I had a slip left for a certified letter. I work during the week normally and I am not home during the day. I marked on the slip to redeliver the letter on Saturday the 10th when I would be here. The letter carrier did not take the slip yesterday and was not going to take it today. Instead he was beating on my front door. I just happened to be home today because of shift hours and had not been asleep long. He woke me from a dead sleep to argue with me that if I signed the slip he could have left the letter. It clearly states on the US postal slip that it is not an option for letters that require a signature. I have to actually show him that and read it to him. He then tells me that he can't deliver it if I am not here tomorrow. I again pointed to the slip where it says that I will be here tomorrow, that is why I wrote that date on it. I don't think this is my normal carrier, but he needs to be aware of your policy and beating on my door to wake me up is not an option, especially if he didn't have the letter with him. Again, he hadn't taken the slip that I had filled out in 2 days and had no intention of taking it. If I am following your policy I don't understand what the problem is. Either train your carriers or rewrite your delivery slips so that they can read and understand them. Waking me up to explain your policy to him is NOT an option!!

I got an email saying my package was delivered on a Monday but my package was no where to be found. This was a signature package so the package should have been brought to my unit and handed to me personally, but that didn't happen so was the package handed to someone else and they signed for me? Or did the carrier sign for me and drop it off somewhere other than my doorstep? In any case this package wasnt given to me and I didn't sign for it so at this point I'm highly concerned and I am left with no choice but to file a complaint with the postmaster because the supervisor has no clue where the carrier put the package and everytime they ask the carrier where it is she changes the story and claims to have delivered it but can't find it. I come to find out three days later that the leasing office found the package which was sitting in the parcel locker which was left unlocked and it was never scanned in. I also came to find out that the carrier had signed the package for me which is illegal and now they are investigating this. Fortunately, Mrs. J who is the manager had called me personally and did everything she could to resolve the situation. She was the only one who was professional and took my situation seriously and for that I thank her. Other than that, all of the staff should be cleared out because no one knows how to do their job.

I have desperately tried to resolve a delivery issue for the past two days before the package I sent is sent back to me. I have called the USPS in Charlotte North Carolina branch (zip code 28204) more than 9 times and FINALLY got someone on the phone this morning. She informed me that my package was being sent back already. I called the USPS 800 number yesterday to try to get some help. The CS rep on the phone repeated the address back to me perfectly. I don't understand why it has been marked as undeliverable twice. He took my number and said he would call me back. This situation could have been avoided if MY PHONE CALLS HAD BEEN ANSWERED! I can see why the reviews of this location are less than 3 stars on multiple websites. Now that the package is being returned to me because I get no help from customer service and no help from the people who actually work in the store I have to refund a product that I sold, due to not only HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service, but also to a superiorly awful standard of job performance by USPS. I will not be using USPS for any future shipping or mailing of anything.

They mark items as delivered when they are not. You may/may not receive your item. My item was scheduled to be delivered on 6/13/22. I received a tracking notification that it had been delivered, "Left in Mailbox". Went to my locked mailbox (only USPS has the master key in my building) on 6/13 after receiving the package notification. No package. Went to the mailbox 6/14. No package. 6/15 and 6/16, no package. Contacted the seller, confirmed that my address was correct and then they sent me another item. The replacement item was scheduled to be delivered on 6/19. I received a tracking notification that it had been delivered on 6/19. Went to my mailbox on 6/19 after receiving the notification. No package. Went to the mailbox on 6/21 since 6/20 was a holiday. No package. 6/22 - 6/24 STILL NO PACKAGE. Are the postal workers stealing the packages?? Called the local office FOUR TIMES. No answer. I gave up and had the seller refund my money. I wish USPS would just go away. They are useless.

