Terrible service. We called twice to set and confirm an appt for a pickup. They were a no-show. To make matters worse, noone answered phones for over an hour when we called to inquire about our pickup. After a 1 hour wait and no communication we used another service.

The lady is always very rude and quick to hang up when calling in. They lack customer service skills. How she is on the phone literally makes you feel like you don’t even wanna bother going through this company. Mind you they never come on time

I got picked up by a guy that drove me around “missing” all the freeway entrances as he called the dispatcher and had me speak to them about sending the money via venmo. Shady AF.
