Also, the way the clients interact with the staff there, it tell you how they have been served before, like my experience today! I just hope, some day, I would be able to serve them and give them back what they deserve!!! They made my day!"

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Ive been sending packages with this post office for 2 months now, due to the fact that my significant other is in the Army. last week I sent an APO Large Flat Rate box at APO/FPO price of $16 and a Medium Flat Rate box at $13. They scanned the packages, I got my receipt and I left. Today, I once again was sending out another APO Large Flat Rate box at APO/FPO price of $16. One of the ladies proceeds to tell me its the wrong price. I explain to her how I sent the same exact box last week and they said it was just fine. She then says " This is not a military base address. its a regular address so it goes at regular price". I looked at her in question and said "it clearly says it in the address that it is going to a military base in Georgia." In the address it clearly stated the company name and the base it was going to. in this case Fort Gordon. she then says " well then if its a military base you need to fill out a customs declaration form. Once again, another item they've NEVER asked me for. I tell her "ive been sending him package for the past 2 months without any forms and he's been receiving them just fine. I do not need a customs form to send this package". Moral of the story, I had to pay $18 instead of $16 for a package going to a military base. they called me a liar multiple time saying "it wasn't at this postal office, you must've gone to a different one because we didn't do that" even after I showed receipts with their ADDRESS on it. I have been witness to many other customers being treated poorly by the 2 women that work in this postal office. they even rejected to ship a woman's package because she had a service dog and the lady doesn't like dogs. they are ridiculous! THEY NEED TO BE FIRED!!!

(Updated on September 3rd: what can I say? These guys are so helpful. I am lucky to have them very close to my residence. Cassandra and Robert are just awesome helpful people. An addition to USPS.)1at time visiting g today, I usually go to the USPS office at 500 Flagler where I got to know the lady that I always see there, Mrs. Alicia, who is very helpful and so fast at what she does as well as her team. Anyway, I never knew this place existed. The lady who attended to me, Miss Edith, was so helpful from the get go, before my turn, she was helping a gentleman on how to and where to write the sender and the receiver's address. Very patient and so helpful indeed. My visit took no more than 10 minutes. This location is relatively small but have all kind of packages from 1st class to big shipping boxes. Did you know you can order free packaging supplies from the USPS.con? I took many pictures as well as pictures of the street view because it can be a little confusing to get there. I will be coming alot to this place and hopefully make new USPS friends as this place is on a walking distance from where I live. To the customers I have a little suggestion:" when you come to the post office and you see a line, just be patient a bit, the agents are doing their job and they need to take their time. Keying in addresses and answering all sort of questions 100s of times a day every day can be a little bit annoying and making a mistake introducing an address in the system have a very bad consequences. Relax, get to know the people a bit, observe and learn something, no matter how small. Please.

Horrible service. The lady that works there sent my package out without processing it so I have no tracking number and they have done nothing to help me after almost a week. I have been waiting for a call back and still nothing. I went there today and a woman said it was too late to help me and locked me out, I told her I just had a quick question for the lady who had lost my package because she has not gotten back to me in almost a week. They rudely had me wait outside the office on the sidewalk for almost 15 minutes only to tell me that they couldn't help me and to come back tomorrow. I'm basically paying for someone's mistake and can't even get treated properly as a loyal customer and get the help I need. Do not go to this USPS office, save yourself the nightmare. They do not treat you as a valued customer or bother to help you. What a horrible experience wow!

Horrible service worst service ever thief's I swear for two packages to go missing at the same time is unacceptable I can't tell you how stressed I am right now I would not give up without a fight! Connie promised me she would have my packages delivered only for both too still be missing I never had to experience anything like this I am truly distraught. Update Connie never reached out to me but one of my packages was found at a whole different post office location HOW ?? any who one of my packages is still missing I'm letting you know now I'm holding all mail at the post office because this is very disturbing.

I have never been to a better USPS anywhere. Based on prior experiences, I thought I would have to wait in a long line and be told I had to purchase a roll of tape to tape up my box myself etc etc. The complete opposite happened. Immediately when I entered I was approached and asked what I needed help with. The person got my priority shipping box for me, assembled it, and taped the label to the front. They could have accepted the package right there, but I wanted a receipt. So I waited in a 1-person line to get my receipt from an equally helpful person. Overall it took less than 5 minutes. I was pleasantly shocked by how great this USPS was compared to others in the area. I'll definitely be going here now for all of my mailing needs.

This USPS is simply the best USPS I have ever frequented as a small business owner. I have been to dozens of USPS's all over the east coast and I've always had such a pleasant time at this location. ROBERT is such a great help always and always goes above and beyond. He is always vibrant and funny and truly enjoys his time. I trust this location and ALL of the staff with my life. EDITH and CASSANDRA have always been so kind and helpful and understanding also. There are closer USPS' in my location but I'd always come to this one because I know that my small bussiness' packages will be secure. The staff here deserve the world!!! I love you guys so so much and thank you for all your help over the years!

Horrible service with horrible servers. The old lady in glasses with short blonde hair, started to yelling at me after 40 minute waiting line. I don’t know what she think she is , and I don’t know either why she think she can yell at me. I did not raise my voice I only asked a question. Also when she talked to me she screamed but didn’t even looked at me. Because I didn’t use the correct envelope. Behind me 10 people waiting. Both of them serve 1 person for 25 minutes. Walking in and out during doing the one person staff and talking a lot of unnecessary things. If your pressure goes up fast , don’t go here . They act like they own USPS, but not in a good way.