I have had a PO box at this location for the past 9 years. Until the past few months, I've rarely had any complaints; however, recently I've shown packages with tracking numbers having been delivered. When I make a special trip to pick them up (I usually have to go after window hours), nothing is in my box. I'll go the next day - same thing. I finally spent my lunch hour to go down and check - still nothing in the box. I went to the window to see what was going on, and here they come with 6 packages!! This has happened at least 4 times in the past 2 months. I'm currently on immortal "hold" trying to reach someone to complain to (my hold time is currently 20-30 minutes .. must be a lot of other people wanting to complain!). My main reason for renting a box is that I don't want packages left on my door step, but if they keep this crappy business up, I will be canceling my PO box. I could go on & on fussing, but it would be redundant at this point.

i have lived in downtown charlotte for 18 years. at least once every other week i am delivered mail intended for the person down the street. this has gone on consistently for 18 years. go to the post office and report it, no change. change carriers, no change. on several occassions i have seen mail carriers sitting in their vehicles taking a nap in the shade near the rr tracks on n. smith street and in the parking deck at harris teeter. the last package i took to the post office on mcdowell st i waited 3rd in line for 10 minutes while the single person behind the counter called for additional counter help 2 times. the fat white woman who was being called did everthing in her power to avoid coming to the counter to assist the customers in front of me. at 15 minutes she was still avoiding the counter and i walked out. i am 63 years old and this is without a doubt the most consistently dysfunctional post office i have ever encoutered.

I hate to say it, but this is literally the worst USPS location I’ve ever been to. Aside from the amazing fair completed young lady that works behind the counter who always strives her best to be helpful, the experience is consistently horrible. The lobby is supposed to be open 24hrs, but a couple months ago they posted a sign saying that the lobby (non-attended lobby might I add) would close daily at 6:30 PM. Countless times, including today at the current time of 3:30 PM, the lobby is CLOSED. I’ve had packages lost where the shipping confirmed delivery, but they were lost, stolen or whatever never to be found again. This is just such a poor customer experience and they wonder why people choose FedEx, UPS, DHL and more dependable carriers over them. Trips to this branch more often than not result in wasted time, money, and resources. Such a shame.

  • Jordan Chandler

My experience with this location has been awful on several occasions. Most recently I was having a package delivered to my work. The mail person recorded the delivery "attempt" as business closed the first day (they arrived at 5:25 pm). People were in the office until 7 and there was no knock or ring of the doorbell. On second attempt to deliver, the concierge in our building said the mail person dropped off the normal mail at 5:15 pm and made no attempt to deliver a package. The mail person marked the package undeliverable due to business closed. Again there were people in the office until 6:30 pm and no knock or ring of the doorbell. I tried calling the next morning during the hours of operation (8-5) and nobody picked up the phone.

I don't like writing negative reviews, but this USPS location is terrible if you are doing anything more than getting postage. Unfortunately, this location has been our neighborhood hub for the last few years and has lost more packages than everywhere else combined in my lifetime. We live in an apartment with secure lock boxes, but frequently have "no secure location" under excuses for not delivering stuff - kiss-of-death too as we never end up getting it delivered or from the office. Whatever goes on between the carrier and the office has gotten so messed up that I was actually accused of stealing a package by the company who operates the secure lockers. I love where I live, but this definitely makes the list of reasons to move.

  • Mitchell Brooks

Packages weren't delivered due to them not fitting in my mailbox. Preferably they would deliver to the front office in that situation, but whatever. That's the only reason for -1 star. Went to the Post Office to pick up my packages and staff were professional, helpful, and caring. There were two people in line in front of me, and even accounting for that I was able to get my packages within 10 minutes of arriving. Not sure if the staff changed over the past year or if all the 1 star reviews were just incredibly rude to the staff that works here and got what they deserved in terms of treatment. This place definitely doesn't deserve a such a low rating, especially considering how difficult their jobs have been during the pandemic.

  • Maz Woods

The post master needs to train his staff on how to actually deliver items to a customers unit. A package requiring a signature had me sitting in my home all afternoon, as I wanted to make sure I was there to sign for it. I received a notice IN MY MAIL BOX saying no one was home to sign for the package. How is it you expect to get a signature if YOU DONT GO TO THE UNIT and knock on the door? I live downtown. These are not homes. They are community mail rooms. The hundreds of tenants in a building don’t just hang out in the mail room all day waiting for a package. Oh and this happens all the time. Otherwise I would not be writing this review. I tried calling but the wait time to speak with someone is 45 minutes currently. Useful.

It took a while to get through to someone-- but I understand that they service 1000s of people throughout the central parts of Charlotte and I can't begin to understand how busy they must be solely with calls alone. I was frustrated because my package was said to have been delivered but it has been missing for days. After putting my own personal feelings aside and not faulting the person on the phone for something they haven't done- I was able to get the answers I needed. Joe was very concerned and eager to help. He contacted the delivery man responsible for the delivery of my mail immediately. He also told me to contact him if a resolution wasn't made today so we could figure out what to do next. Thanks Joe!!

