Incompetent rude service. I placed an order with ZiaGifts. They accepted my payment, but after about a month and I hadn't received my order, I tried to message them several times through their website where it says "contact" but each try, it gave me an error and said message not sent. I had paid through PayPal so I had no other option than to message them through paypal. It took several days before they finally responded and they said they had "misplaced the order and had to dig it up in their system." When they finally did get my order ready, it shipped to me very quickly. But the other day, I received a message from them asking if I received it. I said that I did FINALLY. They responded to me again and blamed it on the slow shipping. I responded back and told them not to go there and blame it on shipping when we both know that was not the reason it took so long. They responded by saying, "Whoa, don't get snappy with me!" They couldn't blame the shipping for me not receiving my order because they hadn't even tried to get it ready, but after they mess up on an order after it is shipped, they blame it on who ever shipped it, like the post office. They don't take responsibility for their mistake and then are rude when you call them out for it. I will never order from this business again, and judging from all the other one star reviews, you shouldn't either. It took over a month to get my order which was a birthday present for a friend. I didn't get it untill a week after my friends birthday., And I had placed the order with plenty of time for it to have gotten here.

Nice little gift shop within the airport. Not a huge selection or variety but fairly good for the little space it occupies.
