I went for a hair cut and hair color. First I was asking for a suggestion for a new warm color for my hair. He told me ok but he just dyed it black. Second I asked for new hair cut and he confirmed my choice yet just trimmed the ends and left me to his assistant to finish brushing my hair. I thought he was going to continue the cut after my hair was dry but he didn't even care to check until I called him back stating that I didn't like the outcome. He told me that he did what I wanted and if didn't like anything I should come another day! After that I am charged 900egp. That was it!!

So i decided to try this place out based on all the good ratings and let me tell you i don't think i’ll ever go again. I went to do a good quick trim on my hair and a blow out and to be fair they were professional and did a good job in that area. However, STAY AWAY from their nail services, awful awful awful. The hygiene is beyond disgusting, they don't clean their nail supplies (they clean their equipment with an alcohol spray lol) , the lady is rude and unprofessional to the point that she cut me with the blade twice!! Unacceptable.

Worst customer service ever, where customer’s time is not valuable at all. Came when literally only 3 customers in the salon. Waited for 45 mins to get just my hair washed. No apologies nor cooperation to fix the situation. So, if you decided to waste sometime, come to Wadie Salon, they will never disappoint you. Never again.

5 stars - very clean, you do not wait, if u have a appointment, you will be welcomed. They have super promotions, the staff is very nice and you will get what you ask. I came with a Pinterest photo, black brown to blonde white, and I am more than happy with the result!

Very professional he transformed my hair after i used a wrong purple shampoo causing lots of purple hair strands which was nearly impossible to get rid of moreover i had a lot of orange in my hair, now my hair is blond really happy with the result …

Very professional stuff and they are very friendly. Very clean salon as well... just the manicure and pedicure tools need to be disinfected after each single use and be sealed after the oven

The place is wide and clean. The receptionist job is very important to organize the process. The boys who are styling the hair are very polite and efficient.

I visited this salon the first time. It was the best service, the best master what I saw. And the result is even better then I was asking. Perfect

Wadie is very professional but the place tends to be crowded a lot, thus, make sure you go in not so crowded times