  • Bobby Bush

The mail delivery person for MAA Southline (222 East Bland) is rude, verbally abusive, talks on her phone the whole time, and can't manage to do her job. She yells at residents and yells at staff. She called her supervisor who then showed up and did the same thing. They don't deliver packages that they feel like are too big or more than about 10lbs, they just make you come to the post office to pick them up. What's the point of paying for a service if no one wants to do the job? Mail in the wrong mailboxes, mail that is never delivered, but if you file a complaint online, you just get back a response that they don't handle this type of investigation. There is no way to get a resolution.

  • Alex Peters

Upon arrival at 5 minutes before closing I was told I was just in time. They another employee decided they didn't in fact want to help mail my package and pretended it was 5 o'clock when every clock in the building said otherwise. I get that I cut it close (i had gone to an office that turned out to be an annex and one that didn't do international but didn't let you know until you asked), but it would have only taken a moment to help me and the other guy. Any other service industry would be long defunct with this sort of customer service. I cut it close, but i do know how to tell time, and don't tell me I made it then change your mind because you don't feel like doing your job.

Have had a box at this location for over 20 years and for the first time I requested them to temporarily forward my mail to me in south Florida while here setting up a business. I have completed their multiple forms on two separate occasions, and have spoken with representatives at their location -- including the manager -- the Charlotte Postmaster's office, and have emailed the Postmaster general to no avail as I have yet to receive one piece of forwarded mail since I left in early December 2014. It is now February 2015. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, APATHY, AND DOWN RIGHT ARROGANT PEOPLE FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM!!! And they want US to SUPPORT them from CLOSINGS! NOT!!!

  • Erin Lowney

Had a hellscape of an experience with a package I mailed back to myself from a trip but was treated with the BEST customer service. I spoke with a women Saturday Oct 17 who personally sifted through the return to sender pile to see if my package was there, who personally checked all the bins in the back, and who shared my concern for my package. I then spoke with Steve this morning who is personally holding my package for me to pickup. While I may be receiving my box 3 days late and had to chase it all over Charlotte, I am extremely grateful for the individualized support I got. Treat these folks with respect and you'll get respect in return!

  • Cynthia Stowe

We have had a PO Box for over 25 yrs. They sent the renewal with the amount of $148, I went online to pay it it said $188. They said they went up within in two day of the letter they sent us and we have to pay the new amount. I advise Baron , that I have been trying to pay online. I told me he didn’t care what I’ve been trying to do, but what I should do is make the payment shown. I asked for the manager her name is Sabrina, she offered absolutely no assistance. Didn’t even want to speak to me. With all the issues they are having, you would think their customer service would be top echelon, opposed to being rude and unprofessional.

  • Andrew Souder

Every time I have a package on the way, they mark it delivered when it hasn’t even been delivered. Last time I was told it was at my apartment, then I was told it was at the store, when I got to the store they said it was sent back out for delivery. Today I had another package marked delivered, and nothing was every delivered. My package is nowhere to be found. Why do I have constant issues? It’s unreal. I get other peoples mail in my mailbox all the time. Don’t mark the package delivered if it wasn’t delivered, get it together! It’s costing me money and time trying to figure out where my stuff is.

  • Mary Heisey

I had a great experience with the folks at the McDowell Post Office. Joe made my day, calling me to track down a missing package. With the help of the carrier, Mike, we were able to find the package easily based off of Mike's memory alone. The issue was merely a mislabeling of my suite number, not an issue on their end at all. The postal workers I talked with this week were very kind and helpful, making tracking down a missing package actually enjoyable. They really took their time to help me. I reached someone the first time I tried calling, using their actual, local number.

  • Carrie Duncan

Always rude and have no customer service skills! Just came to pick up missing mail and believe the person at the counter must be the one delivering. As soon as I stated the address, she got an attitude and said everything gets delivered. She said she would check and came back out saying there is nothing...with a smirk and an attitude. I start to ask a question and she just looks past me a s says “next!” We get mail everyday since we are a business. Since COVID, there are many days we don’t get anything. Not receiving bills, checks, etc really disrupts day to day operations.

