I was in the market for new pairs of trainers before the start of my Uni, and a pair of shoes caught my attention that lead me inside the store. I was welcomed and greeted by a true gentleman named Bradley. He showed me around some of the newest and latest trainers they had in stock. Initially, I came in only for one particular pair but ended up leaving two pairs, as I was soo thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service and the sheer knowledge that Bradley possesses when it comes to trainers. The pair which he recommended me has gotten soo much attention and compliments off my family and mates, and this shows that the level that the staff is dedicated to help their customers out when it comes to asking for their advice and opinion.. I definitely will be coming back for new pairs later on. I hope Size? gets to see this review and appreciate and reward their dedicated employees for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction

I ordered trainers a month ago. Hermes said they’d delivered. They had not. I reported this to hermes and size. Hermes admitted fault on email to me almost immediately, Advising me the parcel had been lost. I sent this straight to size. These were expensive trainers. Size has constantly passed me about I still haven’t received a refund. Even though I have had to go and buy new trainers and have stressed how important the money is to me. I’ve always used size. This is appalling customer service so I won’t use again. I appreciate due to Covid things are running slow. But due to Covid money is very tight to many house holds and this isn’t a huge enquiry to investigate.

The staff need to sort their attitude out. I was buying shoes which were the last pair and on display and bright green. I asked to see them next to one another the girl rolled her eyes and looked herself. You are not the customer I want to see myself. Very I’m too good for you attitude for no apparent reason. Will be making sure I only go to the new size in Leeds where customer service is stellar.

JUST WENT TO EXCHANGE SOME REEBOK TRAINERS, NO RECIEPT, BUT I MUST SAY, THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, FOR ME, IF ALL SHOP STAFF WERE LIKE THE STAFF AT SIZE VICTORIA QUARTER, LEEDS, THEN SHOPPING WOULD BE A GREAT EXPERIENCE, SO THANKS TO THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY THE LAD BEHIND THE TILL, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, CHEERS MATE, I DEFINITELY WILL CONTINUE SHOPPING HERE.

They've moved around the corner-bigger premises-more adidas trainers-and other brands now selling clothes as well-lovely friendly staff who are knowledgable and efficent and so happy to help you-theres lots of sports shops in leeds but this is far above them-love it -its my go to for my crazy compulssion to buy bright colored trainers!! Go support them they are lovely

Having been a customer for a long time. I was appalled with the service I got today. I bought a pair of Jordan 11's. When they went to "check" for the sizes, the door was still slightly open so I could see inside. One of the workers PURPOSELY damaged the shoe box with a key he had taken from his right pocket. No clue why he did that but I won't be coming back.

The place is too small now and over staffed so I can’t get to the shoes because they’re also too busy having a conversation with each other. I get no advice about the shoe I ask about, except ‘I don’t care about Adidas too much’ so I think they’re selling it very well. Good job size …

A good store however it only stocks shoes and accessories as its only a small store. Would get a 5th star if it had more space for a clothing section

Me and my son got the same shoes and we loved them so we can’t thank enough to size for giving us the best shoes in town.
