I really enjoy shopping here for hair products and makeup. Fair prices. They do have a great return policy, if you buy shampoo and you don't like it even after three or so washes you can return it for a full refund. They don't give you a hard time about it. They also have lots of sales associates to help you find what you need.

Got an amazing haircut from Andrew. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he walked me through every step of what he would be doing and asked my approval along the way. Very satisfied with my experience. My hair came out exactly like the picture and cost way less than what I had anticipated.

Cashier was rude because I said no thanks to giving a phone number or email. I get it, no returns. That's a stupid policy, Walmart, Target, etc. all let you return with a valid reciept, but really who cares- if I don't wanna give you an email don't act pressed about it. Totally unprofessional.

I went in to pick up a few things. I was on my way to a doctor's appointment so I had very little time. The store is set up so things are very easy to find. I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes and that included waiting in a long line. I will start going to Ulta more often I think.

Tons of product here. Well stocked and organized. The checkout line is kinda long and wraps around to the side of the store. I kinda wish there were more sample size items and small gift items along that side so I can still do some last minute impulsive shopping while waiting in line.

Love the store & all the brands but HATE the customer service, this is the second visit that I got bad service from the makeup artist that is supposed to help with purchases. I bought 12 items. Is it too much to ask for good service with a smile even behind the mask?

This ulta never is stocked. All the good deals are always out, no samples are ever given out either and some of the younger cash register attendants are rude and unfriendly. As if you're interrupting their day while paying.