  • Bill Wanner

This was my 2nd bad experience with this branch. I was expecting a delivery today (4-1) and received a message that it was undeliverable due to business being closed. The "business " is a hotel which never closes. I go to the branch @. 1205pm, they close@ noon, but you can hear people behind the roll up gate. I asked if I could speak to someone, through the roll up and was told " can't you tell we're closed". Call the number provided and it just kept ringing. Called the mac daddy delivery supervisor for USPS and he told me they should be open until 1. Just st a shame...

  • Rebecca Alex

This is hands down the worst experience with a USPS location I've ever had. My package is 2 weeks late and I payed for overnight shipping. First they said they had the package but that I couldn't pick it up because it was out on the truck for delivery...that was a week ago. Now they are claiming they've lost my package, $150 down the drain. I don't even know why they have a phone number because no one ever answers it during their work hours. I put in a claim with USPS national and still NOTHING. I'm going to avoid using USPS at all cost in the future.

  • Tamika Thomas

Carrier lied and said my delivery was attempted but they could access the delivery location. I live in an apartment complex that is literally on the street. No building, no steps, no gate nothing at all preventing them from delivering my package. The mailman/woman doesn’t show up daily and when they do, they put the mail everywhere, on other peoples mailbox, I’ve found my mail on the ground, on top of the mailbox etc… AND THEY OPEN AT 8 am but are still not answering the phone. My next stop is going there face yo face.

  • Melissa Sanders

A package didn't arrive at my building, when the tracking info stated it was delivered. I went to this location and was told to submit an inquiry online. I completed this and had a call from Belinda to say the package had been returned to sender as it was undeliverable, she said the tracking number would state this. Well it didn't, and when I try to call back, no one ever picks up. I have called multiple times and no answer. I'm sure they are short staffed, but having to go there just to talk to someone is outrageous.

  • Quinton Oliver

I have a package that I paid Express Shipping for, I called the 800# when it said my package was undeliverable... I customer service Rep over the phone gave me the number to this pay office so that I could get the package redelivered but no one ever answered the phone.... I doesn't over 100$for the product and shipping and now I have no idea when I'm going to receive it... To make matters worse I paid for express shipping because I travel for work and needed it before I left... Why would you not answer the phone

  • Beth M

Every time we go into this location to pick up flags for Veteren's funerals, we are treated VERY RUDELY! Apparently this is a problem that has been going on for YEARS, based on the reviews I've read about this location. The older lady with the yellow braided hair is ESPECIALLY RUDE! If you hate your job so much, then please leave! There are plenty of nice people out there that would love to have your job! If the postmaster does not address this issue, maybe this needs to be taken above his or her head.

  • Carla Mac Beath

The employees in charge of South College St (South End Camden Apartments) has marked for the third time in a row packages delivered…and NOT a single package has been found. The claim could be set only online and they just answered by mail 5 days later… “no insurance package, contact your shipper” even recognizing the gps mark the package in another location…this includes prescribed medication, clothes, electronics, etc. The mail is sacred in America! Please hire people who wants to work…no thefts!

  • andrea hoyos

This is the worse USPS I’ve seen in the history. I’ve been here with another 7 people to be attended. No one’s here. Doors are wide open. No signs like would be right back or something. Anyone could literally come in and take whatever they want and they wouldn’t even notice. This is AWFUL! Avoid at all cost this place. There a bunch of people here going crazy because there’s no one literally here in the entire facility. People ringing the bells going crazy. Jajaja this is insane.

  • Katie Reyes

This is the WORST post office I have ever had to deal with. My package has been mis-shipped twice, then finally "delivered" - only to find out by customer care that this office lied about the package being delivered and was still being held at the location. Never answers the phone (including the postmaster) and spent an hour at the location for a delivery supervisor to say "I have no idea where your package is". Pathetic. Avoid this post office at all costs if possible

  • Cam N

They delivered my package to clearly the wrong address (their description of where it was left didn’t fit my building in the slightest). Yet they closed the case and offered no refund bc they claim it was left at the right place. When you try to call, you have go through like 10 minutes or steps, then it rings to speak to an associate, and after about 15 seconds, it says no one available and hangs up. No option to wait on the line, no option leave a voicemail.

