We started our visit at Visions and we were planning to go to several stores on a recent Saturday. We bought electronics in 2022 and were happy with Vision's service, but I had no idea the visit to Nas' store would be so great that we didn't even go to another store in 2023! Darrell greeted us with a casual, friendly welcome and listened respectfully to the electronics challenges we were having with sound system wired into the home. We reviewed the Samsung series of TVs with him and he listened to our preferences, respecting what research we had already done. He pulled in Nas to the conversation, to help with further details about differences. We were shown a whole variety of movies on the floor models without any annoyance. Then, both staff gave us lots of time to chat as a family to make our decision. They stayed neutral and were not pushing one model, or one feature on us. They talked to us like we were the only people in the store, not rushing to other customers. The atmosphere of the store was positive, warm, and staff seemed really happy, laughing while working. Pricing was excellent and delivery staff were just as professional. Thanks Darrell and Nas and importantly the delivery team who were devoted enough to commit to the agreed upon booking day arriving at 7pm with more deliveries to do! We are so happy with our purchase and Visions experience. Many thanks, H&M

I brought a JBL sound bar 9.1 from this store. I called the store and talked to Gabriel (Sales Representative). I asked him before I left from Airdrie (more than 45 minutes drive one way) if this open box product is available and if it has any problem. He clarifies with his manager and confirm the condition is like new new and tested for any kind of possible fault. I went there and picked up the sound bar and set it up, side speakers were not working so I left over night connected if need to be charged fully. Next day it was the same thing and speakers were not working so I called Gabriel to let him know and asked him if he tested it before resale and he said we having complaints about this product and you return it to any store if this product is not working. I know the 30 days return policy of visions. Questions is if they was aware of this problem than why they resales the product? And make me drive that far and set up time too. They should not sell this product without testing and I am pretty sure the way Sales guy was replying to my questions this sound bar was returned because of this problem. I am going to return the sound bar but not happy with product and there service at all.

I am not sure about the other branches, yesterday we went to signal hill to buy two number of TVs of 43" and 50" from Hisense which I already saw online at their website, the sales guy had no clue if they have them in display or stock etc., he kept asking us tell what do you want, what do you want I expected a sales person to brief about the Model and it's features rather he kept saying he cant show me even a packed box (I wanted to assume the size to compare with my room rize) he kept saying its in the storage and left us without continuing the conversation, I tried escalating to the person at the Customer Service area who was also fiddling with his phone and had no interest in Sales. I was disappointed with such unprofessional behaviors and left the shop without buying the TV and I went to Walmart and bought those TVs right away for a better price and service, if the CEO is reading this consider visiting your signal hill branch and ask if they really want to sell products!

When I asked staff to walk with me outside AFTER PAYING FOR A 600 dollar product they said "we are to backed up and don't have time for that" I'm extremely EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service and I literally felt unsafe and threatened in the store by a customer who tried to fight me and the multiple staff members (including the one who ripped my 20 dollar bill) literally did absolutely nothing and refused to even help after I purchased the item and the threatening customer was still in the store

We found Adam extremely unprofessional and a very poor spokesperson for Visions. We had bought a TV for $2,500 with the 5 year extended warranty which had cost an additional $500 dollars, totalling $3,000. He told us the warranty would have covered a replacement of the TV should something happen. He then sold the TV on us while it was being held. When we spoke with him he offered us a model below (much less value and quality) and a credit of $50 on our $3,000. He was not accountable for his own mess up and was expecting us to pay for it with a much lower quality TV. I would strongly suggest not to buy here, and if you do please do not trust the warranty and do your own research into it before purchase. There has been many bad horror stories on their warranty policies.

Went in today to purchase a Camera at an amazing deal. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and insightful. They did everything they could to find me the best deals and value. They helped me out more than they had to, and went above and beyond in service. I can say without a doubt this was the best service I have ever received in retail. Also this was during the Covid-19 pandemic, where most businesses customer service has been effected due to staffing and distancing constraints. The staff at Visions Signal Hill have maintained a high level of customer service while keeping staff and clientele safe (a breath of fresh air in a time when breathing in public is a gamble). Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this branch and will be a returning customer.

If there is zero in the reviews I will give them zero. Stay away from this store. I purchased a headset mid this year, after 5 months the microphone is broken and was unable to use the device. Considering everything moved to remote activities relying on a good device is very critical these days. Sent the device to the store, they claimed it needs to be sent to repair and maintenance which will take at least a week. No return policy, No refund, No respect for customer needs, very bad customer retention, store manager was not willing to hear our concern, and told us to buy another device if in rush. Don't waste your money at that store go to better businesses that have respect to human beings and diverse community.

