need to be serviced and recommend them any time we are asked.

I have been using Thousand Oaks Automotive , for over 25 years . The management, which is still the same, and staff have always been very courteous , honest ,professional, and extremely reliable. They always explain what exactly the problem is , in language even I can understand. They communicate with you punctually so you always now the status of your repair. In over 25 years I have never had to take a car back for the same problem. I once took an older model car in for over heating, I was expecting a large problem with a large bill . My bill was $7.50 , a HEB plastic bag wrapped had around the radiator fan. If you are looking for an honest, professional shop, that is very fairly priced. This is it!!

I will NEVER go to PepBoys again. A friend of mine is a former mechanic and recommended Thousand Oaks Automotive instead. I'm IMPRESSED. Extremely clean facilities, very friendly and informative staff, and they're transparent with issues/solutions with your car problems. The initial quote I was given was $750 less than my PepBoys quote, and at that, my final total for work complete was $282 less than my quote. I love that all work is backed by a 2-yr warranty. I had to get my ignition system replaced. Thousand Oaks Automotive is my new permanent auto care facility. Dependable, reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, no price gouging, excellent service. What more could you want?

  • Cadi Fuhler

Our car has over 197,000 miles on it and the brakes have never been serviced. We went to Just Brakes, thinking it would be the least expensive since they specialize in brakes. They said it needed all new calipers, front and back, all new pads, front and back and the rotors resurfaced. He said it was lucky the rotors didn't need to be replaced. The estimate was over $1000. We decided to take it to Thousand Oaks Automotive. They have done other work on our car and we've always been pleased at both the work and the cost. They checked out the brakes, front and back, replaced the front pads and resurfaced the front rotors. They said the back ones were fine. Cost $233.

I feel very comfortable when I leave my truck in the hands of Thousand Oaks Automotive. I have been taking it there for a long time now and I wouldn't feel more secure leaving it any where else. My truck is very important to me, and it being a 1997 diesel means I need someone I can trust to keep it running. I can rely on Leo and the guys to provide great service. Leo always keeps me informed and updated on the details. I just want to say thank you to the mechanics at Thousand Oaks Automotive for always being upfront and honest about everything. This is how it should be when you spend your hard earned money on something you care about.

  • michael eisenhauer

This place is impressive! I know how important it is to make the customer happy and be upfront, from start to finish they explained the diagnostics and called me for updates. All mechanics are ASE certified, and without a doubt I felt more than comfortable with the office and the professionalism. This place is top notch and I won’t hesitate to recommend or use them for all of my automotive needs in the future. Mechanics have a bad rep, but his place will change your state of mind on that if your have concerns. Thanks again!! Job well done!!! Thanks for taking care of my truck and getting her back on the road so quick !

In the few times I've had to hire their service's at Thousand Oaks Automotive, they've always been welcoming and helpful. The man at the front desk, Hunter H., has been thoroughly reassuring in helping me understand what is necessary for my vehicle, and how the staff at their shop go about executing those tasks. They make sure customer's know what they're paying for for what problems they may find in their vehicle's, and even go as far as to explain difference's in prices between part supplier's. I haven't had any issue's and I am happy to say I beyond satisfied with their service's and professionalism.

Took my 2020 F150 in because of transmission shifting problems. The vehicle was under factory warranty but surrounding dealers have a long wait list and want to keep your vehicle for a week or more. Not acceptable… The guys here seemed very knowledgeable and have the equipment to diagnose / fix problems on newer vehicles. I dropped the vehicle off at 7am and had it back same day. Problem solved. A short time later I went back for routine maintenance and again had a great experience. I will be using these guys again. Thank you very much for fixing my headache…. Worth every penny. I took my vehicle in for service on the AC and a leak in the power steering system. While the AC was fixed the leak was not. I advised Bryan at the front desk of this and said he would have his mechanic check it out. I received a call later that day that the mechanic had found a defective pressure switch that was causing the leak. I found it to still be leaking the next day and I called Brian and advised him of this, he said to bring it back to have it checked out again. I did and they found the problem and had it repaired. Overall, I am satisfied with the service!

  • James Sunday

I took my car in because the power steering was making a terrible grinding noise. Bryan had it looked over and found that several items were bad, including the power steering pump. One of the hoses had a hole in it but is unavailable from the dealer or anyone else because of supply issues. He found someone that could repair the hose so he had it repaired. They also found that I needed new brakes, so I had them replace them also. I have been dealing with them for approximately 20 years and completely trust them. I won't go anywhere else. They are the best!

  • sarah tussey

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I had previously taken my Expedition to the dealership and had a terrible experience and my AC still didn’t work after. Thousand Oaks got me in very quickly for an appointment, kept me updated throughout the day on the status of my car, explained to me what was happening and why and what the solution was. They took care of checking with the warranty company to see if the repair was covered and even found parts cheaper than the original quote. I will be returning for any other car repair needed. Highly recommend.

