Came here at around 12pm today hoping to try and buy some clothes for the summer it was all good until one of the staff that had silver-white hair asked me to hang the clothes back where they were after I tried them when I tried to give it to her and there was something about her tone of voice that sounded weird. I am certain that if you go to any other clothing brand they would have staff members that would do it for you, I’ve been here many times and this is my first time encountering a situation here where the customer have to do the staffs job for them.

Shop closed an hour earlier (on Friday) to what was stated on their Google website. We went all the way there and when we tried opening the door, it was locked. There were 3 staff members who were just staring at us from the inside and none of them came to let us know that it was apparently closed. Extremely poor attitude and service. I wonder when they would now update their website timings.

I have heard about this shop for ages. So I decided I must pay a visit to it when I go to the UK. It really was great. They have stylish fashion and make up! I spent £290 there during my trip as a Hong Konger! Reasonable price for good quality fashion and makeup!! So happy! I have my corset ready for winter now!!

Had a great lunch here. Food and coffee was amazing and fairly priced. The staff were incredibly friendly. It’s a great space as well so will be coming back again.

A first, & Other Stories sent a pair of used pair of shoes in my order this evening and a well used pair at that. I wont be ordering from & Other Stories again.
