We hired top roof cleaners last october for our concrete cleaning and the process was like no other ! They first cleaned our concrete with their sodium hypochlorite based cleaner to kill all the organics virus and bacteria. I thought the concrete was done. It looked brand new! but they put a degreaser to lift up the oils and another deep cleaner solution I'm not sure what it was but everytime they put something down they would use the rotary machine with hot water. And there very last step they put their sodium hypochlorite base cleaner and left it on the concrete so it can stay cleaner for longer ! Super amazed on their process. hands down best out there. And yesterday we just hired them to clean our mossy roof from the bad winter we just had with their 5 year warranty package and they did an amazing job! Also removing a rust stain I had on my roof for many years! ( this wasn't part of the quote ) I highly recommend top roof cleaning vancouver !

My property is at Port Moody and the service was performed on 16/6. Nelson's team was meticulous in their work at cleaning away the years of dirt and debris on my gutter. as you can see from the pictures of the gutters before cleaning and after. Yasuko, she climbed all the way up to roof (harnessed) and paid attention to every detailed in her cleaning of my gutters and was kind enough to wash some of some bird droppings off my windows. I have had Nelson and his crew coming to my house every year to do window and, gutter cleaning and pressure washing. Their work is of high quality and very detail oriented. In addition to this Nelson put a great effort in satisfying his clients by encouraging feedback and always willing to go the extra mile. I haven’t use the company for roof cleaning services because my roof is fairly new, but I won’t hesitate to use them.

We had Nelson clean our roof as we had 10 years of moss to remove and gutters that needed cleaning. They were very professional, arrived when they had said they would arrive, communicated exceptionally well and did a first rate job on everything. They were very careful with our plants and cleaned up when they were finished. Excellent job! We will have them back for regular gutter cleaning and periodic moss removal.