  • Quinnette Thomas

Terrible post office. I handed a return package (a damaged cellphone) to carrier at counter. I expected it to be mailed that day or the next day. It's been two days and I have yet to receive any tracking info on the package. This is going to cost me $900 if phone isn't returned in a timely matter. I've tried contacting customer service. I've entered tracking number online and still no luck. Called the post office and no one has answered the phone yet!!

  • Geneva Anglero

Worst customer service. Ladies working in there have the worst attitude. They sre very rude. My package was lost 2 weeks ago and to this day, I have not heard from the manager or anyone at that office. When you call, they act like you are bothering them, and they do not even try to help you. I was suppose to get a package delivered last night, it was out for delivery, and now is showing that it has not been scan since 12:00 am.

  • Ben Zimmerman

This branch has a bad habit of not delivering my mail. Either not leaving it the right location, or numerous packaging that state, " No Access to Delivery Location", but it's an open apartment complex. Countless times instead of dropping at mail in mailbox or door they have left it near the open complex mailboxes for anyone to take. I have resorted to forwarding my mail to PO Box just to avoid dealing with them.

  • mSdubya Bme

I had a great experience.. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived around 3:15 pm the line moved very quickly, I picked up my "Marvin Gaye" forever stamps and that was it. If anything delayed me it was the pos machine finishing up my transaction. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The other customers that were there were on their phones texting and what-not didn't seem stressed at all.

  • Alexandra Braverman

This post office is just about the worst you can get in Charlotte. Lines are long, staff are spectacularly unhelpful, and packages take forever to ship out. You can expect bottom of the barrel service when you go here - employees will literally make any excuse not to give you what you need. Take the time to drive to the one on South Blvd. or in Park Road Shopping center and forget this one exists.

  • Tessa

I don't understand all the bad reviews lol. I go here frequently for work and personal stuff and the ladies working there are so nice and very competent. It's usually fast here especially if you go around 2 or 3 in the afternoon. It gets very busy right before closing. However, I have walked in 5 minutes before closing before, and they still helped me. They are happy to answer questions as well.

  • Jedidiah Balbuena

Went to ship out a package (for the first time) and when I paid $50.00 to ship it, I received no Tracking number and no receipt. When I called the Post Office the next day, they had no way to track it, and when they asked if I had a receipt, I told them I was not given one. If I paid with my debit card like I told them, how can they not track the package or show the details of my transaction?

  • Josh King

Deliver issues...... often. I have had to go to the office multiple times because I see online that the package couldnt be delivered. No idea why. The pbone number doesnt get answered. Once I go in the ladies are helpful. FYI if you need to track a package go to the blue door to the right and ring the bell. Dont wait in line for the counter. Cman USPS... you can do better.

  • Veronica Calderon

Probably the worse USPS In town. I have always been a fan of usps services, but this location needs to have an entire new staff. I have been there at least 10 times and each time the service gets worse. I understand that sometimes people do not like the work they do or environment, but it does not give anyone to treat people so badly. I will neger go back to this location.

  • E Gull

The mail man picks and chooses the days that he stops by my office to deliver or pick up mail. I called to make a complaint after he didn't deliver or pick up several days this week. We have time sensitive mail that has to go out daily. The automated system says the call wait time is 1 hour and 10 mins for the option about issues with your carrier. That says it all.

  • MsBrii

Not surprised by the environment but the staff member who yelled from afar about my boxes and into my business is a true representation of poor customer service. Her actions were unnecessary and she was doing entirely too much. I guess to be seen, either way I will not be using this location. If you are having a great day, do not go to this location. Staff is trash

  • Tanner Childs

The driver goes past our door every day even though it’s open and leaves a note to pick up our package at the post office. Then I have to go to the office wait in line for thirty minutes and get terrible service there. Why am I paying a delivery charge for the laziest driver in the world. I hate them so so much. It’s the most inconvenient business in operation.

  • V Regien

Always a super long line with one or two people working the customer service desks BUT they do their best to get you covered and out the door! There are two older women that are very friendly and my favorite to work with. When going to the post office expect to wait, no matter which post office you go to. Have some patience and be kind to our postal workers. :)

  • Tyler Davis

The older lady with glasses has been rude for as long as I can remember. She seems to absolutely hate her job and everyone that steps foot in this place. You know you have a joke of an operation when nearly every review is complaining about her yet she’s still employed… figure it out USPS. Get rid of these blatantly racist and miserable employees.