Went in for the first time ever (we don’t have visions where I moved from) Staff was great, not pushy, knowledgeable. I got a tv for CHEAPER than Amazon and Best Buy. I asked about a sound bar and I was informed they had one for “in store” pricing, which was lower than the website DONT buy from hateful companies like Amazon. These guys price match anyways. They have what you need for home entertainment at a lower price. And imagine, you get a lemon from Amazon, their return policy for large items is horrible. I also will be going to visions over best buy where possible. In short I was impressed. I’ll be back

Recently I have purchased a bunch of items from this store, and for these reasons, I'll purchase most of my and my family's electronics from them in the future The manager is not just a salesman and is extremely knowledgeable knowing every single technical detail of a product and can help select a product, I'm an AV industry engineer and I was amazed by how he can simply explain technical matters to my wife in simple words. They treat you as nicely as the times you're purchasing when you're returning or price-matching an item And in the end the prices there are the best you can find

Very good location for car audio enthusiasts or just entry level modifications, the sales rep Domingo has helped me build systems since I was in high school and has always been a very knowledgeable and friendly person to talk to about anything in the car audio department, I've seen him help people that know nothing come out with a fantastic set of subwoofers and assist enthusiasts like myself to completely overhaul my own cars stereo system. I Highly recommend the location and I highly recommend Domingo as the guy you go and request to see.

Bought a washer dryer online, HUGE mistake. Totally no showed for the first delivery no call, nothing. No apology either. This is after nearly a weeks wait. Two weeks later they were still jerking us around with massive email chains and trying to schedule us for days we told them we were not available. They will call you just before close and tell you that it’s coming the next day at a time you said you couldn’t do it. We told them to refund us because they simply couldn’t get it done. Worst customer service l have experienced in 50 years.

Special shout out to Darryl and Domingo who basically saved my life! With this heat my 2 dogs were getting sick including me. Now my bedroom is cool as ice. Expected it to be a bit quitter but this is an amazing machine. I've dealt with Domingo for car audio in a few different vehicles now. He is very knowledgeable with guiding me to which stereo systems or car starter systems I've required. He gets me booked in fast, and always leaves me feeling well taken care of. Even if I only call with questions, he is able to provide me the answers im looking for. The pricing at Visions is very reasonable for car audio, car starters, and their installation, and I have never had any issues with their workmanship.

Naz and Amar provided impeccable customer service. I was in the market for a new TV and sound bar and I didn't know where to start. It was intimidating with everything that is on the market. We just purchased an LG UHD TV at this location from a salesperson named Domingo. We found the entire experience enjoyable & pain free. We had a certain model in mind and Domingo discussed with us the various pros and cons of a few different models. He listened to our various concerns & questions and was quite knowledgeable regarding the specifications & technology of each TV. If you're in the market for a new TV I would definitely recommend braving the traffic to shop here!!

Came in a bit later than expected about an hour before close, and we received help from a salesperson Moe. He was friendly, thorough and the team helped us find what we needed. Their prices and selection are more than fair, and I do know that they have an excellent warranty if you choose to go that route. Thanks to the team for helping with it all! It's also nice that it's a locally owned place that appears to have a friendly management team, and staff.

Had an amazing experience at this location in signal hill. Everyone was so helpful, especially David and Stephen! They both went above and beyond. We couldn’t find an adapter for our TV, to watch home videos. They listened to us and knew it was important . They looked for the right cord, even past closing hours. I would highly recommend going to this store to get your electronics. Make sure to ask for David or Stephen! Amazing customer service!

Worst customer service ever! We bought 2 tvs on Black Friday. One of them was for our guests room which was under renovation. When we unboxed the TV it was broken and they didn’t replace it because it was after 48h we bought it. That’s RIDICULOUS. The only reason we took long to figure it was broken was because we didn’t want to remove it from the box before the guest room was done. Its very disappointing

The staff don't seem to know what they're doing. I asked if they could recommend me a pair of headphones for a computer and the headphones they recommended don't work for a computer. They either intentionally and maliciously recommended a product they knew didn't work for the customer's requirements, or they randomly recommended one without knowing; either way, it's not an acceptable way to run a shop.

Had a very good experience. I had several items I needed to get, that I had already selected from looking at the website. The salesperson, Gabriel, got all the items gathered up for me very quickly and saved me so much time. David Guthoerl is really a great guy! He helped us compare prepaid service with contract. And when we decided, he went through the process of signing up a two year contract with Virgin Mobile with lots of patience. We got an iPhone 12, and he even helped us to put the protection screen on the phone. Overall, a very nice shopping experience.