  • Adolph Gonzales

I cannot in good conscience give 5 stars. A lot of the 5 star reviews will have been "bought" for this month of May 2023 as the store is offering a drawing chance for all 5 star reviews. That being said, the business is still an excellent business. Service has always been great when I have been. Phone etiquette could be better by not mumbling the name of the business and speaking clearly. Tech getting in my vehicle brought a breakfast taco in with him. (I'd be less upset about this if he'd had offered me one too, but still upset none the less)

  • Christopher Deleon

The people at Thousand Oaks Automotive have come through in the clutch for me time and time again. I have an older vehicle which unfortunately has been breaking down. The last 2 times, I was able to get my car back Same day they looked at it. I even went to drop off my car after they had closed, and when I was going to use the night drop, Hunter was leaving the store saw me, stopped his car and took the keys so I did not have to hassle with the night drop. It is little things like that, which make a huge difference to me. The people here care.

  • Jody Odom

These guys are extremely professional and honest. My a/c went out. Took my truck in to get the problem diagnosed. They came back told me what it was and how much it would cost, it was alot. So I did some online research and found that the problem they reported was a typical problem for my vehicle due to a manufacturer defect (which they told me) and their price was in the middle to the average team he of cost. Military discount up to $50. I am happy to have found a trustworthy mechanic that I will return to for automotive repair.

  • Christopher Sutherland

I've used them for some years now but this last time was even more outstanding. Their honesty is second to none. They found the issue and saved me over 4k dollars. They also showed me how my car was running graphically (catalytic converters) and put my mind at ease. I know they aren't the cheapest - as a matter of fact I know that at times they charge what the dealer charges (hourly/parts) but like the dealer they don't want you to have to come back for the same issue so they do their best to fix it right the first time.

  • S Vickrey

I took my 2006 H3 to Thousand Oaks Automotive because the oil light/chime came on every time I stopped. They fixed it right up. I had taken it to a different shop, but they couldn’t fix it and suggested I go to a dealership. My son, who works for Mangold Roofing, suggested TOA. He was right! I have continued to take it to TOA for everything big and small that has gone wrong with my vehicle, including a transmission replacement. Brian and Bill are fantastic, honest, and very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough.

Outstanding Customer Service***** I called on Monday, June 10th, as I was having trouble with my car. My car was towed to Thousand Oaks Automobile and I did not have to wait too long. A new battery was installed. I love this place. I moved here from Florida two and a half years ago and my daughter recommended them to me. Since the first time that I walked through their doors, I felt like I've been their customer for years. I'm glad that I found a great place to have my car serviced when needed. Keep the good work, guys.

  • Eric Wiegel

I have been using Thousand Oak Automotive for several years for general maintenance and repairs on all of my trucks. The service is the best in the city! I never have to worry if they are trying to sell me something I don't need. They are quick to diagnose the issue and fix the problem. If you end up needing to wait in the waiting area it is super comfortable! Bryan Vollmer and his team are hands down the only people I trust to work on my trucks, I highly recommend Bryan and his team at Thousand Oaks Automotive.

  • Matt Aguilar

Recently, I had an issue with my vehicle and took it into Thousand Oaks Automotive. This was my first time using them, but they were the only place near me who was willing to work me into their schedule. My vehicle is an older vehicle so of course, one problem became three, but the guys were able to get me back on the road again by the following day. I did have a new issue crop up a week later, but the Service Manager (Paul) had me bring it back in and treated me and the new issue fairly.

  • Leo Lebron

This shop was a fresh breath of Air, I went to a "franchise Shop" to get a job done but they where telling me I had to replace a brunch of parts and the prices sky-high and with time being tough every dollar matters, I found "Thousand Oaks Automotive" They did a True inspection and found out the other shop was incorrect and I saved about $600 because God pointed me to the right people Honesty and integrity is So rare these days, Thank you for everything God Bless.

  • Joshua Frilling

Last month we had a major issue with the car and had to get it fixed. Bryan was communicative and considerate of our situation - they held onto the car while we were out of town for a family emergency. The price ended up being much lower than initially expected. And the car runs better than it has in a long time. We feel confident that Thousand Oaks Automotive is honest, respectful, compassionate, and flexible - they are willing to work with you. Highly recommend.

  • Sarah Cosgrove

Our neighbor is actually one of the mechanics over at this shop and so when we had trouble with our Lincoln, we decided to look them up. They have great reviews on Google so we took in our car at 7am. After a few hours I got a call with an update on the issues they found and how much it would cost. By 3pm it was ready and the end total was a little less than quoted! This is a business that knows how to take care of their customers! We will be back!

UPDATE: One year later and I'm back at Thousand Oaks forthe annual star auto examination. I'm glad this service center hasn't relaxed their covid practices. They are still hand sanitizing and keeping the waiting area set up for distance sitting. I've used their services before, so I went in for the state auto examination. Fast courteous service, safe setup for social distancing. Like the way they sprayed my keys before returning them to me.

  • Zach Hoyuela

I was referred by a friend to go to Thousand Oaks Automotive after I was having issues with one of my cars. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Paul's customer service was on point and they were very knowledgeable. They took care of my issue in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. They even vacuumed the inside of my car. I would definitely recommend them if you are having any vehicle issues.

