I’ve been coming here everyday for the past month or so, and I have to admit, that this has to be the best Subway branch I’ve been to in a long time. Not only in Abu Dhabi, or the UAE. But rather, every other branch I’ve been to in Europe as well. Zam, a lady from Bhutan, has to be, without a shred of a doubt, the best Subway employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Unbelievably polite, friendly, always smiling, forever efficient, and most cordial without fail. She never ceases to amaze me. Incidentally, she’s the first person I’ve ever run into from , and it seems that all the numbers, studies, research and findings are true. They are some of the happiest people on the planet.

Subway is one of my favorite restaurants, it serves really good and healthy sandwiches. However, I want to complain about my bad experience at this branch today ; The man who made my sandwich was NOT friendly AT ALL, not professional and he was not generous with the ingredients as other branches, I put SO many things in my sandwich but as you can see in the picture there is more bread than ingredients, when I asked him to add more, he said I’d have to pay! Usually its juicy and the sauce drips but this sandwich was really dry and unpleasant. Absolutely ridiculous! I bought two sandwiches, I just ate half and I want to throw the rest away. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this branch. I trust you will fix the issue. Thank you.

Update 09062023 - went today with the kids, and still the same, they prioritize the deliveries over you, and leave you waiting. ……. Very disappointing service, also max capacity is 6, and there are now more than 10, and half of them are the delivery guys. The place doesn't look clean, it use to be better, but now it getting worse. Not sure if coming back, and is a pity as subway is our favorite, we go to this branch 1 or 2 time a week and order food for the whole family.... Hope it helps to improve the branch. Cheers

The service is very bad and the staff treats them inappropriately. I do not recommend them at all. Abu Dhabi Rabdan branch is very bad in dealing and service

22-Apr : There is a poster and flyer everywhere in the shop that says “29 Aed combo” but I was denied to choose stating Ramadan is over. Not a pleasant experience. Sandwich is ok.

محل لبيع الساندويشات حبيت ساندويش الدجاج المشوي وعندهم انواع مختلفه من الخبز وومكن تحدد انواع الاضافات اللي تحبها بنفسك

المطعم حلو وتقدر انت تختار نوع الخبز و الجبنة و الخضار و اللحم في الساندويش عندهم تنوع كبير من السلطات و الساندويشات

اتمنى بس الانتباه للخضار المقطعه وتغطية المواد الغذائية جيدا الشي الوحيد اللي يبعدني عن المكان الرائحه