  • Megan DeMent

Absolute worst service at a post office I've ever experienced. Waited for over 30 mins to pick up a package because they won't even attempt to deliver to my apartment. Had to ring the buzzer over and over again, with absolutely no response and terrible attitudes from the employees. Do what you can to avoid having to go to this location!

  • Katie Greder

We are literally going to move out of uptown only because of this post office. Our mail is forever missing, marked delivered and doesn't show up for days, no one answers the phone and the one time I walked in here the lady at the counter whined and complained about the five packages I had to mail. Unbelievable

  • Debbie Smith

I’m standing in this post office with the most rude, unprofessional so called employees that I have ever seen. I have better service at a fast food restaurant. I am truly appalled with these federal workers. They really need training and perhaps secret shoppers to see how they treat people. -stars if I could.

  • Chris Baldwin

They don’t provide any access to tape dispensers for USPS priority mail packages. They’ll maybe let you use a roll of tape, but without a dispenser or scissors or anything to cut it. Staff is less than pleasant and always has an attitude. Go to another location, they aren’t all this bad. Needs new mgmt.

  • Antoinette Bridgford

This is horrible! A real government agency at its finest. I've been trying since 9am (it's now 3:30pm!) to find out my mail box number for my unit and I haven't received a call back from the two people who promised to call back within an hour, and it takes about thirty minutes to get through to anyone.

  • Babs Maria

Package was returned twice back to our business. Sufficient postage was on the package, yet they insisted on more postage. Package weight 1.3 oz and we paid for a 3 oz letter. Calling was useless and the number was never answered. I am now filing a complaint with the USPS Customer Service Department.

  • Robert Ingram

I truly hate I have a mailbox here! I get they are closing at 6pm but why can’t o access my mail on. Sunday at 2pm? Why are all the doors locked? It’s ridiculous and I traveled from Kannapolis just to check my PO Box. Then they are always loosing my mail. It’s extremely frustrating.

  • Dan Matias

If your having a good day...DO NOT call this place. They are very rude and the lady even hung the phone up on me because I asked her to look up my package. I called back and asked the same lady to look it up, she responded " hold on a sec" and never came back to the phone....

  • Thunderhorse

If I could give them a zero I would. Rude, lazy workers who don't seem take an eternity to do anything. They offer absolutely no help and seem barely capable of doing even the most remedial task. The USPS is trash. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money shipping FedEx.

  • K Sobiesiak

Updated: I can no longer leave such a glowing review. The post office continues to lose my mail. I am currently missing three pieces of correspondence regarding my banking; including a check. This happens on a daily basis. It's difficult to get a hold of anyone at USPS.

  • Zian Xu

Have never had a worse service at USPS than here. The clerk even blame me for not coming any earlier! Had to wait really long until someone come to help; my notice said the package will be hold until 10/15 but I was told they returned it on 10/9, this is ridiculous

  • Emily Snipes Robbins

My package said it was delivered on Saturday when it was not actually delivered. It turns out the mail man put it in the wrong box. Sonia was super helpful and was able to get someone out there to retrieve the misplaced package. I'm super appreciative of her.

  • Lydia Cabana

Vicki went above and beyond with helping me during a busy time during the holiday season. She was able to assist me and took time to be a patient with me understanding the different services available. I’m so glad I was able to receive helped by her!

  • Mitchell Coles

Very rare that I give a post office five stars, but Byron, at this post office, exceeded my expectations with his professionalism, efficiency, and positive demeanor. Byron made the usual time consuming process a smooth and great experience. Thanks!

  • Mohammad arain

The old unhelpful lady named KAREN who works here is very RUDE and shouldn’t work at any USPS. She’s not a good fit for her job. She’s RUDE, NOT HELPFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHE GIVES AN ABSOLUTE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hopeless person.

  • Melissa

The older ladies (sistas) at the left end of counter couldn’t be any nastier and ugly; no matter the day and how kind I speak, they are nasty and rude. For no reason! I really hope automation swallows their jobs up soon! Smh…

  • Marissa Willinsky

The most rudest people work here. They clearly hate their job and their life and should not be working in customer service if they loathe people this much. I will drive out of my way to never go to this location ever again.

