It is easy to be picked up at your home and delivered to your doctor's appointment, but twice I was stranded there when I wanted to go back home. I was told United didn't have anyone in the area and once that included a pre-order to be picked up. I have a disability and can not walk very far to take a bus. They are listed with the Cityride program on the back of the card and If I hadn't text a friend to let her know that if I disappeared with all businesses closing in the area, to notify the police what had happened. She was kind enough to pick me up. BEWARE!

Do NOT use this company, it is a scam. Pick up from the airport and told us it’s $26 ($22+4 airport fee) but when we get to the destination the total is only $19. He can’t produce the other $7 on the screen because he’s pocketing the money. He just “says” it’s $26 and is taking whatever people give him over the total amount. I tried calling the company multiple times but nobody picks up. If the company looks at this, he is cab #0029 or #29 and is stealing from customers and probably you as well.

I had a fare pre-paid. The company called me and said the ride was outside. I walked out and saw one car from the company. I got into the car. Half way there I get a call from the company and they tell me I’m in the wrong car. They told the driver to take me back which would make me late for my appointment. They said they would not pay the driver because it was his mistake. I just paid for the fare so I wouldn’t be late and I didn’t want to stiff the driver.

I was picked up from the airport and gave the driver the address. We proceed to leave the area and the driver changes the fare from $8 and told me it was a $20 minimum, to go less than 5 miles. He also stated that if I didn’t want to pay him, we could get out. However, this wasn’t told to me until after we left the airport. We were definitely taken advantage of. Do not use this company! If you want to get somewhere on time then Do NOT use this taxi company! Called to go to Burbank airport, told me it would be between 15-25 minutes. 45 minutes later still not here! Had to drive myself to airport.. “lady” on the phone was extremely rude and lied about the arrival time , had they been honest from the jump I would have just drove and not ordered a taxi. Would not recommend ever!

I had a service from LAX. The driver is a hustler. He took a furthest way to get my home. The actual distance is 43 miles but the he charged me with 60 miles. He tricked the meter with $3 per mile but the accurate rate is $2. I called the customer service and no follow up on any solutions. That’s a terrible experience. I can’t believe this kind of thing would ever happened.

They are simply a robbery without a gun, I will never use them again for a trip from the airport to Silver Lake that UBER marked at 38 usd but the application was blocked, the thieves are in their old, dirty cars and their drivers seem to be from the street, without no type of education I charge almost 70 usd. …

I called for a taxi yesterday, as I had to be up very early in the morning, and wanted to make sure I would make my flight. They called at the appropriate time, but there was no taxi, nor did one ever show. Will never use again.

The driver does not know how to use Google map apparently. A 30 dollar trip is stretched to 50 dollars and he got on the most traffic route but was kind enough in the end to reduce 4 dollar traffic surcharge... speechless.

Literally outrageous pricing. Decided to try taxi from the airport rather than Uber to DTLA. Absolutely the wrong move. The Uber / LYFT quote was $45. I ended up being charged $70. Won’t make that mistake again

I just had a ride from airport it was horrible. The guy had a mean attitude.. car number 86 the guy said his name is Alex ! It was a mistake ti take this taxi .

This place is extremely unprofessional and they need to be shut down as soon as possible I don’t understand how they are still opened.
