Great atmosphere! I loved the look and feel of the place. They have a cute space for people to gather and a place to sit on wooden "stairs" with floor pillows. Very authentic and cozy. I would say they still could have a few additions to the upstairs seating as the plastic chairs are not very comfy. It is nice that they have a larger table on the 2nd floor though. They still have painters tape on some places but they are handling the opening really well! Food was delicious and I'm looking forward to trying more from here, especially the milk bread! The Cranberry pastry was my favorite. The Hazelnut brittle macaron was very delicious as well. The "Pretzel" like pastry was warm and apple infused. It was DELICIOUS! I think they incorporated the apples very elegantly into the twist of the dough. It made every bite the perfect bite. I think the strawberry desserts were lacking for me. The strawberry in a coussiant was advertised as cream and I was expecting more than just 'whipped' cream. The texture of the whipped cream also left a film inside my mouth which wasn't very pleasant. The strawberry spoon (cake?) was soggy which I was not expecting and personally was not a fan. It reminded me of a Tres Leche cake. Sweetness was perfect overall of the desserts I had. I am not a coffee drinker and wished there was a little bit more that I could have from their drink selection. They do have smoothies though but something lighter would be nice with all the pastries. Enjoyed my visit very much overall!

I was very excited to see this bakery was opening in Charlotte. If you lived in or been to Ny then this bakery is spread out around. I was able to try once before moving back to Charlotte. I did not have a long wait as others mentioned and actually had a very helpful gentleman ask if I needed help when standing at the case browsing. It can be overwhelming only because they are so many things you can purchase and they all look yummy. Today we had the honeydew melon soft, strawberry croissant, strawberry cloud cake, fruit pastry, kimichi croquette, mango smoothie and the honey lavender latte. Some of this was for home and others so I can’t speak on everything. The kimchi croquette’s flavor and texture is so good, my daughter liked her honeydew loaf and smoothie and I loved the latte. I also had a taste of the crème cake and it was moist and fluffy. I can’t say I will return every week since they are in Charlotte and I am watching what I eat but on a weekend day, I definitely will more than likely be here every other week.

This place was awesome! Great service and great atmosphere not to mention the delicious treats they have and most of all the great quality of coffee. I am a coffee lover, I mean real coffee not what you get served at specialty places, that's just sugar if you ask me. But this place has what I like, an Americano with a delicious flavor that doesn't overpower the pallet and complements the pastries. The croissants are great, my favorites are the ones with the almonds on the outside, my wife likes the ones filled with chocolate. The cheese cake is a great choice as well, it is a treat worth driving. It is not too sweet and is nice and creamy like. The crockets were great too but I think they will be better if they were warm, but this is just my preference. Great place to go for a coffee and you can sit down inside, by the counter and they also have a second floor or do like we did, drink and taste some of the treats then go for a walk around the neighborhood it was really nice.

First time coming here with my mom & we were really excited that a new Korean bakery opened near us since the Korean community in Charlotte is small & so any shops/stores/restaurants that are here are very valuable to us. The kimchi croquette and pastries were all delicious & we loved the open concept space. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the cashier was rude to my mom. We bought five pastries to-go and we didn’t want them to be rolling around loosely in a plastic bag so we asked for a box to-go but the cashier was annoyed to accommodate us, walked away while we were speaking to her & then processed our transaction without saying anything — no thank you, no good bye or have a good rest of your day. I thought it was just me who felt it, but my mom felt it too. I’m not sure if she was annoyed from earlier when I asked her to remake my drink because she had made it iced when I ordered it hot. I’d still recommend Tous Les Jours because it was overall worth it!

Finally, we found a place that made freshly baked bread, pastries and cakes that is not overly sweet. All taste so good! The place is very clean! They also have a genuine and thoughtful idea of giving a cake server that has matches and candles.

Tous les jours in Charlotte, NC is a hidden gem that should not be missed! The bakery offers a wide variety of freshly baked goods that are absolutely delicious. From croissants and baguettes to cakes and pastries, everything is made on-site and with high-quality ingredients. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I especially love the selection of unique and exotic pastries that you don't often find at other bakeries. I highly recommend trying the Mont Blanc or the strawberry cloud cake, they are both absolutely heavenly! The prices are also very reasonable, making it a great spot for a quick and satisfying breakfast or lunch. Overall, Tous les jours is a must-visit for anyone who loves good food and great service.

Update: let’s say I’m little disappointed. The curry croquet and twisted donut look little over fried (darker than usual) but I still gave it a try. Well it was indeed over fried. I did choose less darker one but still it just wasn’t right. Hopefully they can get it right. Quality is important. (I adjust star from 5 to 4 since other breads were good). I got little too excited and got there early and I was their first customer. Inside looks good and everyone was so nice (still learning ‘soft opening’). I got little carried away and bought little too much since everything looks great. I’m happy that whenever I get craving for good Korean breads or cake now I can just go grab it close to home. Everything I go was good and can’t wait til try other items!

