The hair salon is typically great, Great cut, but the bayalage was awful. It looked like the same shades of brown, no blonde and the manager was awful in the salon. I had to send her pictures, I was upfront with the stylist that this is not what I asked for. I was ao fed up, I just did not pursue anymore and the manager did not call me back to discuss after the initial call. Even my 78 year old mother said...."They charged you that much and your hair looks like they stripped out all the blonde you had when you went in" and "That does NOT look good!! I love my honest mother, I previously loved this store and had many haircuts. Not anymore, especially after they flubbed it up so bad. Disappointing and I hope that anyone brave enough to let them highlight your hair, think twice!!! Fusion salon is down the street and I went there with my mom for her haircut, I saw the stylist there in the middle of an actual bayalage and it looked amazing, not at all what I had. I talkes with the stylist there and told her what happened. The conclusion is....I believe the stylist used the wrong toner and left for too long. Paid too much for nothing. Just to be clear.......this is what I got. I was clear I was unhappy with this, I was told they would bring me back in the am to fix but instead...I got the run-around. This is the picture you should post in the salon! People should know what they are getting!

Looking around, again another woman associate asked if I need any assistance I reply no again. I make my way back to the MAC display, as I’m looking the same male associate (looks like lord farquaad) comes up to me and ask if I had a eye palette with the security tag on it (keep in mind we were no where near the eye shadow palettes) I reply no I never had one, he replies smartly I could’ve swore you had one. My heart stopped I was in utter shock and disbelief, i couldn’t believe it I was being racially profiled. I will not be shopping at this Ulta which breaks my heart because I loved this location I’ll be back when that male associate (looks like lord farquaad) is fired in the meantime I’ll be shopping at Sephora.

I was very upset last week when I received a confirmation email stating that my order had been picked up even though I was unable to make it in. I checked my account and sure was charged. When I contacted the store, nobody was able to help me because the manager was out (understandable), so they said they'd call me that evening or the next day for sure. No call that evening, no call Tuesday, so Wednesday I put in a ticket with Ulta's cs. I received a call the next morning from the manager (I believe Skye was her name) stating that another girl with the same name had an order for pick and he store associate assumed my order was also hers. This is was fault on the associate's end for assuming AND the customer for lying. However, I am happy with the outcome of the mishandled situation and I REALLY appreciate Skye taking care of this for me by calling me back to explain, as well as refunding me for the order that I never picked up. I know she's gotta be a busy woman so it does mean a lot for her to take time out of her day to call and let me know what happened. Thank you!

I went in for more foundation today, which they unfortunately don't carry. I had to walk around a while looking for the foundation before I finally walked up to two employees chit chatting who told me they don't carry it, but could order it. Instead, I asked if I could be matched for BareMinerals. They kindly said yes, but no one followed me to the BareMinerals section. After about 2 minutes, another employee asked if I needed help. She tested a color on me and I agreed that I thought it was a good match. I also picked up a lip color she recommended. When I got to the register, their $3.50 off coupon wouldn't work even though the lip color I was purchasing wasn't on the excluded list. I just told the cashier not to worry about it after she tried 3 times to apply it. The store wasn't busy and customer service was sub par. Not the best experience, but not the worst.

My wife shops here a lot but lately whenever she goes in with a question no one can answer it and she got upset because she spends a lot of money there. It’s like no one has any knowledge of any of the products and they just talk to each other and get annoyed when you ask them questions. Taking our business to Sephora. There is ONE girl that has always helped her though and she’s probably the only one who really knows anything. Please keep in mind this review is about the front staff and NOT the hairdressers. If any managers read this please re-train your staff and make sure they know their products.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Aside from just being the most wonderful, magical place on earth full of beauty products that every girl loves, this ULTA has an incredible staff and manager at the ready to help out and answer any question you might have. Valeria (Val) at the Benefit Brow Bar sculpted my brows to perfection and then pointed me in the right direction of products perfect for my skin type and tone. Yvonne the store manager was extremely personable and sweet. This store has a great selection of products in stock and is extremely clean and well cared for.

Trinity was the girl that helped me and she was so incredibly helpful. I needed help color matching for foundation and concealer which she was able to do quickly. I then showed her a picture of a Kylie Lippie and she right away knew which one it was. She really knew her stuff which I so much appreciated. I should also add I was that client that walked in 45 mins before close but it was the only time I could make it, but Trinity was just so patient. It made the experience so easy and overall pleasant. Thankyou Trinity!

Kat was hands down one of the best employees I’ve ever had an interaction with anywhere. She was amazing when it came to giving recommendations based off my preference and products I already had in my basket. She was so sweet and patient - it was such a pleasure shopping with her. I’d recommend asking for her if you’re looking for someone to be honest about the products who will help guide you towards the right buy. I love Ulta already but she is the reason for the 5 star!

Went to this store as it is close to where we live. First of all can be pretty hit or miss as to customer service. Sometimes they say hi or ask if you need help, and sometimes they don't. Both times they weren't very busy or very helpful. Lady employee that came up to me seemed to be forcefully assisting me. First time I left with a lipstick I later wanted to return bit didn't bother to. And they never have anything I am looking for, but that goes for most Ulta locations!

Great selection of makeup. Friendly staff. I went in late and purchased some moisturizer, got home and noticed the jar was already opened and the lid was breaking apart, I quickly went back to show the associate, she didn't ask any questions, apologized and swapped out my product. I learned to check my cosmetics before leaving the store, but thankfully the staff gave me no trouble. Thanks ladies!

Thank you to Jessie and her team for being there for me during a crisis. Someone hacked my account and had access to all of my payment and personal information. Ulta customer service hung up on me 3 times so I drive to this store and they stayed with me until the conclusion. Thank you so much for having the empathy and compassion when I was barely holding it together. You’re the best.

Don't get me started. Since beauty is all there is in Heaven, there must be an Ulta there. I think that it is the ultimate place for cosmetics in that they carry lines for every budget. I went in to Ulta the other day with my granddaughter. Her first comment was that it smelled so good. The atmosphere is clean and the employees are very helpful. Did I say I love Ulta? Just sayin.

Cashier didn't ask me anything except for if I want to save 20 percent for a credit card.I said, no thank you. An she talking to another associate asking what she is doings. I've been to several Ulta stores for my haircuts. But Ms Katie at this store is by far the best. If you are looking for the best stylist, book your appointment with Ms Katie. She is patient, funny, and kind, her suggestions are the best, and she is one of the best colorists ever. Love my hair.
