I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Park Rotana hotel in Abu Dhabi for three nights with my family. Overall, our experience was enjoyable, but there were a few hiccups along the way that affected our initial impressions. Upon check-in, we were initially disappointed with the rooms we were assigned. The view from our rooms was not up to our expectations, and we promptly requested a change. The staff assured us that they would accommodate our request as soon as the other side rooms became available. Unfortunately, when we returned after an outing of eight hours, nothing had been changed. It was already midnight, and I must admit I was tired and disheartened with the situation. The promise to address the issue the next morning didn't materialize as expected. However, the following morning, we received a call from the hotel management, apologizing for the inconvenience caused the previous day. They explained that the hotel was fully booked, but they wanted to make it up to us. To our delight, they upgraded our rooms to a suite with a beautiful garden view, which was exactly what we had requested. This gesture went a long way in restoring our faith in the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff at Park Rotana were consistently helpful and friendly throughout our stay. I would like to extend a special thanks to Shams at the front desk, who provided excellent service and was always ready to assist us. Additionally, the night shift manager, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was also very accommodating and ensured our needs were met. The hotel's location is quite nice, offering easy access to nearby attractions. We appreciated being in a convenient area that allowed us to explore Abu Dhabi without any hassle. Cleanliness is a crucial factor for us when choosing accommodation, and Park Rotana did not disappoint in this regard. The rooms were meticulously maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The furniture in the rooms was also in excellent condition, adding to the comfort and aesthetic appeal. Lastly, we were grateful for the hotel's flexibility in granting us a late check-out until 2 PM. This allowed us to make the most of our stay and enjoy a leisurely morning before departing. In conclusion, despite the initial disappointment with the room assignment, our experience at Park Rotana hotel turned out to be enjoyable. The staff's efforts to rectify the situation and the subsequent upgrade to a suite with a garden view were greatly appreciated. The helpful and friendly attitude of the staff, the hotel's cleanliness, and its convenient location contributed positively to our overall stay. We would certainly consider staying at Park Rotana again in the future. Thank you to the entire team at Park Rotana for making our stay a memorable one.

We came as a family of 4 adults and 2 little kids and took rooms on the 7th floor with a connecting door between them. The rooms were very clean, stylish and had everything we needed. 1 kid slept on a folding bed and the other set on a long couch. The pool had very few people and there’s a bartender there which serves drinks and food and was very professional for us and very friendly with the kids. There’s also a small play area for the kids. The entire staff of the hotel is very welcoming and helpful, the price is fair. The food was ok The guests of this hotel are very diverse - some are families, some come for business and some are couples. Muslims/Christians/Jewish all felt very welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel ❤️

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel from 9 October 23 to 3 November 23. The room was clean and well maintained and the staff were quite pleasant. I would like to particularly take the name of Mr Babu at the bell desk who was very very helpful in guiding us as to the best way to deal with commuting around and also caring and followed up without being intrusive. It is such people who make stays on hotels memorable and almost make us feel at home. The other gentleman who was good i helping us out was Mr muhammed who was part of bell desk team. Thanks to them I would not mind staying again at park rotana Abu dhabi

I like everything. Valet parking team are so friendly and they served my fast every time . I have booked through the phone smoothly before I go. When I reached there a receptionist called “Raj” he completed my reservation. He is professional in dealing with guests and he offered me an upgrade room as am a platinum guest in Rotana group. During my stay.. I saw him many times assisting the guests in a very nice way and even doing other staff like helping the guests with their Laggage and taking them to the elevator. He is perfect Yes and I can see he is enjoying the work there and work from his heart. Room service is perfect. Many times I asked them for somethings and they served me in a quick way.

I had an amazing stay at the park Rotana hotel, Abu Dhabi with my family. We booked a two bedroom apartment for two nights and it was spacious, clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The kids loved the warm pool and the other facilities. We also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks at both Coopers Bar and Teatro restaurant - great wine selection and absolutely loved the sushi and Wagyu A8 steak. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they made us feel welcome. We will definitely visit again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable!

For lift swipe card is must as a safety reason its a good thing. Receptionist are all well trained. They treat you in a good manner and very polite. A.C rooms and cooljng is quite perfect. For Breakfast various variety is available. Various food items for foreigners. Indian food must be improved Ample parking is available. Had a relaxing night, the room was very very comfy and nice, staffs in the ginger restaurant and the front desk staff were friendly and really nice, flexible for late check-in and check-out. Our 3 days stays was fabulous. Clean room and delicious breakfast and most of all very friendly staff. We feel valued and treated well. From the moment we've entered from the lobby and until we checked out. Special Thanks to Ashok Kuckian with his effort by asking one of his staff to decorate our room for our 10th yrs. Wedding anniversary, we we're surprised when we entered our room on our 2nd day and it comes with complimentary cake as well. Its a lifetime experienced that we will never forget. THANK YOU ASHOK and to our house keeping attendant and to all the concierge staff on our stay on Oct. 21 to 24, 2023.

Staff were very friendly and attentive, helped us check in early. Room was great, clean and spacious with all the amenities you would expect from a 5* hotel. The facilities were great. The gym was a highlight, one of the best hotel gyms I have seen with plenty of machines. Spa was amazing and pool clean and big. The location isn't ideal but there are always Taxis available outside with malls within a 15 min drive away. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel with my family. We were welcomed by Mr Mohamed. He gave us a best service. In addition Mohamed made my room so specious since my wife was celebrating her birthday. His patience in assisting customers is amazing. I also liked the food, it was so nice. Best hotel

The hotel reception are not well trained. They are not sure about the packages booked by their agents. We booked through Destination2 in the UK a package called "All inclusive plus". The Hotel does not want to honour this. They start negotiating with you saying half board and then only two drinks per day. We tried to reach to the manager. Manager was not available to comment. Christmas day evening ruined. Thanks to the Destination 2 and the Park Rotana.

We've stayed for 2 nights in this hotel, and it definitely satisfied us. From the time we checked in, it was very pleasant. Jasim was so accommodating and friendly. The housekeeping named Joel attended to our needs, had been helpful. The staff in Ginger restaurant are all polite and always approach with a smile. The staff reflects the hotel, and its amazing I could say.

I stayed in this hotel several times, and i like their teatro restaurant also. For me it is a nice hotel, clean rooms, prices always reasonable. When i stay in it in winter i go to close by park. in general, i like the rotana chain. Their staff are also always polite at the reception.

Good for travelling groups, and short stays. Fantastic staff. One chef was a little rude but rest of the hotel staff extremely helpful. Vinod, works the breakfast area, top class. Gokul cleaned my room each day and made sure that any request I might have had would be done.

Lovely hotel that provides all the required services and comfort that one needs in a business hotel. The room is of decent size, bed is comfortable with good pillows. Breakfast is good and delicious, despite the limited variety. By the way there’s a cool American style bar at the hotel - and the hidden quaint toilet!

Such a amazing place to stay long term. The staff are very friendly. The service is quick and efficient. The breakfast buffet has a nice variety, swimming pool and gym is also very nice. Love my stay there.