  • Ali Yantes

It is always a pleasure to visit the people at Thousand Oaks Automotive. In this current stressful time, it feels comfortable to make a stop at a place that feels like family. They are wearing masks and have a plexiglass shield to keep customers safe. I usually talk with Paul, he knows me and my car history, but they are all able to treat you promptly and professional. I'm a 27 year repeat customer, which tells you a lot!!

  • Martin Lizares

I paid over $3k for these so called professionals to fix my car but they did not do it right. My car dies on me after they fixed it so I had to get it towed back to them, Paul admits that they did not install the fuel line correctly, but all I get is “sorry for the inconvenience?” Then another guy tells me that it’s my fault since I should have noticed a fuel leak after they fixed it in the first place? What a joke.

  • testing tester

When I first moved back to the Lone Star State, I stopped in at 1000 Oaks Automotive to get my state inspection done, and Bryan helped me out by giving me the inside track on how to get my registration and Texas plates without going to the DMV office. He had me in and out of there fast for my inspection and saved me half a day or more getting my other stuff done. Stop in and see him, and tell him Bogey send you.

  • Stephanie Stephens

My parents used Thousand Oak automotive since they first opened and they have been my go to repair shop for the past 25+ years. They are thorough and explain things I don't understand. They are not pushy, and if I didn't have the money for all work needed, they would tell me what was necessary for the time being and when the rest needed to be done by. I have learned alot from them over the years.

  • Javier Urias

This is the second time I’ve used their services. Paul who helped me, was professional and didn’t try to “sell me” on extra services. They were able to knock out my trucks issue in one day. Go into the lobby and see for yourself all the pictures of the mechanics and their credentials. I know when I take my truck to Thousand Oaks Automotive, it’s gonna get done right.

  • John Patmor

Bryan Volmer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was up front and honest. They took the time to check out my truck and make sure the A/C system is work at optimum performance. I had explained my previous experience with Ford and he was very reassuring in how they handle business, they are not there to sell you things you don’t need. Very honest and upfront

  • Jan Wagner

Very friendly, honest knowledgeable management, staff and mechanics. I've been taking my 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix since 2009 for any mechanical issues. There are other mechanics available. However, I'm not changing something that continues to keep our cars purring like new. Oh, did I forget to say I'm driving 18 miles (one way) to keep our cars purring . . .

  • David Davis

Fair pricing. You can have repairs done cheaper but may find yourself having them done twice. These guys get it right the first time and stand behind their work with a 2 year warranty on repairs. I find them very professional. I don't like other men touching my truck (which I've driven for 27 yrs), but if I must, I choose these guys.

This is how business should be done! The staff is very professional and courteous. They even gave me a ride back home so I would not have to wait in their all day! I have been a customer of theirs for over 14 years, and their work has always been well done. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they had even washed it, five stars!

  • Jorge Dorantes

I came in very optimistic after I had read several 5 star reviews about how cheap and how good they where. Well I had a noise coming from the tire which was a bad wheel bearing. These guys wanted $700 to chnage it! I ended up hiring a mechanic on Craigslist and ordering the parts. Paid $250 im total. Careful with these guys.

  • Mark H

The only mechanic I'll ever use. Reasonable prices. Quick turnaround. Friendly, professional staff who always give you straight answers that are easy for non-experts to understand. They'll give you advice as though it were there own car and have advised me against additional work they didn't think would be good value for me.

  • Sherri Dugas

I have been using these guys for over 20 years. Their professionalism is fantastic. AC went out on my car 2 hours into a 2 day road trip. Made an appointment for when I returned. BUT, came back a day earlier and they were able to work me in and now my AC is fixed. thanks goodness as it will be over 100- for the next 10 days.

  • Adam Hockley

Had significant auto issues and they did not handle the PR issues very well. To quote one of the employees about not fixing ALL of the car issues "well, two out of three ain't bad". Took the car in two more times to repair the brake issues and I still have a car with squeaky brakes. They will never have my business again!

  • Josh Tonak

This place was great! The guys are very clear in their communication and no question about understanding costs. The fastest car repair ever and we had several things tested and replaced. Just moved to this side of town so we've definitely found our new mechanic! They even washed the car when they were done. Thanks a lot!

  • Charles Burt

Staff was very courteous and informative. My situation was not a good one - an older car needing an engine replaced, but they were helpful, willing to share their opinions, and keep me focused on what I needed to be considering. They'll get to be my auto advisors and mechanics when I get my replacement vehicle.

  • Carly Veytia

As a young woman, I’ll always leave a good review for a shop with mechanics that don’t talk to me like I’m dumb. They got my car in quick, helped me prioritize what I needed to fix without trying to upsell me, did great work, and were willing to expand on explanations when I had questions. So appreciated!!

  • Luz R

I was able to book my appointment online and was confirmed over the phone. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for future service, thank you guys!

  • Ephraim Peterson
