Outstanding customer service from incredibly kind, thoughtful, and friendly employees. I needed a small bike repair on my new Roscoe and they immediately went to work to fix it, and even offered me a seltzer water while I waited. It was fixed in maybe ten minutes and since it was a small repair they didn't charge me! I also had a gift certificate that I got in the mail after I bought the bike a few months earlier, so I ended up walking out with my bike repaired and a few free items! Special thanks to Remy, Josh, and Camden for making the trip so enjoyable, thanks!

I usually go somewhere else but it is not my first time visiting iMartins and purchasing something . The Trek Beverly Hills Bike Shop Service team is brilliant. I brought my 2022 Trek Top Fuel mountain bike in for a Level 2 service appointment. They replaced worn parts and fully calibrated and cleaned the bike. The result was amazing. I almost couldn’t distinguish my bike from other new ones on the showroom floor. The Trek tech team clearly loves what they do and they’re really good at it. Highly highly recommend. Five Stars.

The service department at I Martin never let me down for 30 years. When Trek took over, they wisely kept the personnel. Happy to say that a great shop remains the dakine destination for all things cycle related thanks to Trek, a great American bike company. My go-to-shop for 35 years!

It was 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon and my bike had a flat. I called and the technician said bring it in, even though the shop closed at 5. By 5 it was good as new and was able to do my errands on bike instead of fighting holiday traffic. Technician Camden is awesome.

I was greeted with a cold seltzer water on a hot day! Very sweet. I actually went in to get my stroller tires changed. I was in and out within minutes and it was very reasonably priced. Leo was great, and I didn’t even have to move my baby sleeping in the stroller.
