I worked with Crystal White and asked her for marketing reports as to what she was doing to market my home. She said it would take her three weeks to provide a report. She was not very helpful while working with her and explaining the options that I had during the selling process. She seemed to support the buyer rather than her client. She said she had a buyer that was interested in the house. She never once showed the interested party the house. I believe it was an investor and when I wasn’t happy with the original price we discussed and increased the price of the house before the agreement was signed it was no longer appealing to her interested party. She wanted to lowball the price of the house. When I ask her what the difference was between selling a regular house and an house part of an estate she said that usually the sellers of an estate are greedy. I was asking her a question that pertained to regulations not something that required her opinion. I was appalled when she made this comment. After that comment I knew I had chosen the wrong real estate agent. She had an open house at my home and only one person showed up that she told about it from a previous open house she had earlier the same day. When I looked on the site under open houses for my listing the open house was never listed. On several occasions I asked her to call me she chose to text me instead which was not how I wanted to handle conversations about a sale of a house. I would never work with her again or recommend her. However I do see stellar reviews for other agents working for Platt Collective.

You think you know hard work and then there is Andy Porter. We had the pleasure of working with him to find our new home in Indy and he has gone the extra distance from start to finish. What is more he CONTINUES to go the extra distance for us (months and months after we have moved in). Andy is extremely well versed in the Indy area (and loves it himself which is so refreshing) and is extremely connected to the market (data driven, he knows what is happening, why its happening and what directions things are moving). At every single turn, from finding great recommendations for services in the City to locating the best person for our renovation, he has exceeded all our expectations with his strong network of really really good people. Beyond being an entirely stellar agent- he is a just a truly genuine human who actually gives a whole lot of care about you and you getting the right house. The bonus? He's hilarious and pleasure to be around. My family and I are so grateful to have found him and will work with him in any capacity for anything in the future (you should too !).

We recently were in the process of bidding for a house listed by At Properties in Herron Morton. They owners knew about foundation issues that were not listed on the disclosure. When our inspection found foundation issues, the realtor (Kate Tuttle) said they already did major foundation repairs (1 year prior) and refused to acknowledge the foundation needed more repair. This was recommended by our home inspector (Crossroads) and structural engineer (Bill Norman). When we asked about foundation repairs, Kate Tuttle said we were already getting a discount price (which isn't true because the house appraised for exactly what we bid) and they weren't going to pay for upgrades. Apparently At Properties thinks foundation repair is an upgrade for a house. They wasted $2000 of our money trying to investigate a house with things that should have been disclosed. Stay away at all costs for buying/selling with this realty company and stay away from Kate Tuttle.

My husband and I were looking for a house in a very tight timeline, but we had certain expectations for it, and we wouldn’t set for less just because of our time restraints. Joel Mathews was extremely helpful in the process of finding our beautiful house. Since he knew we were in a hurry, he actively worked finding houses for us to see, and even showed us houses after regular ours, just so we could see more options, respecting our really busy schedule. He was patient, kind, listened to our needs and desires and always found good options for us. He showed us 60+ houses, and never settled down for less than we were expecting and wanting. My husband and I were unexpectedly put under a time crunch to find a home; we had just 90 days. We reached out to Andy Porter to see if it'd be possible to find a home in 90 days given the state of the market and he set realistic expectations but immediately went to work on our behalf to try and find us a home we would love. Rob Measel is the most professional realtor I have ever worked with. Our house was on market with two different agents three years ago but no good luck and we had to put on rental market. When we talked to Rob, he recommended staging it and he even invested on the deed before we have a potential buyer. Less than a month on the market, we had more than 1K online viewers and one open house we had a dozen people showed. All are very good signs, which we ever experienced. He is also a full service agent. Since we live out of state, he helped to make our life easier and even stopped by to throw away a wrong delivery for us. He has a laid back personality which is opposite to me. However I felt confident in the entire process because I knew that he will take care everything. I highly recommended Rob Measel and his team.

Amy Jones was hands down the most wonderful realtor we’ve ever worked with! She went above and beyond in every way, and treated us not just as clients but like friends. She continually wow’d us with her customer service, and helped us sell our house during a very crazy time in the market.