There is a one star minimum and apparently no ability to rate negative. I paid $23 for a guaranteed OVERNIGHT delivery so that I can close a furniture sale. The package arrived 24hrs late and sale fell through. I went back to this location requested refund, received however when asked what can be done about the loss I incurred because of their inability to actually guarantee anything - the woman working proceeded to LITERALLY take a personal phone call and discuss her weekend plans in my face. If you can avoid this location - try to do so, better odds of growing wings and delivering it yourself ON TIME.

I never leave reviews especially not for USPS because generally I don’t have a great experience. HOWEVER, this has got to be the best USPS I’ve ever been to with the FRIENDLIEST and SWEETEST staff. Not only was I out quickly but I received the best customer service! Ms. Edith was so helpful and truly a delight to interact with. You can just tell she’s a good person and loves helping people. USPS did themselves a favor by hiring her (she should get a promotion with a raise). I wish I lived by this USPS but unfortunately it’s not my local branch. :(

This is not your ordinary a post office where dreams go to die lol Everybody here is very high energy, helpful and friendly! They remember your name and history and take initiative to offer solutions! I always get positive energy going there as they always laugh and crack jokes yet work so fast! I’m so happy I live across the street from them! I wish they are the one who deliver my packages instead of the other Post Office/ human torture chamber/ usps employees napping room on 500 nw 2nd ave but what can I say, life can’t be that perfect.

They never pick up the phone. When they finally do. I tell them that THEY were the ones who called me first but the call dropped but never called me back. They then proceed to tell me that they were only calling me to let me know it was a notification call that they received my inquiry. I was trying to ask further questions to where the guy (Dante??) just kept telling me to have a nice day but in a very rude manner. All I wanted to know was if my package was there and why it was never sent to my residency.

IT'S THE WORST CARRIER SERVICE I HAVE COME ACROSS IN MY LIFE... I SENT THE PACKAGE AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT TO MY NIECE FROM MIAMI AND ADDRESSED TO INDIA. THE POSTAL OFFICE WORKER GAVE A RECEIPT WITH INDIA ADDRESS BUT THE PACKAGE LANDED IN INDONESIA. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE AGENT SHE WAS RUDE... AND CLAIMED TO BE A HUMAN ERROR... WHICH IS FREQUENT IN USPS AS THERE IS NO LIABILITY...IT WAS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME.I WILL NOT SHIP WITH USPS IN FUTURE!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL ITS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY...

5 stars for EDITH! Sweetest person to ever have came in communication with and help me out above and beyond my needs, especially at a post office. The reason I’m writing this is the absolute pleasure and smile on my face she gave me the rest of my day because of her overly generous customer service and natural people skills. Dealing with Connie there has always been a nightmare. From discriminating me with myservice dog, telling me dogs aren't allowed, to being extremely rude saying "I to think I called you sir" after telling me to move from the front. Disgusting to deal with someone when you are a paying customer. Seems like I'm not the only one that gets ride service at this location. Something should be done.

Shipped out of here recently, insured electronics for $500 dollars and the buyer never received it, made a claim and was denied as USPS said they delivered it and dropped it off without a signature.. they are just dropping off $500 dollar packages without signature these days, use with caution. UPS and FEDEX are more expensive but they have done right by me in each of my transactions.

Everyone at this post office was usually kind enough to help me tape my package but there is this lady who automatically refused to help me and when I told her that usually people help me here she said “WELL NOT ME”. I found this extremely offensive and unprofessional. Instead of lending me a hand, she was just straight up rude. It’s customer service, treat your customers correctly.

The staff here is rude and incompetent. They tried to con me into buying more expensive packaging than necessary and then when I insisted on the cheaper option that I would need to use the more expensive method because I'd already grabbed the envelope (as instructed). I will never come here again.

I didn't know about this location until this afternoon, I was heading over the one on NW 5th St. and Google suggested it. The guy at the counter took care of the mail I was shipping out in seconds! Very courteous and fast. I was done in 5 minutes. Thank you!!

edit: continue to have good experiences here. i think they fixed the location geotag also. actually wildly pleasant experience at this location. the location isn’t exactly right on maps. it’s not on the corner but rather further down first street.

Correct address is 150 Southeast Second STREET, not Avenue. Chase Bank is at 150 SE 2nd Avenue, and apparently they get a lot of inquiries. They're just around the block from each other, at least. USPS service and products were fine, btw

Friendly staff who were very helpful. A range of packages if you need to mail larger items available for purchase along with cards. The prices are clearly displayed in store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, highly recommended.

They have lost and "misplaced" an envelope. I have filed a claim. and also have gone in person to only be told "they cannot find it"...It's ridiculous that these employees loose and misplace items this frequently.... TERRIBLE

Tried to go there to pick up a package at 3pm today but they were closed while they’re supposed to stay open until 5pm. Called USPS and they told me they are supposed to be open. It seems like they do as they please.

I went to their old location first as I didn't know they had moved. This new place is very small and doesn't have a self service machine but the line wasn't that long and I was in and out in minutes.
