15 business days and still waiting for my deposit, ridiculous that this customer experience is acceptable. Clearly making money from hoarding customers deposits. Never will I use this service again, I feel sorry for the hard working & genuinely nice employees working at the physical store

Beware of dealing with this company I was unable to recover the refunded insurance amount even though all my bank information registered with them is correct. I recommend not dealing with this company due to the lack of care in returning

This the second time that the same branch and same employee "branch manager" has screwed me. I booked a car via telephone. When I got to the branch the lady wanted to give me a cheaper car at the same rate as the car that I had booked.

After filling the car next door, they still charged for refueling. Upon query they said you could have squeezed another liter in. Completely unacceptable practice to just grab some more fees. Won’t use them again.
