This is the best book store around its full of wonder with a lovely staircase on entry. The shop is presented immaculate. The ambience for readership is just flowing in this bookstore. The bookstore is within the Sutton Town centre next to a few bustling shops but well placed by coffee shops so once you purchase always a great place to go grab a drink and start you new book. The presentation is just thoughtful, creative and imaginative for all ages. The shop has a vast collection of all genre's leaving everyone satisfied and ready to visit once more after leaving with a bundle of great titles to dive into. This bookstore should be recognised for it authentic look and hard work that's evident on entry. Little but yet effective touches throughout with tables of upcoming new reads gives you insignt to new titles, and new authors. A large area at the back of store for young children is just magical and well presented with eye popping colours and once more a vast collection of titles. This is by far an amazing book store worth a visit but make sure you have a few extra notes as you will not want to leave without a few titles one is not enough.

Quality looking store, inside and out. The two staff members I spoke too were very friendly, helpful and good at their jobs. The only thing I didn't like were the prices; the books are generally the price printed on the back of the book, rather than a somewhat knocked down price, that companies like Amazon will sell their books for. I generally use Waterstones to window shop only and then order what I like on Amazon. If Waterstones price matched, I'd shop there more often.

I love this waterstones, so quiet and peaceful and relaxed. Nothing better than spending ages browsing and getting a new book. Childrens section is quite extensive and well sectioned into age groups. They will order books for you in they're not in stock

All visits to Waterstones Sutton Coldfield are great. A smaller shop but with a great range of books and other stuff. Staff are all fantastic and willing to assist with any query. Compliments to manager for running a happy ship

Great bookshop. Staff were friendly even during the Christmas rush. Shelves were a little all over but the lady at the till found the book I was after with a little bit of persistence so can't complain.

Went in here looking for the latest Dean Koontz book - not a single DK book in the whole store, after they checked on the computer. Anyone would think he was dead… not impressed.

A comprehensive book shop that sadly always seems quiet. I'm not sure if low volume classical music as you enter the shop would help create a less sombre atmosphere?

If you want to buy reading books then probably the best place to go . Loads of books arranged nicely in different section
