I am not happy with the service at this branch. They are extremely lovely ladies but should do more in innovating for customer solutions. I returned items to that store and asked for the money to be refunded back into my card. The supervisor who displayed lack of knowledge on this, hesitantly approved the transaction after looking doubtful. Anyway over a week and half later, money was still not reflecting in my card. I drove there 2 days ago and guess what I still don't have my money .? Instead I kept making suggestions that I be paid my cash and not offered a voucher that's not even the value of my purchase. Imagine!!. So they decide after a considerable amount of time to call a supervisor Anyway I'm yet to be called back and nothing as I could not wait any longer.I call, no answer. It's 2 days later! What?
