I had the opportunity to work with Bob Magiera and he did an amazing job showing me houses, taking the time to visit them and help me find the one for me. In the process of buying my house I had a lot of questions, I didn’t know if I was going to be approved for a loan to buy a house because my credit wasn’t perfect but Bob and Jarad Vinup were incredibly helpful to help me in the process and get me approved for a home mortgage. During the process I was contacting Bob even at late hours at night when I had questions and he always answered the phone to respond and my doubts. The communication was great and I even got a check back for 1400 because I’m a teacher. If you want to find the house of your dreams and do it fast, I highly recommend Bob for this job, he is amazing and you won’t regret it. I was in the process of divorcing and he help me to find something that I like with the budget that I had and my pre approval very fast so I could move as soon as possible. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!

Jim was absolutely amazing from start to finish! As a first time home buyer, it really helped knowing Jim had our best interest in mind. He took the extra time to help us look over the homes and he recommended good people in the industry, such as inspectors, lenders, title company, etc. Jim listened to what we wanted and created a search for homes that met our expectations, pricing, and in locations we were looking. As soon as a home was posted for sale, we were notified through the portal and via email. I had a terrible experience with another realtor, and Jim was a life saver. She explained each step of the home-buying process in detail, worked to get me the right loan, the right house at the right price, and even got the seller to pay part of the closing costs! She went above and beyond what any other realtor has ever done for me. She was always available for a text or call and has great communication skills. She also arranged for her associates to be available when she was out of town. I really appreciate her hard work to get me in the home that is best for me!!