  • Amber Sweetfire

The place is esthetically pleasing. Staff and food is another story. They have 2 locations the other at Super G Mart in Pineville & same owners. Facility seems nice and clean. As a franchise most, if not all, their products must be ordered from 1 place. Most of their items are ONLY baked at the store. Not made on site as with some authentic bakeries. Some come in frozen then baked in store. I tried Piedmont row location twice. Not going to waste $$ for a third time. I made 3 different purchases in Pineville location non of items I purchased were good. Some staff are nice but most are rude at both locations. Unfortunately, these bakeries are over rated and over priced. I was so looking forward to a good bakery.

  • Ronak Choksi

I work close by and always stop by here. I love this bakery and it’s products but the white lady who works there (I wouldn’t called her by that if they had name plates on) was very rude. I went to the register and she kept on working on other things until this other white couple walked to the register and she came running saying are you ready to check out? I had to move out of my way and let them check out first. I was shocked how people can be rude like that. This guy on the second register called me and said he can check me out. I will not be returning. No matter how good their products are, if you are bad at customer service/ racist it instantly kills anyone’s mood.

My favorite cafe with delicious baked goods and drinks. I was surprised to find s location in Charlotte, but happy that I can now get curry croquettes and milk bread so close to me. The location is cozy with a traditional table and chair area, then a cushion amphitheatre setting, and upstairs area that's perfect for studying. Baked goods were fresh and still going out during the afternoon. My favorites are the croquettes, milk bread buns, and the croissants. I also tried the tiramisu latte and loved that it tasted like a tiramisu but not too sweet. The baristas were super nice and made the drink fast. Love this cafe and it's bread and drinks.

  • Hot Cheeto

Ordered a few desserts and two coffees. We were waiting for our coffees and realized I was missing a dessert. I thought the lady that took our order needed time to get it. Turns out, she completely forgot and couldn’t get her attention. The cashier did not ask for here or to go. We were waiting for our coffees and realized they had them sitting there without even calling it out. The lavender latte I did not finish because it was too sweet. as for the bread cake in the bag, was not good either. the strawberry croissant was good though. The chocolate cloud was alright. Definitely would check out other dessert places.

  • A'shia M

Absolutely delicious visit!! This is probably the best bakery I've been to in Charlotte, so much better than Suarez and Amelie's. The prices are super affordable in my opinion for the high quality of the snacks offered. Their drinks were super nice too. Their seating reminded me of Coco and the Director where they offered tables to sit at but also a giant stair like case with very comfortable pillows to sit on. Definitely recommend the macaroons, I had a blueberry lavender that was to die for. The honeydew bread was so good too. Please give them a visit, you'll enjoy it!

  • Jaye Tyler

While the website touts that baked goods are baked fresh every day, I'm fairly certain that some of their items are baked from frozen and not baked from scratch. The items I tried were yummy, but I have some concerns. While I was being rung up, a flying bug landed on one of my croissants and I ended up not getting it. Also, while my friend was waiting for her latte, we noticed the girl making the drinks had stuff flaking on her lips and my friend was afraid it would fall in her drink as it was being made. I probably won't be back.

  • Sam Junuzovic

There really isn't anything wrong with the quality of their food, but the main reason why I'm giving it only 3 stars is the service, and the mismatch between their prices and what you get in return. Specifically, for indoor dining, we were served coffee in paper cups, and their plates were plastic. Any decent place that charges even average, let alone higher pricing, should be able to afford proper, ceramic cups and plates. On three different occasions, service was painfully slow, and that's just too much of a coincidence.

  • The4Hclub

The macarons!!! My husband and I get macarons every time we go out of town and we love trying new places. Tours Les Jours has some of the best macarons we have ever had on the east coast. They’re very fresh, the flavors are spot on, and the filling is perfectly moist. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Charlotte.

This place is phenomenal! The decor and atmosphere were so modern and comfortable. All of the pastries we tried were delicious. We started things off with some familiar flavors like the chocolate croissant and almond croissant (which were so good that we bought seconds), but then we got into some flavors we were less familiar with like the Honeydew bread (it literally tastes like honeydew!). The experience of using the trays to pile on the different treats was so fun, especially with kids. We will be back soon!

  • Jacqueline Telljohann

Several trusted friends raved to me about this spot and boy were they right! My husband and I tried: - Kimchi Croquette - Garlic & Cheese Croissant - Honey Cheese Mochi Pancakes - Custard & Almond Pretzel Pastry - Milk Cream Bread - Sweet Potato Mousse Cloud Cake Everything was amazing. If I had to pick favorites, I would go for the Garlic & Cheese Croissant, Honey Cheese Mochi Pancakes, and the Custard & Almond Pretzel Pastry. There were so many other things I wanted to try so I'll definitely be back!