  • kayleigh harwell

the people were rude and rolling their eyes every time i asked a question and laughed while telling me they couldn’t help me. i’d rather go out of my way to go to another post office then come to this one ever again.

  • The Great

Don't go to this location, employees do not want to help you and are incompetent.waste of time to go to this location, nothing is properly operational during supposed appropriate hours. They will not help you here.

  • Jessenia Acevedo

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Absolutely no logic or efficiency in getting customers their mail in a timely matter. The epitome of SLOW and thoughtless service. Who manages this place? Avoid this place at all cost!

  • Karelis Garcia

The man treated me very rudely. He’s attitude was disrespectful. He interrupted me when speaking, giving me bad answers and he even threw me the receipt at the end. Please, take care about costumer service!!!!

  • Monita Dawkins

Package was marked undeliverable due to incorrect address. However there was an attempt to delivery the items the day before but the business was closed. They had the correct address the business was closed.

  • melissa steele

They were so nice and helpful when I can and changed my address for my father who passed. My brain is still not working right and they were so patient with me when I messed something up. Very nice people.

  • Margaret Murphy

I received very rude service from the woman who answered the phone today. She did not understand how packages are tracked and was completely unwilling to help me. Extremely poor customer service.

  • P W

Worst post office, unprofessional and don’t follow the policies for all other post offices. Mail on Hold is always delivered! I have confirmation each time, yet mail is still delivered each day.

  • CT O

Near the courts, near the highway. In a great location. It gets busy towards the end of the day but it serves its purpose. USPS needs our support but I am satisfied with their service/location.

  • John Mat

I might have to go over there and take actions of my own. Like repainting that lobby hour sign that makes no sense. What's crazy is they probably won't even look at this one lol. Oh well.

  • Joshua Foster

Rude, not helpful, and extremely strict of packaging and shipping requirements. They don't accept a letter for being too thick that every other PO I've ever gone to has accepted

  • David Foulser

3 weeks before Christmas and they have no holiday stamps, only winter wonderland. No Christmas, no Hanukah, no Eid, no Kwanzaa, etc. Same thing last year. Just order online.

  • Amit R Patel

The laziest USPS workers are at this facility. Can’t even get orders redelivered as the staff make excuses after excuses to not redeliver packages. Worst USPS in Charlotte.

  • Monique Cleckley

I thought it was just a little incident, however after reading reviews this is a serious issue. My package was in the wrong mailbox, and I don’t get delivery until 8:00pm.

  • Jeff Marz

It’s the post office, so honestly you know there’s a GOOD CHANCE you’ll have to wait. Usually it’s due to those customers who are unprepared and hold up the line.

  • Leslie B

If you arrive at 8am when they open, don’t expect this location to open at 8am. At least 2-3 times per week they are late. Today was 8:25am before they opened.

  • Ellen Carlisle

I go to this location often and am always impressed by the service and upbeat demeanor of the clerk. Every visit I’m met with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Teri Spencer

3rd time in a month a tracking number says delivered to my locked mailbox and the packages never showed up. Their package deliver person is the worst.

  • Gavin Whitehead

Don’t get a PO Box here! They lost my mail and will lose yours too! Just look at all the other 1 star reviews. Is that enough warning for you?

  • Stephanie Usher

My package that was supposed to be delivered Monday can’t be found. I’ve been calling all week with no resolve because I can’t talk to anyone!

  • Diana Ferradas

Everyone is always nice and very informative when I have questions about sending my packages. This is my favorite post office to go to.

  • Debra Smith

1 star is too high! Most of the staff are incredibly rude. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. I will not be back.

  • Laurel

Clean, well-staffed, and large facility! I had a very complicated mailing request for a legal requirement. The sales

  • Quiet Storm

The workers at this location, especially the workers in the back that handles incoming packages, steals the packages

  • LaLa Crawford

Hands Down, THEE WORSE USPS Office in all of Charlotte, consistently!! Good luck with those counter agents.

  • Ahmed Abukashwa

After waiting more than 35 in the line minutes Out of change of address only Spanish

  • Victor Overtop Media

The lady did try upsell me stuff I didn’t need but in a nice way. Good people.

  • N N
