WAS a regular parker here but not any more. BOTH machines were broken when myself and others went to pay our tickets. nobody answering phone call on machine, tried calling security guard, no answer, so went to shops , they just dismissed us. So went and knocked on security door whilst another lady went in opposite direction to find some assistance. Eventually got security guard, he pressed call button on broken machine again and it worked then the fun begins. In front of everyone, as a prison guard I was not impressed but I was made LOUDLY as the bloke couldn't hear me otherwise inform him of my registration number, home address and phone number. Never again will I use your parking and don't think I will, happy to walk further . For your $5 you put my home and me at risk by giving out my details to strangers. I was there ready to pay cash and your machine refused my money. Why should we pay for a service that is incomplete your end.

Love the location and price of the jam factory. You are central to outlets and food on chapel Street which is exactly where you want to be!. Its a well know park though so can fill up quickly but its a safe secure parking area and relatively clean. It also has amenities available as you walk out of the ground floor.

Watch out pay by credit card user. Better print out receipt to prove your parking. My credit card auto deducted appear in statement even though pay cash. You won't get back refund unless booking carpark condition, just watch out and check your credit card statement for thier charge. Terrible

Trying to organise business parking. I filled out the form online and got no response. Called the 1800 number and went through all the selection only to be told they couldn't respond to my call at this point in time. Surely you can do far better Wilson?

Extremely poor security - Car was broken into within this car park. No CCTV to assist in police report Extremely poor customer service - Over two weeks with no contact from this mob. Multiple emails and follow up calls from me with no assistance

I'm a frequent parker here and I'm always pleased with the experience! Plenty of parking spots and quite spacious. Very affordable when you pay through the Wilson Parking App. Close to many wonderful cafes/restaurants and op shops too.

A good car park but the pricing has a quirk. It's cheaper to park for less than 3 hours (like to see a movie) during the week than on the weekend.