  • Elizabeth Nagornyy

I went here because I follow their Instagram and always wanted to try it. The croissants are very good and so was the coffee. BUT i was immediately disgusted when I sat down and there were ANTS EVERYWHERE. on the floor was a trail of them and on the table as well. Some crawled into my food tray so I couldn’t eat much of it. And the FRUIT FLIES. As being a hyped cafe/bakery I feel like you should be able to at least sweep before opening as well. The ants everywhere made me completely lose my appetite.

  • Paquita P

The space is light and bright. Wonderful fusion of Asian and French pastry. If you want pastries, it is self-serve. Cakes and macarons can be ordered from their counter. There is also coffee and tea available to order. I'm in love with the fluffy, soft milk bread loafs. They make wonderful grilled cheese and french toast. I also really like the red bean donuts. I know beans are not typically what an American diet finds in a dessert, but this donut is a great way to get introduced to the concept.

  • Deanna Mapes

Simply fabulous! The pastries, cakes and breads offered here are tasty, sweet, and utterly divine! A cozy place to meet and eat delectable treats over a coffee or tea. No matter what your "sweet" meter is, you will find a variety of confections to please every point on your "sweet" meter. You also can't help it, as you will find you are back in line purchasing sweets to take home to share with those who couldn't join you. Great self-serve option, where you can warm up the sweet you chose.

  • Kitty Tang

!!Finally we have Tous les jours in CLT! My favorites are 【Cloud Cake】 original flavor is the best! It’s not too sweet, perfectly flavored with strawberry jam in it; 【Dirty Bun】 it’s called “dirty bun” because it has choco powder on the top, so it will make your fingers and mouth “dirty” after eating it! But it’s a must try for chocolate lover! 【Sweet Potato Bun】 Bun filled with smashed sweet potato! Slightly sweet but a perfect choice with coffee!

  • Marie Gully

Cute new bakery in South park. Festive for Christmas with fresh baked breads, macarons, cakes and pastries . Was a bit disappointed in the coffee and tea. If they had a stronger, richer maybe authentic euro coffee I’d be more impressed. But cute hang out place for solo or groups.

My sister in law & her family took us here. It was our first time. We stop by around 10:30am. There was so much yummy breads, pastries, and cakes. Got a whole bunch of goodies for our road trip back home. The cashier was absolutely wonderfully. Since it was my first time here I just asked the cashier to recommend me a drink. Surprisingly, the drink she recommended was very yummy. Will definitely be coming back to this spot when we are in town.

If you are in the Charlotte area you MUST come to Tous les Jours bakery. They have tons of fresh goods in all sorts of varieties. They have a large selection of coffee, tea & other beverages as well. You can eat at the bakery or get as much as you would like to go. Everything is fresh and you can see the staff hard at work baking. Staff are courteous and helpful. Store is very clean and decor is chic! Great place to get cakes too!

  • Anthony Pompano

You need to try this bakery. They have a ton of pastries to choose from and they are all 5 star. I had a mango cream filled donut which was so soft, fluffy, and delectable. Ordered a couple other pasties for family and friends too and they were outstanding. I got the tiramisu iced coffee and it was good but the cocoa on top was a little much

I visited the bakery during their grand opening. It was nicely decorated and laid out very well. I ordered two macarons and an apple turnover for my beau. The servers were pretty nice. I gave them 4 stars, because their gluten free options are very limited. (Only their macarons are gluten free.) I would hope that they would include additional breads or pastries for their gluten free customers.

  • Hare Jutsu

The only thing I didn't like about this place is not knowing sooner. The pastries range from the perfect fluffiness of Asian bakeries to the delightful techniques of French bakeries. I dare say the bakers of Tous Les Jours are masters are their craft. PS: Love the coffee as well. I'm not a big fan of "fruit notes" coffee so it was a pleasant surprise to get something delicious, yet simple.

  • Raelynn Costa

This place is great! Unfortunately no vegan pastries but I'd be stoked if they ever added some! They do have milk alternatives like oat, soy, and almond for drinks. The bakery has so many baked goods and cakes. So far my bf has tried a few things and each has been delicious. The inside is very inviting and there is a good amount of seating. Will definitely be visiting many more times.

  • Bre

I went for the first time on Tuesday of last week and have been back 2 times since. You walk in the door and the smell of fresh baked goods are all around. The coffee, bakery options, and sweets are pleasing to the taste buds and eyes. Everything we had was delicious. My friend especially loved the tiramisu latte, I wanted to try it as well but passed since I’m dairy free.

  • Samuel Liendo

This is a great place to hang out with you friends, it is welcoming and comfy. It has bunch of fresh bread and cake to taste, everything here is good. I may say it’s a little pricy but regarding the location that’s what you expect. Also I didn’t like much the coffes, I try iced and hot coffee, and it wasn’t that good, I guess that’s not their strong side.

  • jonathan tennyson

Great bakery, friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere; I was just very disappointed that they stopped serving beverages after 7 when they close @8…. I understand if the kitchen closes at a certain time but beverages? Like lattes and teas… then don’t close @ 8 close @7. Doesn’t look good as a business to provide selective service an hour before closing

  • Lakeisha Phillips

Very cute bakery! So many choices and everything looked delicious. We tried several different items. Including the honey lavender latte (which was really good). The croissants and breads were my favorites. The deserts aren't as sweet as traditional southern deserts. So, if you like that you would love this place. I would definitely be returning.

  • Jennie Saldana

Delicious macaroons. The chocolate was the best. So soft, fluffy, delicious flavor. The pistachio was so light and yummy. The cookies and cream was so sweet and fluffy and creamy. The salted caramel was my least favorite. The service was nice. They were about to close but the young man who took our order didn't rush me.he was nice and helpful.

  • Yunhan Shin

They need to train employees well not to pack "overcharged" cakes like this. They must know how to make products look fancy if they are not able to make cakes as good as they should. Also, they are lack of professionalism serving customers. It is shameful that a good Korean brand hires such incapable and unskilled workers.

Very delicious. Note: they stop putting pastries out at 2pm. (We came at 6pm) We bought breads and a little pastry that was $2.75 but were charged $5.75 for that pastry. We didn’t notice till we were home. Make sure to check your receipt:) We will be back though. Very nice staff and delicious breads!!

  • John Abrahamson

Very good. If you're going to brand yourself as a French cafe/bakery, I was expecting more options. It likely was because we visited towards the end of the day that they were out of many food options; but what was available was tasty. I'll give it another try perhaps earlier in the day.

  • Kanes Laotrakul

So excited when I heard from our Korean friend that this bakery is in town! We went in and the first impression is the decoration and interior design. Love the cake and their bread as well. One minus point is that the Matcha latte can be better. Not strong enough for my taste.

  • Mery M

I visited this bakery a couple of times and had their delicious Pain Aux Raisin, Croissant and Caramel apple pie pastries. There’s so many options to choose. I loved the location and friendly staff. It can be busy on late morning weekends but overall had a great experience!

This is such a cute and cozy restaurant. I come here to meet my lender friends or clients in South Park. The sweet and savory variety helped me balance my palate — and everything was delicious Go give it a shot. I need to try their other location too

Immaculate atmosphere. Cozy places to sit, nooks, different seating styles. The pastry is shipped in from Korea and baked in house. Flavors and textures are all delicious. Flaky, vibrant, balanced. My favorite pastry was the kimchi croquette. Seriously delicious.

One of my favorite bakeries. I’m glad they decided to come to Charlotte. It’s on the pricier side of pastries and cakes, but it’s definitely worth it. They’re not too sweet and you don’t get tired of eating it.

  • Staya Gerasenko

They have a variety of good French and Asian options. We got the custard bun and red bean paste bun which were perfect. The place looked nice to chill but It was too cold inside so we decided to leave.

First time in this bakery and was wonderful. Cute quaint and bright. I didn't eat at the store as it was time to go but when I got home, I ate the bread with the sweet cream in it. It was fantastic.

  • Sheniz Jones

Really enjoyed the food, but why serve everything on paper plates and in paper cups. It would feel much more authentic and better for the environment to serve them on China plates and tea cups.

  • FriedChicken

What a beautiful looking bakery, and the footprint is fairly large inside. There is a 2nd level that you can work/study/people watch while you enjoy your bread or a cup of coffee.

We got a cake to celebrate a birthday, and they gave us a plastic server and candles in a cute package! Can't wait to return and try the pastries and sweet Chinese buns next time!

Great food and drink selection. I always use their coffee beans for my espresso machine at home. Recommend the Tiramisu latte with oat milk and cloud cake is always a good choice!

Really good bread, would recommend for people looking for a place with good milk bread at a decent price (~$6). Vibe was really nice with upstairs seating in an overall nice area.

Freshly baked goodies and great coffee. We had a great visit and couldn’t pick our favorites out of their great variety of pastries. Macaroons are so delicious here.

Cute and clean environment. They have more selection of breads and other desserts than Raleigh one. They also have large dine in area to have drinks with desserts.

  • Анна R.

Great desserts but poor service. The cashier was so obviously tired and annoyed by customers. The only thing she told us was 23.75$. Same went for other customers.

  • Ellie A.

Wonderful place. So glad it opened near me. Highly recommend as their drinks and pastries are to die for especially the lavender latter and honeydew bread/pastry.
